‘My Responsibility Is to Our Own Orphans’: Czech PM Rejects Pressure to Import 50 ‘War Children’

24

Andrej Babiš will inevitably be excoriated as a racist, bigoted, “islamophobe,” but what has he really said that is wrong? Why should the Czechs, or any other people, have to put the welfare of these “refugees,” who are overwhelmingly young, military-age males, not women, children, or the elderly, over the welfare of their own people? Why must Europe commit suicide while the rest of the world lives?

“‘My Responsibility Is to Our Own Orphans’: Czech PM Rejects Pressure to Import 50 ‘War Children,’” by Virginia Hale, Breitbart, September 17, 2018 (thanks to Arlene):

Andrej Babiš has refused to bow to pressure demanding the Czech Republic resettle “war orphans” living in Greek camps, insisting that his responsibility as Prime Minister was to Czech orphans.

In an interview with Právo on Saturday, the Slovak-born businessman restated his position that the nation would not accept a single so-called refugee, nor 50 Syrian orphans as demanded by opposition politicians and MEPs, who spent last week campaigning to bring unaccompanied minors over from Greece to the Czech Republic.

“Since 2015 we have sent 2.5 billion koruna (87 million GBP) in development aid to countries helping refugees, sent physicians and experts to Syria and have treated 2,500 patients in Czech hospitals including a number of Syrian children since the migrant crisis,” he said.

“Why should we accept them? We also have orphans in the Czech Republic who we must be preparing for life,” he told the daily newspaper, stating “I went into politics mainly to look after Czech citizens. Why should we be caring for Syrian orphans?”

He continued: “And while we are on the topic of orphans, why does no one mention the war in Ukraine? Are there not orphans there? So why should we care only about Syrians?”

Babiš added that he hopes to have proposals for tighter controls on legal immigration presented by Christmas, reporting that the government is preparing a “comprehensive” crackdown on people smuggling and sham marriages, and will make it easier to deport criminal migrants.

Commenting on the Article 7 vote in European Parliament last week, the Czech leader distanced himself from two MEPs from his party, the populist ANO movement, who voted for Hungary’s censure.

“I do not share their opinion and I certainly would not have cast my vote in that way. I consider it all to be an attack on the superbly-functioning Visegrád bloc which defeated refugee quotas, which fights immigration and criticises the new EU budget proposals,” he said.

If there is truly a threat to democracy in Hungary or Poland, as globalists allege, then this should be “revealed by the Hungarians or the Poles themselves rather than by MEPs or civil servants in Brussels”, he added.

MEP Michaela Šojdrová, who launched the campaign after touring camps filled with illegal immigrants in Greece earlier in the year, has vowed to continue her fight to import Syrians to the Czech Republic, saying she wants to speak to the wives of Babiš and President Miloš Zeman on the issue, because women are more understanding.

On Sunday, she said in a statement: “If we only answer, ‘No, we will not accept a single refugee,’ in response to every request for assistance in dealing with the refugee crisis, we will be the laughing stock of Europe and the entire world.”

The EU and UN were both co-opted by the globalist oligarchs and their Muslim allies, a long time ago. Neither should be trusted. President Trump ought to pull the U.S. out of the U.N. and then throw the lot of them out of the U.S.

MEP sojdrova knows it would be much better for her citizenry to be raped and murdered in terrorist attacks than risk being the ‘laughingstock of europe and the entire world’! Sheesh, that’s a no-brainer, lol!!!

What about the Arab League, the GCC, the 57-member Organisation of Islamic States…they can’t do anything to help? Or they just don’t want to? Ironic that they come to beg the West which they hate so much for handouts and shelter.

The Muslim world – including the 57-members of the OIC – is fully aware of how of Islam spreads in part by migration, what is termed in Arabic the hegira, or conquest-by-immigration. Taking these so-called “refugees” in would mean fewer soldiers of Allah spreading Dar al-Islam, so these people are sent to the non-Muslim world instead. In other words, the compassion of the West is being weaponized against it.

Didn’t you know? Saudi Arabia generously offered to build 200 mosques in Germany to cater to the millions of Muslims who emigrated recently and who had to suffer living amongst infidels without anywhere to pray (never mind that 9/11 was hatched in a Hamburg mosque). Who said they aren’t doing anything to help?

Thanks for reminding us of that….I remember now….

And just a reminder to anyone new on this site….Pamela Geller is the very brave woman who formed a group to stop the 9/11 attackers from building a giant mosque on the site of 9/11…the Muslims always build mosques on the site of any of their great conquests…
….if not for her and her group we’d have the Manhattan skyline darkened by a hideous Mosque….and she has paid the price with death threats ever since….Joan of Arc would be so proud to call her a fellow fighter for Freedom.

Yet NO ONE can build a church or synagogue in Saudi Arabia.

Hypocrisy much?

Who cares if you become the laughing stock of Europe and the world, at least you won’t have to deal with the rest of the crap the EU is dealing with.

Good my man. You weren’t fooled. Start with 50 then the next thing you’ll know they’ll hit you up to 500, then 5000, then 50,000. You nipped it in the bud of their phony invasion they want on your country.

Why do Czechs have so much common sense? I know they made some good rugged Motorcycles in the past and I admire some of their weapons making ability. Very rugged and good looking designs.

How old are these ‘war children’? Bet they’re not under the age of twenty.

Good for the Czech PM…He knows where his responsibility lies.

As for MEP’ Sojdrova’s statement that women are more ‘understanding’, that’s a bunch of garbage.. I think she actually means that more women can be fooled by the plight of the ‘children’…

BRAVO! It appears that the only Europeans with ethics and cojones are the Eastern Europeans that the Western Europeans constantly make fun of.

While the citizens of Western Europe are raped, killed, and subjugated to laws and restrictions that appease the invading forces.

I wonder if we’ll be seeing refugees from Northwestern Eurapia inundating Eastern Europe as the muslum parasitical infestation gets worse in Northwestern Eurapia?
