Trump Effect: Kim Jong-Un Signs Document Promising ‘Complete Denuclearization’ of Korean Peninsula

35

President Donald Trump has done the dream of the liberals and brought Kim Jong-Un to the table to sign a document promising total denuclearization of North Korea.

The two leaders sat next to each other at a table in front of flags for their respective countries.

And Trump, in his most diplomatic demeanor, thanked the despotic leader as he signed.

Breitbart has more:

President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un surprised reporters with an unscheduled signing of documents after their summit in Singapore on Tuesday.

The two leaders appeared in a room decorated with flags of both countries for the signing ceremony.

“We’re both very honored to sign the document. Thank you,” Trump said shortly.

Kim said that the meeting was “historic” and that the two leaders had “left the past behind.”

“The world will see a major change,” he said. “I would like to express my gratitude to President Trump to make this meeting happen.”

The pair signed documents which vowed to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries with a commitment from North Korea to denuclearize the Korean peninsula.

Four points of the Trump-Kim Declaration:

1. The United States and the DPRK commit to establish new U.S.-DPRK relations in accordance with the desire of the peoples of the two countries for peace and prosperity.

2. The United States and the DPRK will join their efforts to build a lasting and stable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.

3. Reaffirming the April 27, 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, the DPRK commits to work towards the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

4. The United States and the DPRK commit to recovering POW/MIA remains including the immediate repatriation of those already identified.

When reporters asked if Kim was prepared to denuclearize, Trump said that they would be “starting that process very quickly.”

“We’ve developed a very special bond,” Trump said, adding that the summit turned out better than anyone could have predicted.

When asked if he would invite Kim to the White House, Trump said, “Absolutely, I will.”

After the signing, the pair reappeared after the signing to shake hands again.

The president spoke briefly to reporters after the handshake, affirming that he would meet with Kim “many times” saying that he had a “great personality” and was “very smart.”

“Good combination,” he added, describing him as “a very worthy, very smart negotiator.”

“We had a terrific day and we learned a lot about each other and our countries,” he said.

When asked what he learned about Kim, Trump replied, “I learned that he’s a very talented man. I also learned that he loves his country very much.”

Trump teased the document signing after leaving the working lunch with Kim.

“We had a really fantastic meeting. A lot of progress. Really, very positive, I think better than anybody could have expected, top of the line, really good. We’re going right now for a signing,” Trump told reporters as the pair walked by the press.

Both leaders paused and spoke briefly before going separate ways at the doorway of the hotel.

Trump also showed Kim the interior of his presidential limousine “The Beast” as they walked together outside the hotel, according to the Associated Press.

Trump and Kim have spent about five hours together in various meetings, including a 40-minute period of just the two leaders in a room with their interpreters.

I’m shocked that there was a signing already.
The fake news CNN and MSNBC are saying something completely different.

I wish the Democrats and their mouthpieces nothing but failure.

NK did get security assurances in return for giving up nuclear weapons. As Kim stated, he didn’t want to end up like Libya. They gave up their nukes and then Hillary came along….remember Benghazi? So does Kim. But Hillary investigated herself so all must be fine, right? It was the MUSLIM video, right? LOL! We need to get her before she croaks. Sessions is the hold up with his ridiculous recusal.

God is blessing us through Trump.

He is a real disrupter, domestically and internationally. This is why the globalists hate him. He is destroying their agenda. No one that ran in the 2016 election om either side has the BALLS he has. He is amazing!

The like of CNN, MSNBC, needless to say, are downplaying if not dismissing Trump’s triumph. If Trump were to part the Red Sea or bring peace to this forlorn planet, the MSM, the Leftists/Democrats would and do skew the truth to befit their anti-Trump anti-Constitutional Republic agenda. Obama and Clinton sold out this nation to the highest bidder. Their sole capability was kissing ass, appeasement or paying-off the enemies of this Republic and the so-called free world.

Those viewing the like of the MSM and swallowing the overt lies and fabricated news from the bowels of the editorial board are sheep-like. The latter, sheep-like, encapsulates and defines Progressivism, like a flock of gullible dullards.

Why do democrats hate our president more than they love America?

William, I believe the Democrats loathe America second to Trump. There entire agenda is not for the betterment of the Republic but solely regaining power by any means. Undermining the presidency themselves and via their propaganda agency the MS; disseminating fake news or manufacturing fairy tale scripts to baffle and brainwash their gullible, leftist viewers.

Trump did in a day what 60 years worth of US presidents have never been able to accomplish. Have liberals decided how this is a bad thing or are they still working on it?

Didn’t he already make this promise back in the Bush administration? How can anyone believe him now?

I can’t see what America or even Trump himself gains by giving Kim this photo-op. Just bring a few Marines and have them shoot the bastard.

Our little friend, jdgalt, is seemingly as stupid as Nancy .. perhaps, she’s right there with Max Waters … She (jaydee) said ” … he already …” Judas, how idiotic can she be? Kim Jong-un didn’t take power until 2011 … a little after booshie’s time. Why is that the stupidest ones post such worthless, idiotic drivel?

Promises made to weak leaders is completely different than lieing to Trump. Trump does what he said during his campaign, unlike all other politicians. Kim understands this and you should to.

Supreme Court Gives States the Green Light to Clean Up Voter Rolls
Jason Snead / @jasonwsnead / Hans von Spakovsky / @HvonSpakovsky / June 11, 2018

Can a state take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of its voter rolls by removing people who have left the jurisdiction?

On Monday, by a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court answered “yes,” affirming an Ohio law allowing for the removal of voters who have left the state.

First, Alito noted that Ohio’s process—mailing a notice seeking confirmation of residency, followed by a waiting period encompassing two federal general elections—followed the process prescribed in the National Voter Registration Act “to the letter.” In fact, he wrote, “[n]ot only are states allowed to remove registrants who satisfy these requirements, but federal law makes this removal mandatory.”

Next, the court rejected the claim that Ohio ran afoul of the failure-to-vote clause, concluding that the law “simply forbids the use of nonvoting as the sole criterion for removing a registrant”—something Ohio does NOT do. Rather, nonvoting is treated as evidence of nonresidency, but is not itself sufficient to result in removal from the voter roll.

This is exactly how Congress intended nonvoting to be used. Not only did it make it part of the requirements prescribed in the National Voter Registration Act for removal, it subsequently included provisions in the Help America Vote Act specifying that no one could be removed “solely” for this reason, and amended the original failure-to-vote clause to specify that it “may not be construed to prohibit a state from using” the procedures on which Ohio based its law.

It only took CNN, ABC and others less than one hour to claim Trump didn’t know what he was doing. That he had given everything that Kim wanted, recognition, status etc and received nothing in return ! It is amazing just how hateful they are of this administration.
