“Faraz insisted he has now changed his views about homosexuality and argued that the comments were an expression of his Muslim faith.” If his comments were an expression of his Muslim faith, how could he possibly have changed his views, unless he is no longer a Muslim, which is extremely unlikely? Why did British authorities allow him to get away with stating this inconsistency? Because, of course, British authorities are more afraid of being accused of “islamophobia” than they are of anything else. And so Razwan Faraz was able to say this and get back into the classroom, where he can continue to indoctrinate young people with his poisonous views. The land of the Magna Carta, as I have often stated, is dead.

A Muslim teacher who labelled homosexuals “animals” who should be “eradicated” has lost a claim of unfair dismissal, where he argued he was discriminated against because he is Muslim.
Story continues below advertisementRazwan Faraz, 38, the former deputy headteacher at Nansen Primary School was one of five teachers suspended amid accusations of exercising undue of religious influence at three Birmingham academies.
The teachers were part of the so-called “Trojan-Horse” scandal where radical Muslim allegedly plotted to take control of schools funded by the taxpayer, with aspirations including banning sex education and Christian songs.
The schools were also accused of segregating pupils according to sex, banning the teaching of music and drama, and introducing lessons in Arabic.
Despite the claims, Mr Faraz claimed his dismissal was a result of religious discrimination. Faraz lost his job in 2015 over comments made in a Whatsapp group called “Park View Brotherhood” describing gay people as “animals”.
According to The Times, Mr Faraz insisted he has now changed his views about homosexuality and argued that the comments were an expression of his Muslim faith.
But a disciplinary panel rejected his defence, with his comments described as “demonstrably homophobic”.
A tribunal panel found that his comments “were a significant factor in causing the school to be brought into disrepute”. A judgment also described him as “evasive” and “not a credible witness”.
Despite this, Mr Faraz and five other suspended teachers have been allowed to return to the classroom after an independent disciplinary panel discontinued cases against them claiming government lawyers did not share crucial evidence.
The National College for Teaching and Leadership panel decided they had no option but to stop the hearings for the school leaders accused of allowing undue Islamist influence in state schools…..

This is a troubled school…2015 PROBLEMS … in MUSLIM dminated BIRMINGHAM !!!!
Another incident with RAZWAN FARAZ. Why is he sill employed there? Oops, different rules apply for MUSLIMS.

The ex-headteacher of an academy in Birmingham at the heart of the Trojan Horse scandal is alleged to have allowed pupils to be placed ‘in stress positions’ as a punishment, a misconduct panel has heard. Moz (Monzoor) Hussain is facing different allegations alongside four other former senior Park View Academy staff, including executive headteacher Lindsey Clark. Bizarre punishments allegedly carried out at the Park View Academy chain which included Golden Hillock and Nansen schools included being forced to stand in the rain, made to stare at bushes and trees, and sitting on floor tiles.

Also accused are Hardeep Saini, former headteacher of sister school Golden Hillock, RAZWAN FARAZ, the old deputy headteacher of another linked school Nansen Primary, and Arshad Hussain who was an assistant headteacher at Park View in Alum Rock, Birmingham.

The ex-head is further accused of failing to take action in his post at Golden Hillock when another teacher is said to have claimed ‘”WE HAVE TRUE RELIGION”.

In MR. .FARAZ’S , it is alleged he used the word “KAFFARS’, in reference to non-Muslims, “IN A DEROGATORY MANNER” . The ex-deputy is also accused of submitting an “INACCURATE, MISLEADING AND DISHONEST” statement, when he denied all knowledge of the WhatsApp social media group the ‘Park View Brotherhood’.

Parents were shocked when it was revealed that a number of teachers were imposing hardline Islamic values on a British city’s schools.
Now, they are even more stunned that the two ringleaders are back in the classroom, the Sunday Times reports.
Tahir Alam and Razwan Faraz had been banned from the profession because of their outrageous classroom behaviour.
British media called the affair the “Trojan Horse Scandal.” According to the Sunday Times, Alam and Faraz were the leaders in a twisted “coordinated, deliberate and sustained action” to introduce an “intolerant and aggressive Islamic ethos” into Birmingham schools.
Among the allegations:
Boys and girls were segregated.
“UnIslamic” subjects like evolution were removed from the class.
Secular teachers were bullied out of their positions.
Alam has told media that he plans to appeal his ban, complaining that he finds hardline views “unacceptable.” However, he believes the terror attacks on 9/11 was a U.S. plot.
The former teacher also posted a YouTube video claiming “Zionist neocons” bribed a British political party to “ignore Jew paper money and attack Islam.”
Alam remained defiant when contacted by the Sunday Times.
“Why should I speak to you about that? I am absolutely suitable for teaching any children, I have done absolutely nothing wrong,” he told the newspaper.
Faraz, the deputy head of one of the Trojan Horse schools, is the brother of a convicted terrorist. He is also fighting his ban and denouncing his extremist ways.
But he isn’t totally repentant as shown by his thoughts towards those expressing sympathy with France following the Charlie Hebdo attacks. He wrote: “Those who did write ‘Je suis Charlie’ can go hang their heads in shame. Or maybe you are just a secret self-hating Nazi!”

So a tribunal and disciplinary panel was over-ruled by another ‘independent’ panel? Somebody’s pulling the strings here, either a Muslim in power (like Sajid Javed, Home Secretary) or a traitorous Leftist with influence. Either way this sets a terrible precedent. It means now Muslims can openly spout hatred against Gays and eventually it’ll be Jews and the rest of us non-Muslims. Bottom line Islam is winning every single fight against us and one day the UK will wake up to a fascist Islamic state like Iran. Then it’ll be illegal to be a non-Muslim and the genocide will begin.
