A boy is dead. There were children being trained to carry out jihad massacres. And Judge Sarah Backus said that “prosecutors failed to articulate any specific threats to the community.” What does she think Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and the others in this New Mexico compound were planning to do with their weapons? This willful ignorance on the part of leftist activist judges could be the downfall of America as a free society. Imagine if the people in this compound had been white Christians, with all other details the same. Would Sarah Backus have found it so hard to see a threat? To ask the question is to answer it.

The children discovered at an “extremist Muslim” compound in New Mexico earlier this month were both trained to use firearms and taught multiple tactical techniques in order to kill teachers, law enforcement and other institutions they found corrupt, state prosecutors revealed on Monday.
Story continues below advertisementThe prosecutors provided more details about the accusations during a court hearing in which they asked that Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and four other defendants be held pending trial on child abuse charges.
But the judge in the case ruled against prosecutors’ request.
Judge Sarah Backus said although she was concerned by “troubling facts,” prosecutors failed to articulate any specific threats to the community.
She set a $20,000 bond for each defendant and ordered that they wear ankle monitors and have weekly contact with their attorneys.
It was also announced Monday that 3-year-old Abdul-ghani Wahhaj, who had been missing since December, allegedly died amid a ritualistic religious ceremony intended to “cast out demonic spirits,” Reuters reported.
“It was a religious ritual carried out… a ritual intended to cast out demonic spirits from Abdul-ghani Wahhaj,” Taos County Prosecutor John Lovelace said.
Public defenders argued the boy’s father was trying to heal the child by reading passages from the Quran but prosecutors claimed he was denying the boy medication. One of the children taken into custody claimed that the boy had died in February.
The children said they were told the boy would be resurrected as Jesus and guide them on which “corrupt institutions” to attack, NBC reported citing investigators….
Wahhaj and the others were seated with their public defenders in a Taos courtroom Monday as prosecutors presented books that were found at the compound, documents related to Wahhaj’s trip to Saudi Arabia and a handwritten notebook that appeared to be some kind of teaching manual. They also pointed to evidence that Wahhaj had taken a series of firearms courses while in Georgia.
Defense attorneys, meantime, argued that prosecutors were trying unjustly to paint their clients as armed militants. Public defenders also argued that the rifles and handguns found on the property were common guns that could be bought at retail stores and that their clients made no aggressive efforts to defend their compound.
Wahhaj is the son of a Brooklyn imam, also named Siraj Wahhaj, who was named by prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, the New York Post reported. The elder Wahhaj, who heads Masjid At-Taqwa mosque, was a character witness in the trial for Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, the notorious “blind sheikh” who was convicted in 1995 of plotting terror attacks in the U.S.

Most shocking outside of the fact the cartoon is right; the MSM, judiciary and others do show respect and reverence to this cold-blooded cult. Madness is burrowed deeply into the grey matter of the progressives, Democrats; they and Islam are one of the same. I needed a laugh, thanks, Raymond.

its beginning to happen in my small country ireland. on the site politics.ie it had an egyptian male ,aged 39 on a tourist visa with a wife and 2 kids caught by people trying to groom a 15 yr. old girl. he was caught red handed thro’ his phone. also we had a lady out on her bicycle in dublin who had the mishap of cycling in front of a mosque, 2 muslims caught her and threw her down an embankment. also rapes are beginning to happen. nigerian teenagers are running amok in some parts of our capital city. welcome to the no go zones. our politicians are bringing them in in their droves. they have no mandate for same. we have another 160 migrants, shunned by malta and italy on that vessel [the aquarius] arriving to our shores even though we are full up! the politicians dont listen only when it comes to re-election time. we have a premier who is half indian leo varadkar ,who wants to bring in another 1 million. we have another green party member ,a eamonn ryan who says we have room for another 5 million. every city ,town village is being exploited to make way for these economic migrants. they have the best of everything, nice clothes, i-phones, good housing nice cars and of course access to the best medicair available courtesy of the tax payer. we are full up. we have thousands of homeless people, we have families sleeping in garda stns, we have people sleeping in doorways, we have people in our hospitals , in trollies in corridors waiting to be seen for days on end. we have just come out of recession . this gov. like a 3rd. despot regime have 2 jets for their use at enormous cost .they dont care and now they are on a 3 month break.

Yes, that is SO true. What happens if they were Christians? Why they would all be in jail, the children handed back to the State.
Times magazine would be all over this. The NYT would write a book about it, hoping it would be a “brusk” seller.
But these are Negroes, so leave them in the desert and we don’t want their children anyway (thinks the judge).

One detail that is left out about the firearms couses Wahhaj took in GA is that they were tactical training classes only for law enforcement and private security personnel. He gained admission through a phony security agency he “owned”. You think he wasn’t teaching that to those kids?
This case epitomizes the fatal consequences of political correctness contaminating the judicial system.

Just posted a report that the FBI stated that there are now thirty eight Muslim “camp’s” in America. Up from twenty three. They claim that without evidence, they can’t and are being allowed admission without a warrant and liberal judges are fence sitting.

Their compound,they were squatting. The land owner tried for eviction and the laws work for the criminals now. They were training children to defend the compound from all attacks including the lame FBI. Then there are stories that they were training children to shoot up schools, churches, and shopping centers but mainstream media would never defy their love of Islam.

Good thing for all those kids at Stoneman Douglas High School that the shooter turned out to be not a threat either… that was all just a misunderstanding.
What is clear… dumb idiotic judge = real threat!
