The special status of refugees should always be conditional. In the US, we welcomed German Nationals after WWII. Some became citizens. Then a few got recognized by Holocaust survivors and the were reported. They were dealt with, and removed.
There are two kinds of refugees in Europe now. One group is escaping the inhumanity of Islam. The other group is Islam itself, invading Europe again. Despite their obvious persecution, it is Christians that have been thrown under the bus. Some countries won’t take them in, despite the commonality of religion. Instead, the problem makers in Europe are not questioned.
Europe has done many foolish things, and repeating their mistakes is one of them. They keep disarming themselves, baring their throats in a dare to the Muslims this time. The faulty thinking is that Islam is a religion, and we know that is about as true as a gang of bikers. There are members and followers, but the is nothing benevolent about them, and religion requires good, rather than personal gain.
When you import third world people, you get third world problems, and they can’t be treated the same. Europe is yet to learn. If you have a need to help people, start with your family first, then your friends and neighbors. Whatever is left over goes to a real charity.
