This is the Guardian, and possibly Sweden itself, in denial: “The publication comes as the debate on security – and the possibility of joining Nato – has intensified in Sweden in the wake of Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014 and recent incursions into Swedish airspace and territorial waters by Russian planes and submarines.” The Swedes face no serious threat of war from Russia. The real threat of war they face is from within, from the massive number of Muslim migrants they have admitted. And everyone in Sweden knows that is why they distributed this leaflet. They know what they’ve done to their country, and what is coming.

The Swedish government has begun sending all 4.8m of the country’s households a public information leaflet telling the population, for the first time in more than half a century, what to do in the event of a war.

The 20-page pamphlet, illustrated with pictures of sirens, warplanes and families fleeing their homes, also prepares the population for dangers such as cyber and terror attacks and climate change, and includes a page on identifying fake news.
“Although Sweden is safer than many other countries, there are still threats to our security and independence,” the brochure says. “If you are prepared, you are contributing to improving the ability of the country to cope with a major strain.”
Similar leaflets were first distributed in neutral Sweden in 1943, at the height of the second world war. Updates were issued regularly to the general public until 1961, and then to local and national government officials until 1991.
“Society is vulnerable, so we need to prepare ourselves as individuals,” said Dan Eliasson of the Swedish civil contingencies agency, which is in charge of the project. “There’s also an information deficit in terms of concrete advice, which we aim to provide.”
The publication comes as the debate on security – and the possibility of joining Nato – has intensified in Sweden in the wake of Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014 and recent incursions into Swedish airspace and territorial waters by Russian planes and submarines.
The country has begun reversing military spending cuts and last year staged its biggest military exercises in nearly a quarter of a century, as well as voting to reintroduce conscription and unveiling joint plans with Denmark to counter Russian cyber-attacks and disinformation….

Many parts of Europe are going to experience civil war in the not so distant future. When their 5th columns get large enough there will be unrelenting demands for autonomous regions, at first, and then total annexation of parts of that country. Just like India or Serbia.

There are some stupid wars that the west has fought not the least of
which was World War One which was all of elite government policy makers
doing. The West though survived War World One. But this latest thing
where Sweden might have to fight a civil war against muslims in order for

I think that the Swedish government are not really talking about Russians….they are talking about Muslims….but they can’t say that…the point of the leaflets is to get them in the mindset of protecting themselves….no matter who the “invaders” are….sad that the government can’t actually name the enemy because of fear of setting off the Muslims rioting and taking over their country…..I’m sure the Swedes get the message…..

Yeah, but who first? Sweden, or Britain? If Tommy Robinson, gets killed in prison, I hope and pray, that Britain will rise up with anger!
But then, there are about 50 more countries, that have let in thousands upon thousands, and are about to fall

It’s soo good to hear that, as part of their plan to help the Swedish people, the gov is also including a section on “identifying fake news.” I’m quite sure the Swedish people are sleeping that much better tonight, knowing that when it hits the fan, knowing who is fake and who isn’t, will save their lives. So glad to hear that little immigration problem is no longer such a huge threat as nuclear war is.

I can only speak for my country, Canada.
