Robert Spencer: Nigel Farage Warns “We’ll Lose” A Battle Between the West and Islam

41

British politician Nigel Farage once helped convince Britons to vote for Brexit and separate from the European Union, but British establishment politicians have done everything they could to sabotage that vote since then. Now Farage has apparently decided that if he can’t beat them, he’ll join them — if not on Brexit, then in their stance of denial and appeasement regarding the global jihad threat.

At a recent dinner of the UK Independence Party (UKIP), which he formerly headed, Farage said: “If dealing with Islamic fundamentalism becomes a battle between us and the entire religion, I’ll tell you the result: we’ll lose. We will simply lose….We absolutely have to get that Muslim majority living in many of our towns and cities on our side, more attuned to Western values than some pretty hardline interpretations of the Qur’an.”

Sure. Now how does Farage propose to do that? His warning against making the resistance to jihad a “battle between us and the entire religion” is odd. No sane person is saying that the West should go to war with the entire Islamic world. The likeliest interpretation of his statement is that he is saying that we must not speak about how jihadis find justification for their actions in the Qur’an and Sunnah, as that will alienate the “moderates.”

Story continues below advertisement

But if we don’t speak about such facts, how will we ever convince Muslims not to follow “hardline interpretations of the Qur’an”?

Another problem with Farage’s statement is that it manifests a remarkable ignorance of history. While he is deeply concerned that British people not begin to think that resisting jihad terror means that they are in a “battle” with the “entire religion” of Islam, he appears unaware of the fact that many Muslims throughout history have considered their entire religion to be at war with the entire non-Muslim world.

I document this abundantly in my new book The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS. To take one of innumerable examples, Sharaf ad-Din Ali Yazdi, a fifteenth-century Persian who wrote a biography of the Mongol Muslim warrior Tamerlane, observed that “the Qur’an says the highest dignity man can attain is that of making war in person against the enemies of his religion. Muhammad advises the same thing, according to the tradition of the Muslim doctors: wherefore the great Temur always strove to exterminate the infidels, as much to acquire that glory, as to signalise himself by the greatness of his conquests.”

After conquest came dhimmitude, the subjugated status that the Qur’an mandates for “the People of the Book” (primarily Jews and Christians). In the early twelfth century, the Fatimid caliph Al-Amir bi-Ahkamillah issued this edict:

Now, the prior degradation of the infidels in this world before the life to come—where it is their lot—is considered an act of piety; and the imposition of their poll tax [jizya], “until they pay the tribute out of hand and have been humbled” (Koran 9:29) is a divinely ordained obligation….The dhimmi’s payment of his dues by a bill drawn on a Muslim, or by delegating a real believer to pay it in his name will not be tolerated. It must be exacted from him directly in order to vilify and humiliate him, so that Islam and its people may be exalted and the race of infidels brought low. The jizya is to be imposed on all of them in full, without exception.

Underlying this subjugation is a deep contempt for non-Muslims. In the year 718, the Umayyad caliph Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz sent out a message to the governors of the various Islamic provinces:

O you who believe! The non-Muslims are nothing but dirt. Allah has created them to be partisans of Satan; most treacherous in regard to all they do; whose whole endeavor in this nether life is useless, though they themselves imagine that they are doing fine work. Upon them rests the curse of Allah, of the Angels and of man collectively

We must not think that we are at war with the entire religion. But what, Mr. Farage, are we to think about the Muslims who consider themselves and their religion to be at war with us?

Nigel Farage has become just another mainstream hack politician.

Robert Spencer is the director of Jihad Watch and a Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center. Farage is unfortunately forced to speak within the confines of what is now allowed by the pro-muslim, anti-Western Civilization position of the UK.

Farage cannot call for what really must be done without facing prison like Tommy Robinson where he is likely to be killed by the non-traditional English population.

“No sane person is saying that the West should go to war with the entire Islamic world.” Well if not now, then do we wait until the numbers are even worse? For over 1400 years these sand savages have been masquerading as a religion while at the same time demanding we ALL must: “Convert or Die”.

So when an entire hate cult demands you Convert or Die how is it insane to want to go to war with them seeing as they have been at war with us for over 1400 years???????????????????????

I’d only have one question to Farage:
Since Islam is waging a war of attrition and annihilation against the West and the West stubbornly refuses to accept the fact and fight back, what chance does he think the West stands of survival?

He just understood how hopeless is his stand. A few more words and he will be in bad prison that he will not survive. English people resigned to live as slaves of Muslims. It’s all finished. The reason is one. It is called biological degeneration of European race. Not firt to survive.

It sounds very much like someone has “got to him or his family’ and this about turn is not a willing one. For all of the ones who sneer at this, just think how brave would you be if it were your spouse, parents or children threatened. I can tell you that death threats totally undermine any personal sense of safety or confidence no matter how good is your security.

Farage has never really spoken about Islam, it seems to be a blind spot with him. He even turned on Ann Marie Waters when she was running for UKIP leader, he said UKIP would lose credibility if they went anti-Islam. I very much doubt that’s true and he shouldn’t have interfered, he lost my support with that.

What’s filthy and unclean according to Iranian Ayatollah Sistani?

107. An infidel i.e. a person who does not believe in Allah and His
Oneness, is najis. Similarly, Ghulat who believe in any of the holy
twelve Imams as God, or that they are incarnations of God, and Khawarij
and Nawasib who express enmity towards th e holy Imams, are also najis.
And similar is the case of those who deny Prophethood, or any of the
necessary laws of Islam, like, namaz and fasting, which are believed by
the Muslims as a part of Islam, and which they also know as such. As
regards the people of the Book (i.e. the Jews and the Christians) who do
not accept the Prophethood of Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah (Peace be
upon him and his progeny), they are commonly considered najis, but it is
not improbable that they are Pak. Ho wever, it is better to avoid them.

108. The entire body of a Kafir, including his hair and nails, and all liquid substances of his body, are najis.

109. If the parents, paternal grandmother and paternal grandfather
of a minor child are all kafir, that child is najis, except when he is
intelligent enough, and professes Islam. When, even one person from his
parents or grandparents is a Muslim, the child is Pak (The details will
be explained in rule 217).

It is most unfortunate that the Brit’s and the Europeans have refused to heed the reality expressed by men like Winston Churchill, who expressed his recognition that the world of Islam intended to overrun the free world and both dominate and subjugate all non-believers of Islam. The books of this belief system is proof positive of their morbid attempt to overwhelm the free world, and their actions to date further support that same conclusion. I agree that since Islam’s creation, by a man whose history established him as a power hungry tyrant, not a prophet, falsely claimed divine inspiration, Islam has proven and shown itself to be a sardonic belief system, unlike other religions preceding Islam, a belief system that does not tolerate existing on any equal plane with non-Muslims. We, who are believers of those religions that teach charity and good neighborliness, must accept the reality that we are facing a philosophical belief system that will not accept anything less than domination and will continue to claim that they are the Aryan’s, and all others are to be controlled or destroyed. We hear those comments regularly from their political and religious leaders, and history has already established the vile intent of this belief system. Why free world leaders refuse to accept that reality is tragic, as these believers will continue to turn on us non-believers, to our destruction. We need to do what Japan has already recognized, and exclude Islamic followers from our countries. That is the reality!

They are already building their military depots, command centers and sleeper cells all OVER your country. Seeding their army in your cities.

Your lives are in danger since you disarmed your citizens and left them as sitting ducks. Many have been murdered in pre-war operations called only “terror” attacks.

He has been harassed and demoralized so much in the media, his entire private life ruined, he is banned from many retail spaces, he is spat at and harassed and that has made him buckle more on his stance. He opposed the burka a few years ago and got under such violent hate attacks by people he got a taste how bad it could get. This kind of talk is simply a balsamic double talk which is not unusual for British people and culture.

Farage has been more outspoken against the EU and ITS support of the Muslim invasion than anything directed at Islam per se. In other words, He wants the UK to leave the EU (which it actually voted to do) and NOT be beholden to all its rules & regs. This opposition is mainly concerned with trade and economic restrictions, as well as the immigration policies of the EU – and NOT a direct fight with Islam. Actually, he’s never been the anti-Islam and anti-Sharia leader that others – e.g., Tommy Robinson – have consistently been, so I’m not worried that he’s going soft on Islam; in fact, he’s only advocating to NOT go against Islam per se, but the pro-Shariah policies of the British & EU governments.

Farage is merely stating the Wets’s position since 9/11, and before. Clinton, Bush, Obama, Merkel, Sarkozy, Hollande, Macron, John Major, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, Camron, And May have all gone down this road of denial.

As-Sisi tried to counter it and was rebuffed.

Sisi? The strong man of Egypt? Persecution of Coptic Christians under his regime still goes on in Egypt — whether or not it’s any better for them in Egypt under him than say Mubarak is anyone’s guess because persecution is still persecution no matter how “moderate”.

Gerard Batten has a better grasp pf the threat islam poses.
Nigel is more focussed on the EU madness.
Sadly the Lewisham East voters moved over towards the LibDems (who oppose an ‘extreme Brexit’) and UKIP and For Britain were left trailing behind the Greens.
The only consolation was the massive drop in votes for the winning Labour candidate.
Eeeee I can’t see much hope on the horizon.

Hey Mr. Farage
“Farewell to England”
This is an interesting “Farewell to England” list of Islamic accomplishments in that country that I thought might give you a better understanding of the insidiousness of Hijrah; that’s the takeover of a nation without going to war. Don’t think for a moment that America is not a target or that there are no American cities where Islamic and Sharia victories and takeovers have already occurred. It’s time for border control, or start planning for a very big goodbye America party
Here’s what has already happened to England within a few years of opening their borders without entry control:
How the British have passively succumbed to the Muslim invasion:
Mayor of London .. MUSLIM
Mayor of Birmingham .. MUSLIM
Mayor of Leeds … MUSLIM
Mayor of Blackburn … MUSLIM
Mayor of Sheffield … MUSLim
Mayor of Oxford .. MUSLIM
Mayor of Luton …. MUSLIM
Mayor of Oldham … MUSLIM
Mayor of Rochdale … MUSLIM
All the following achieved by just 4 million Muslims out of the 66 million population:
Over 3,000 Muslim Mosque
Over 130 Muslim Sharia Courts
Over 50 Muslim Sharia Councils
Muslims Only No-Go Areas Across The UK
Muslim Women.. 78% don’t work and are on FREE benefits/housing
Muslim Men… 63% don’t work and are on FREE benefits/housing
Muslim Families… 6-8 children on FREE benefits/housing and now all UK schools are ONLY serving HALAL MEAT where a jizya tax has been paid to the muslim clerics!!

The West has a problem that the politicians/leaders do not know how to handle it, or the guts to deal with it. Trump is the only leader who has the nerve to do something about the real problems with immigration, and his own party won’t support him. When the older folks are gone, no one will know how it was because it isn’t taught anymore. Trump will be remembered as nothing more than a “speed bump” in the destruction of America. When the Europeans finally realize their culture/traditions are gone, they may blame it on Trump, maybe Bush too.

Some good and…Many many nonsense comments here. And this is one.

Farage is an IDIOT.
The UK has already lost the battle. Farage needs to open his damm eyes

Anybody who says that the UK (or anywhere) has lost the battle does not mean to be but is a traitor to everything.

For a start it is so easy to say and for another thing it will absolve the sayer from doing anything.

Your team is down three zero and the full back starts saying Hey guys we have lost. How do you think the others would react.

Farage did a very good job on Brexit and I support Britain and Ireland getting out of the EU which is a denial of national sovereignty. They still need to get out and I still support people like May because I have no alternative.

Also there is a massive problem in these countries and in America. The struggle is massive. The Jihad is winning because the borders have not been secured.

There are vast numbers of the native ruling class who are traitors and the BBC is leading this traitordom!

I am a revolutionary socialist, communist, total atheist but I respect your views if you are not, Trotskyist. I want the total destruction of Islam from the face of the earth. But I have found many who are such anti communist bigots and zealots that they cannot accept me and hate me more than any Muslim and I will bet there are plenty here like that.

We live in a world of lies. Just read the comments section on any Infowars article and you will find an antisemitism that is hard to believe.

And there is no BOLSHEVIK TYPE PARTY to take control in the leadership stakes. Robert Spencer has a book coming out which I will welcome….BUT IT IS ONLY A BOOK!!!

In order to win these battles ahead you or we are going to need much more than a book but do not accuse me of not welcoming a book, any book, especially this book, I do but much more will be needed…Help me to build trotskyist.org

Not surprising. If one has been watching Nigel for years – he has long avoided stepping on Muslim toes, and tip toed through the Jihad minefield with all the delicacy of any establishment politician. …

That said. What do you expect from him? Had he not been the sort of person who could avoid 3d rails like that plague, his pro-British statements would have destroyed him long ago.

Also. It’s unlikely he appreciates what he’s up against because – contrary to what Lietards say about him and us – we do not actually hate other people. Unfortunately this means many of us are completely out of touch with how many ‘others’ HATE our living guts with every fiber of their being.

And it’s not just Muzzies. Leftists hate us. Many blacks hate us. An incredible number of those ‘wonderful’ undocumented folks from south of the border hate us. Oh, but not all – you say – but I will tell you – the number who hate us are the same number who vote Demokkkratic or Labor or whatever flavor is Leftist. They vote Left BECAUSE they hate us. That’s the whole d**n point.

As for Nigel: Why is he stepping down his game and sending up his white flag? Duh.

Tommy Robinson is in prison and – barring a miracle – is going to be killed.

Nigel apparently is not willing to make a similar sacrifice for the team.
