It was a trial by jury that the muzrat rapists were attending when Tommy was arrested.
His trial wouldn’t have needed a jury as he was nicked on a technicality and a magistrate would have fished out the sentence.

Thanks for your replies but I’m not entirely persuaded. Sure the regime would prefer Tommy to be on board a crashing airliner over the Atlantic. But having him dead killed in prison would be a massive negative for them, be very threatening to what’s left of their credibility. The time he was arranged to be killed was a few years back when things were very different. Since then the “far-right” “racist” clap has lost credibility except with the narrow clique in Wasteminster/Islington and their goons. He now has a much more sophisticated followership (as some of today’s videos should indicate). And international connections that have got a lot stronger and are now unstoppable. The speed of the trial is due to fact that when/if a court order is breached then only a summary judgment by single judge is needed. It was a simple case, though I personally don’t think it satifies the critierion of SUBSTANTIAL risk of SERIOUSLY prejudicing the gang trial – hence on my third thoughts the judgment was wrong anyway. This ~could~ be argued in an appeal.

The banning order rightly applies till the end of the third trial, not yet started. I oppose the arrest but its improperness has to be properly understood.

Farage is very anti globalist but he shrinks back from criticising islam too much. I do still admire him and will be ever grateful for being instrumental in freeing Britain from the EU yoke but he did leave his party too hurriedly and in a mess. Good luck to him though!
