Halliburton sued by EEOC for allowing harassment of Muslims

Another Muslim claiming victim status. We have seen this kind of thing so many times before in other contexts. They called him names? Snoubar should be grateful that he isn’t a Christian back in his native Syria, having to live in constant fear for his life from violent Muslim groups. The “harassment” he says he experienced sounds like good-natured ribbing. Grow up, already. But he will likely get a big payout from Halliburton, and Hamas-CAIR will add this “harassment” to its list of “Islamophobic” incidents. That’s how their racket works.

Some Halliburton Co. supervisors and co-workers harassed two Muslim employees, according to a lawsuit filed against the world’s biggest fracking provider by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Halliburton Energy Services Inc., a unit of the Houston-based contractor, created a hostile work environment by subjecting them to harassment based on their national origin and religion, according to the suit. The company also retaliated against one of the two workers by firing him for reporting the mistreatment, the commission said Tuesday in a statement.

Hassan Snoubar, a U.S. citizen of Syrian origin, began working for the company around August 2012 primarily in the Texas towns of Odessa and Kilgore as an operator-assistant oilfield worker, the EEOC said. The other named worker is Mir Ali, who is of Indian origin.

Emily Mir, a spokeswoman for the company, declined to comment on the suit.

The complaint, filed in Dallas federal court, alleges that Snoubar was subjected to taunts and called names such as “terrorist” and “camel jockey.” He reported the harassment to supervisors, but the company “failed or refused” to take remedial action, the lawsuit states.

Ali also was subjected to taunts and name calling, the commission alleges. Employees and supervisors “criticized their cultural attire, made demeaning remarks about their appearance, identified them with terrorism and even claimed their ‘people’ engaged in bestiality,” according to the lawsuit….

In the days of the American oil patch about the time Khomeini began ruling the mullocracy in Iran (1979 – the Shah was gone), real men were oilmen, not bean-counters, twinkies and Wall Street proselytes. On a North Dakota drill site these guys didn’t mess around. Roughnecks, roustabouts, tool pushers, cementers, geologists, etc. worked against Khomeini and that nonsense as if their life depended on it. Red, white and blue crude making a comeback in America when OPEC called the shots. I loved working with those guys I affectionately called “the boys” of the oil patch.

You can vet them till the cows come home…..like the girl a few years back that went to work for one of the name brand clothing stores in a mall….she started wearing Muslim garb and customers complained….so the manager told her she had to wear traditional clothes as a sales person…..

Never hire an observant Muslim for any sort of employ!! Please note the word ‘observant’. It is important to discriminate between Muslims who live by the Koran and those who are secular and non-observant. It is the observant ones who are to be avoided as their ‘religion’ stipulates that they are allowed, indeed obliged, to screw and cheat anyone who is not a Muslim.

Federal employment law says you can’t discriminate on religion…one of the 10 protected classes in employment, unless it’s a Hosanna-Tabor-type situation. The reason why the EEOC has jurisdiction is because on paper, Halliburton is still based in Houston, Texas (operationally, however, it has been based in Dubai since 2011).

Considering a buddy lives in Canada, I’m not sure how long he’s going to remain out of jail but…

At the oil plant where he plies his trade, aside from doing about 150% of the work most others do, he’s on almost every A.D.H.D drug there is so, he’s about unfire-able.

When it came to anybody, race, creed, religion, sex, whatever, long as they did their job, and took the ribbing EVERY GUY HAS HAD TO DO SINCE TIME IMMEMORIAL, he had no problem.

Then Turdolt started bringing in these phony refugees, forcing companies to take on unqualified help who couldn’t even speak English, and my buddy’s production dropped to 50% of everybody else’s.

For you common core math-ers, that means ONE THIRD former output.

After a couple months of he’s on the carpet, and he LOST it. “You wanna know why I ain’t getting nothing done anymore,” he screeched. “Cause every time they take their *&*$ing prayer break, they don’t just get their 7 $%*ing minutes, they take 10 or 20 to crawl off what ever *&%# tower we’re on cause no, they they can’t pack their #@%^ing rugs up there they gotta have some private place,, then they take just as long to #$^ing tool back up and crawl their useless in the cold anyways *&%$ing asses back up where I been working without any help for the last three *&^%ing quarters of an hour! If I’m lucky!”

He never got fired, (Probably an A.D.H.D. lawsuit was a can of worms the company didn’t want to open.) and after, ensured no Muslim wanted anywhere near him by barging in the camp breakfast line with them and slopping so much bacon on his plate it fell on the floor, in other food pans, and even “accidentally” on Muslim’s trays while he INNOCENTLY offered bacon.

Now said factions avoid him like the plague, making sure he’s got his meal before they even get in line.

He even brags about how durable his pigskin gloves, belt and boots are – although I doubt he has any – and the boss vets anybody working with him, or leaves him alone if the job allows.

Production’s back up to his 150%.

He sounds like a great bloke with potential Dano50, I have experience of autistic spectrum disorders {two of my three children} and I can assure you that while they can be hard going at times, they remain in the top
5% for intelligence. Help where you can and try to understand what it’s like for him.

Yeah he’s no slouch in the I.Q. department either.

Part of the reason he’s so fast is he’s always trying to figure a way to do things quicker, and one part of his job involves cutting holes in walls for pipe valves and their stems or handles. The plant only uses three sizes, 4, 6 and 8 inch, so instead of having to measure each time, he cut trace molds for each on tin. He just slaps the mold down, traces outline, and cuts the hole.

Saves 5 to 10 minutes a valve, and it all adds up.

The crazy thing is, he’s fun to be around. Especially when someone says something incredibly stupid and he tells them so. He doesn’t do it to be mean. His brain hasn’t got that kind of filter.

And things can be hilarious at times.

He was in court for whatever one time, and the judge made ADAMANTLY clear, if he hears a phone the owner will be charged with contempt.

Well half way through my buddy’s time, his phone beeps.

The court goes silent.

The judge goes RED and just as he’s about to scream…

My buddy’s phone gives its programmed reminder, “It’s time for your A.D.H.D pill. Take your pill. Take your pill. Take your pill.” and because his wife knows he can ignore something until it quits, she had it set so it wouldn’t automatically stop.

He said the judge went white, and then stammered, SUPER POLITE, “Are you okay, sir? Would you like us to break, sir? Is there anything you require, sir? Are you sure, sir? Because we can take a break, sir.”

I mean.

You can’t BUY that kind of entertainment.

In all human societies and tribes, one rule at least can be relied on to bubble to the surface – tribe or group loyalty.

If those blokes had studied human nature, they would have understood that to be accepted by those of another tribe {they work with}, they’ll have to excel at some act of self sacrifice and or bravery in the cause of helping another of the dominant tribe or that tribes society..

Esteem like respect in others has to be earned, man to man, woman to woman, it can never be enforced by some misguided political “equality” diktat. Where this is tried, it breeds only sullen resentment in the majority.

I can think of only one exception, and that is the sustained unjustified persecution of a person for no discernably good reason.

….ask Tommie Robinson who is sitting in a jail cell without a real court hearing for telling about the girls in the UK being kidnapped and groomed as sex slaves for Islam….he got 13 months without representation or a real hearing…..then they moved him to a prison where 85% of the prisoners are Muslims….It will be a miracle if he makes it out alive.

Sounds like they are using the Jesse Jsckson playbook. I was let go from my job because of my age and slight disability, along with a dozen other “seasoned” employees. Did the EEOC do anything for me? No. I am a white male, so I am always the oppressor.
