Federal Judges should not be making military decisions in the war on terror. Generals not Judges.5 years agoReply to TDWell, there’s the “Wise Latina,” (Obama) the androgynous Elena Kagan (Obama), Socialist Ruth Bader Ginsburg (Clinton), and the all-purpose leftist Stephen Breyer (Clinton).
At Seventy-nine and eighty-five, respectively, Breyer and Ginsburg will be issuing opinions far into the future.
Just think of how close this country came to ruin had there been another Clinton administration.

-Samurai quote.5 years agoA good vote for sure. But, it is only as good as those who are sworn to uphold and enforce the law. That would be AG Sessions. Not a good track record. Still has not gone after Oakland Mayor, Libby Schaff, for tipping off over 800 illegal law breakers that ICE was coming after them. Clear Obstruction of Justice.
How long before liberal Federal Judges, appointed by Obama, decide to scoff at this ruling? Check back with me at the end of the week.
It covers just 6 countries when it should apply to all MOSLEM countries. We should keep ALL out and deport all who are here! I won’t be happy until the USA is MOSLEM & ISLAM FREE!
5 years agoFor those who don’t know jacksh*t about their own country, this Supreme Court ruling is directly in line with public law 8 US Code, Section 1182 entitled “Inadmissible Aliens”. It was used to keep communism out of this country following WWII.
Look it up. Go to Section 3, Part B, “Security and Related Grounds” and look at the nine criteria listed. You will not find religion mentioned anywhere.

5 years agoThis “Muslim majority” thing is bullshit. It is no more relevant than saying they are countries with very few Polar bears.
They are third world breeding grounds for filthy Muslim terrorists. Every single one of those countries is filled with Muslim violence.
This is one of the mistakes Trump makes in that he doesn’t accurately describe his reasons. In this case he screwed up by saying “Muslim majority” as being the reason for the ban.
