Muslim Who Wanted to Join a ‘Muslim Army’ and Commit Jihad Sentenced for Lying in Attempt to Join U.S. Military

A Muslim man living in Williamsburg, Virginia, was sentenced to five years in prison after he was caught telling an undercover federal agent he wanted to commit acts of jihad and then lying to join the U.S. military.

Officials with the FBI said the man, Shivam Patel, 28, was an ISIS supporter.

“ISIS supporter” is a euphemism for Muslims who wage holy war in the cause of Islam. It’s not about ISIS, it’s about Islam. Al Qaeda, Hamas, Muslim Brotherhood, Al Shabaab, MILF, Hazb’Allah, Taliban et al are all part of the “Muslim army”, the global jihad.

More on the arrest, right from the U.S. Department of Justice:

A Williamsburg man who told an FBI undercover employee that he wanted to commit jihad was sentenced … to five years in prison for passport fraud and making false statements in his application to join the United States military.

According to court documents, Shivam Patel, 28, was working in China in the summer of 2016 when he flew to the Kingdom of Jordan, was arrested, detained, and then returned to the United States. Patel told an undercover employee and a confidential source that he wanted to join a “Muslim army” and commit jihad. After returning to the United States, he applied to join the Army and Air Force.

When asked about his prior foreign travel as part of his applications, Patel did not disclose his trips to China or Jordan. After he was asked to show an Army recruiter his passport, which would have revealed his prior travel to the recruiter, he filed an application for a new passport, falsely claiming that he had accidentally thrown his old passport away. Special agents from the FBI recovered that passport, which documented his undisclosed travel, when they arrested him in July 2017.

G. Zachary Terwilliger, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, John C. Demers, Assistant Attorney General for National Security, and Martin Culbreth, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Norfolk Field Office, made the announcement after U.S. District Judge Mark S. Davis accepted the plea. Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew C. Bosse and Trial Attorney Justin Sher of the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section prosecuted the case.

I have said this before and I’ll say it again – NO MOSLEM IS EVER TO BE PUT IN YOUR MILITARY!

They are UNSTABLE men and they ONLY OBEY their Koran. Never trust what he says because he is religiously obligated to LIE to you.

He is the BANE of what it is to be HUMAN. You can read that curse-verse in Genesis by the creator Himself. And as usual when the most High speaks – it has a very deep meaning and does not return to Him empty.

How many Jihadis DIDN”T the defunct FBI stop before they enlisted in a branch of our military? Don’t forget several muslim soldiers of allah slaughtered our guys from within already. Here and abroad. Why are we letting this happen?

I know of at least three muslums on active duty in the US military who were complicit in the deaths of US military personnel:
1. a muslum in the 101st Airborne fragged members of his own platoon while they slept
2. the Ft. Hood shooter
3. an active duty USN sailor shared ship berthing data w/Al Qaida thus facilitating the bombing of the USS Cole while at port
Whether or not there are other instances of such treachery I don’t know, but I don’t trust our enemedia or military would be honest about the fact.
