Sgt. Derrick Miller’s sentence reduced, is eligible for parole immediately

24

Sgt. Derrick Miller’s mother, Renee Myers, received the phone call she’s been waiting for! Derrick called his mother today and let her know he received a letter from the Army that his sentence is reduced to 20 years (from a life sentence!!!) and he is eligible for parole immediately!

A parole packet must be completed and submitted, but for this brave Soldier, there is FINALLY a light at the end of this dark tunnel, and there is no doubt he is going home! I hope and pray very soon.

Sgt. Derrick Miller, a three-time deployed Soldier, has been serving his life sentence in Leavenworth. Derrick volunteered for his last deployment, and in his efforts to protect his men and himself, he was ultimately sentenced to life in prison.

Story continues below advertisement

Derrick acted to save the lives of his men. It is quite telling that at Derrick’s trial, many of the men who served with him attended and expressed their sadness at his conviction. Soldiers don’t show that kind of loyalty and compassion to their comrades who they believe are murderers. I know this, I raised a Soldier who served 4 deployments with the 82nd in this war.

He has been in Leavenworth 8 long years. If a traitor like Bowe Begdahl, who walked away from his brothers on the battlefield, is shown compassion and set free, it is only right and just that a Soldier who acted to protect his Brothers should also be shown the same compassion and set free.

To all of you wonderful, caring Patriots out there who wrote letters and made calls on Derrick’s behalf, God Bless Everyone Of You, and THANK YOU! YOU all never let Derrick be forgotten. YOU fought for him, as he fought for us! YOUR efforts made a difference in this Soldier’s life!

Again, my deepest gratitude to Congressman Babin and Congressman Gohmert! In the meetings we had with you, you promised to help Derrick and our Soldiers and YOU kept your promise. In my book, you will forever be regarded as the “Soldier’s Congressmen,” and I hope your ears are burning, because this military daughter, sister and mother will never stop singing your praises. I will never be able to thank you enough for your compassion and the hope you instilled in Derrick’s parents’ heart that day we met with you. I honestly knew when we left your offices that something good was FINALLY going to happen for Derrick. THANK YOU BOTH! And Congressmen Babin, please thank your lovely wife!

To Carl, Jim, and Capt Larry Bailey, thank you for your help and support for Derrick. To all those in the military and our Veterans, you constantly prove that The Band of Brothers is the strongest bond on the planet. You know each other and you know the situations and you NEVER abandon your Brothers.

To Katie, Cindy and Chad, whenever a Soldier is in trouble, you are the folks I reach out to, and you always come through. There is a special place in Heaven for Patriots like you. Thank you for all your help.

To Derrick, what has happened to you is wrong. What matters more than anything is that you NEVER doubt that American Patriots know that. We will forever be grateful to you for your willingness to keep us safe and we are so very sorry that this happened to you. Please never forget that throughout this whole ordeal, there were so many Americans outraged at your incarceration and we NEVER stopped fighting for you. Our apologies to your mother, who raised a Warrior, and your family. We pray that you go home very soon and your hearts will heal.

To those who had a part in this decision to incarcerate Sgt. Miller, shame on you. American mothers raise Warriors, and we raise them up to love their country so much so that they are willing to die to defend her. They leave their families, and they risk their lives on a battlefield that should always be to their advantage, with the full force of their country behind them! American mothers should NEVER see another Son sacrificed and punished on a battlefield to appease the enemy!

OUR NOBLE SONS AND DAUGHTERS DESERVE ALL THE ADVANTAGES ON THE BATTLEFIELD!!!

My deepest gratitude to President Trump for his highest regard and reverence to our military. Our military FINALLY has a Commander-in-Chief who holds them in the highest regard, and we are so very grateful.

God Bless Our Veterans & Our Military, You all make our lives worth living! May God Bless & Watch Over YOU!

Its typical left/libs pro-jihadi insanity that landed him in jail.

Left/Liberal are also making ISIS / jihadis happy by making beheading fashionable https://tinyurl.com/y7k93bs9

Insane ?

“… a traitor like Bowe Begdahl, who walked away from his brothers on the battlefield… ”

In my day “Desertion in the face of the enemy” meant you set a land speed record to the gallows when you were eventually and inevitably caught.

When did it change?

The last US military personnel, to be executed for desertion, was in 1945. It was done by a twelve man firing squad.

I was disappointed the muslum who fragged members of his own platoon in Iraq in the 101st Airborne was never executed. Ditto for Major (barf) Hassan.

The acts of those moslems … FAR worse than simple desertion. Sentence a human being to life, in prison, for righteous actions. Reward moslem traitors. That’s become the American way.

I still can’t believe that muslum POS was a MAJOR. Or did he start out as a major because of his medical background?

Most physicians are commissioned, initially, as a captain. And, it does not stop there. Even an optometrist is commissioned as a captain.

I knew a guy who served in combat in WW2 (gunner in a bomber), Korea AND Vietnam (helo pilot) and he only made it to major in the US Army after Vietnam and this POS muslum starts out as a major?

I’d wager that he was initially commissioned a captain, later promoted to major. Remember, he was in the army.

Sgt. Derrick Miller:
– imprisoned for insufficient battlefield ‘niceness’

I’ll toast Sgt. Miller when he’s actually released.

This Sgt. Miller deserves nothing less than a full pardon and some sort of compensation package from the Army. All those involved in prosecuting Miller, should either be forced to resign, or possibly charged.

American heroes need to be treated like heroes. muslim scum soldiers need to stay with their sheep herds. God bless President Trump for trying so hard to give our troops respect and unscrew everything the last traitors did in their 8 years in office.
