Twitter Suspends Candace Owens’ Account for Mimicking Sarah Jeong’s Racism

Twitter censors just suspended the account of Turning Point USA communications director Candace Owens after she mimicked, in her own tweets, racist posts that were put out by Sarah Jeong — who was protected and defended by Twitter.

Truly, is there any doubt left that social media not only leans left, but also censors the right?

This isn’t just hypocrisy. This is Gestapo-like.

Twitter slapped Turning Point USA Communications Director Candace Owens with a temporary suspension after she highlighted racist posts made by Sarah Jeong, the recent New York Times hire whose long history of bigoted tweets about white people has placed the newspaper at the center of a public outcry. The beleaguered platform then reversed the ban, calling it an “error” in an email to Owens.

Owens’ tweets mimicked the wording of Jeong’s, with one important difference: Owens substituted the words “Jewish people” for “white people,” in an attempt to show that some forms of racism are considered more acceptable than others.

Donald Trump Jr. made a similar point in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News this weekend, when he said “people would be losing their minds” if Jeong had made her bigoted comments about black people or Hispanics.

Twitter, already under fire from Republicans (including the president) over political bias, now appears to have proven her point.

Even though Jeong made the following tweets, she has not been suspended, and the tweets remain undeleted.

Meanwhile, Owens did receive a temporary suspension, as well as an order to delete her tweets, for using precisely the same language as Jeong, swapping “Jewish people” for “white people.”

Owens even clarified in the tweet itself that she was repeating Jeong’s statements, not making original statements of her own. Twitter still banned her.

“I actually AGREE with Twitter” said Owens, in a comment to Breitbart News. “These tweets are an example of hateful conduct. It begs the question — why was it okay when the hate was directed at White people? Why are her tweets still up?”

“In every way imaginable — Twitter has just proved my point. Racism in this country has been sanctioned against white people.”

After word of the suspension began to go viral on social media, Twitter reversed itself and reinstated Owens’ account. Twitter claims the suspension was an “error,” which seems to be their standard response when conservatives are suspended, shadowbanned, or do not show up in searches, as was the case with Rep. Matt Gaetz.

Conservatives with the name recognition and alternate means of communication to invoke a protest movement that then goes viral.

Otoh, when the Twit/Fakebook/Goolag mafia deal with conservatives who can’t catch them out on it, then mysteriously the same exact censoring action on the corporation’s part is not apologized for, is not reversed, and, in the giant’s view, turns out not to have been a “mistake” after all.

Candace Owens is beautiful, and one of the great new hopes for our society. Kudos to her for rubbing the faces of the folks running Twit in their own Gestapo-nature.

I didn’t say anything offensive on Twitter, and they suspended my account, permanently. No more twitter for me. The fact that it’s Candace, is different. She is high profile.

Yeah I know exactly what they did to her because the same thing has been done to me on twitter, I replied to one of Trumps tweets in 2016 while Trump was running for office the tweet contained a graphic image of jihad terror, showing the danger the left is trying to bring in the country and the tweet ended up getting RT’d a lot then maybe a day later I noticed something different about my account whenever I shared a pic (any pic even Bugs Bunny) it would tell me something like (this contains sensitive material you have chosen not to see) I never chose anything so I goes to my settings and even when I selected to view all images I would still get the same message if I shared a pic an the only way to view it was to click a link to open the image and to this day I still have to click on a link to open an image and others have to click on a link to view any image I send.

Then about 7 or 8 months ago I had a gay Mafia come after me and they all started spam blocking and reporting me an even told me they were going to get my account suspended (Truth hurts) and I also reported their vile behavior but of course to no avail, twitter mailed me back and said they didn’t find anything offensive lol an the next thing I know I’m suspended for a week then after that week was up an click the link that allows me to go back to twitter bam soon as I clicked the link it told me I was suspended for another week so basically I ended up getting a back to back two week suspension. So yeah it definitely ain’t no error that Candace got suspended those devious despots knew exactly what they were doing.

What an intelligent, articulate, and beautiful lady. Her credentials would crush 99.99% of the left. I hope it happens and that I am still around to see when Candace becomes our president. The only way the left can control the narrative is to ban free speech because they have NOTHING else to show.

Notice that the tech companies who run social media have degenerated into being what I call the digital Klan, where blatant prejudice is not according to skin color but by the ideological tone of one’s messages. However, they hit a double in picking on Candace Owens.
