Rafaat Mohamed, 54, originally from Sudan, had a ‘difficult’ relationship with Kez Phillips before he threw the contents of a boiled kettle over him on April 28 this year.
The pair lived in the same hostel in Chelsea, west London, for six months.

Mohamed was in the shared kitchen making a cup of tea when Mr Phillips accused him of stealing his food and said: ‘In your country, you would have your hand cut off for stealing’.
He then calmly put down his cup of tea before picking up the kettle and emptying it onto Mr Phillip’s face and shirtless torso leaving him with severe blistering, Isleworth Crown Court heard.
Prosecutor Oluwole Phillips told the court that Mohamed had previously made homophobic jibes towards Mr Phillips including saying ‘in my country we do not allow you,’ in reference to his sexuality.
Mohamed came to the UK from Sudan as a refugee in 1999.
After his arrest, Mohamed claimed it was an ‘accident at best, reckless at worst.’
His lawyer, Ylenia Rosso, said that he ‘accepts the danger he put the victim in.’
‘He is extremely remorseful, particularly for the injuries to the victim in this case,’ she added.Ms Rosso asked Judge Robin Johnson to suspend Mohamed’s sentence because he suffers from diabetes and is of previous good character.
Prosecutor Oluwole Phillips told the court that Mohamed had previously made homophobic jibes towards Mr Phillips including saying ‘in my country we do not allow you,’ in reference to his sexuality
But Judge Johnson said a suspended sentence for such an ‘appalling attack’ could not be justified.
‘I do not know the motivation for this attack,’ he added.
‘In my book, throwing a kettle of boiling water is a wicked attack.
‘He was treated in the hospital, required a skin graft and the strongest medication available – your attack has caused understandable trauma.
‘I accept that a prison sentence will be difficult for you but in my judgement only an immediate custodial sentence can capture the public’s horror at this attack.’
Mohammed, of Elm Grove, Harrow, west London, admitted causing actual bodily harm.
He was emotionless as he was jailed for 17 months.

As stories like this from Europe go, this was actually one of the better ones.
Rafaat Mohamed, 54, pled that besides feeling really, really bad about the attack, he was diabetic!
The British judge didn’t buy it – now that’s a pleasant surprise!
In Vienna, an appeals court threw out a conviction for forcible sodomy of a child in a public swimming pool, citing “cultural differences”- and the fact that the poor Muslim rapist was in the midst of a “sexual emergency.”
Apparently they’re more enlightened over in Austria.
Then again, who knows what the final outcome of this case may be, given the likelihood of an appeal by a sympathetic solicitor.

Achmed, you and I are on the same page. I have been frustrated by the invasion of Europe and America for many years and especially since the Middle East Wars. It seems there are too many pacifists that don’t understand the implications of trying to mix together people with Stone Age Religious beliefs and modern day Western cultures. Actually, moslems are the descendants of the cross-breeding of monkeys with pigs. They need human beings (non moslems) to tend to them, like a pig farmer does for his sounder. Feed them, clothe them, get the veterinarian, shelter them … etc.

An Idaho ammo company is selling pork-coated bullets for use on Islamic terrorists, a bid to strike fear of being sent to hell into the hearts of jihadists.
Idaho County-based Jihawg Ammo says the process makes the ammo “Haraam” meaning that a strictly observant Muslim would have committed sin if they touched them.
“We at Jihawg Ammo hope you will stock up on Jihawg as a natural deterrent to the ever growing threat of radical Islam and Sharia Law,” the company says on its website.
A leading Muslim civil liberties organization was quick to dismiss the product as a stunt pulled by “publicity-seeking idiots.”
“It’s the same old bizarre nonsense,” said Ibrahim Hooper of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. “These people are trying to take advantage of Islamophobia to sell products and make a quick buck.”
“These are the same type of people who buy into anti-Muslim conspiracy theories, the same people who think that Sharia law is going to take over America,” Hooper continued, “they are publicity seeking idiots.”
In addition to ammunition, the company also sells apparel with slogans like “Put Some HAM in MoHAMed!” and “Do 72 Virgins a Favor.”
Jihawg Ammo says it was founded in response to outrage towards the mosque being built near Ground Zero.
There is little evidence in Islamic texts to support the idea that strict Muslims would go to hell for touching pork.
The Quran 2:173 says “…whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], there is no sin upon him…” which has been interpreted by some scholars to mean that Muslims can eat pork if they either do not know it is pork or if it is a necessity for seeing of starvation.
Jihawg’s porcine-slathered ammo is not unprecedented.
One prominent episode occurred during the Indian Rebellion of 1857 when British-trained Indian soldiers called sepoys tried to protect the interests of the East India Company.

btw – as with most of what I post – even when I don’t know jack squat about the case – it is not entirely pulled out of my derriere …
Right here in DFW we are stocked with housing complexes where a third of the housing is free or nearly free. And those ‘free’ apartments are NOT going to elderly folks, the mentally retarded, or desperate single parents who just lost a job. Yes, a few old folks and single moms may have some of these apartments, but the vast majority are occupied by YOU KNOW WHO. Many of whom are not only illegals or mere criminals-at-the-common-law, but violent offenders.
And the real crime stats in these places are so bad they ‘reach out and touch’ almost everyone.
Just last February, one of these jack holes living in a free apartment – and don’t tell me ‘he wasn’t supposed to be there’ – I already dam* well know that, I’ve gotten clients into these places – well this a-hole looking for a dirt nap spent 12 hours – twelve – raping the cousin of one my daughter’s co-workers.
Needless to say my daughter is thinking of getting a CCP, and I am encouraging her to do so. We still live in Texas for the moment, and the right to defend yourself is not yet a crime.
But – when you go rent an apartment and you pay a gosh-awful rent – remember you’re probably subsidizing the rapist next door.

What’s so two-faced about Islam is that they act as if they are so righteous and pure, but then they force women to wear slave clothing, punish them for being whores, rape women who are unprotected by nearby males, yet believe they will be rewarded with 72 virgin sex slaves in Paradise.

Britain can commit suicide on its own time. Here in the US we should revive the old laws which allow “exile” as punishment for citizens, and “deportation” for foreigners, who commit crimes on our land. Throw the bums out, and don’t let them come back.

At the least this Muslim bastard should get ten years, then be thrown out of the country! Since Islam believes in such strong actions, may be someone such force his hand into boiling water until its destroyed “……. then deport him.
