A Catholic university in Davenport, Iowa, just opened a special space for Muslims to gather and pray, one where genders can’t mix and strict Islamic principles and beliefs prevail.
The prayer room comes in honor of a deceased professor who taught at the college on world religions.
The Saudi Student Association had a hand in bringing the room to reality.

A Catholic university in Davenport, Iowa recently opened a prayer space dedicated to Islamic worship, honoring the legacy of a deceased professor of the school who taught a world religions class.
The prayer room, developed by a senior of St. Ambrose University in collaboration with its Saudi Student Association, is designed “specifically for students of the Islamic faith,” according to a report on local NPR station WVIK.
The room features ” sinks for ritual foot-washing,” as well as “separate areas for male and female worshippers, since Islamic tradition calls for different prayer areas for each sex.”
Matt Mahoney, the St. Ambrose senior who helped design the room, called the prayer space “outstanding.”
“It’s uniquely Ambrosian, and it just sort of shows our commitment to all different faiths,” Mahoney said of the sex-segregated worship room.
The project was created in honor of Joe DeFrancisco, a St. Ambrose religion professor who died last year.

And this is a Catholic university that is supposedly teaching Christian values in education??? According to the St. Ambrose U. web page they are for social justice and service and they ready students for success and to become active contributors in creating a just society. This sounds very politically correct. If they aren’t already calling on the muslums for guidance in their curriculum I’m sure they will be. This looks like just another one of many anti-Christian liberal indoctrination centers that pass for institutions of “higher learning”. Makes me sick!

Check how many K-12, colleges and universities have a MUSLIM STUDENT ASSOCIATION! You would be shocked! Now try and find ONE that has a CHRISTIAN club. It’s like looking for hens teeth.

It may be Presbyterian. Many churches, not just congregants/members have been leaving both the PCA and PCUSA, well before the mohammedanism love fest.
Each individual church is a separate corporate body. Their church and all associated property, is owned by the members. They notify the presbytery and …. go their own way.
Although, PCUSA changed it’s laws so that the church belongs to the denomination, it could not alter long-standing deeds and covenants. Therefore, rail all that they wish … If a corporate body leaves, they still own their church.
Many Methodist congregants may have left their church, but the church (physical) proper … that’s owned by the denomination.

The Christian cross is empty, because Christ rose from the dead. The Catholic cross still has Christ hanging on it. They don`t really believe Christ is risen. They may say so, but then why is His image still hanging on the cross? Catholics used to admit they were a pagan religion. They pray to people,idols. Now, to each his own,but when they create harm and do things that will cause harm, it`s time to speak up.

Once they are ‘praying’ you can send in ICE to round them up and deport them. Muslims by their own admission are infiltrating the USA and want to bring Sharia law with them. Everyone who is paying even a little attention can see this truth. Islam is the modern day evil in the world today and must be defeated. Unless you want to rape children, beat your wife, own slaves, throw gays off of tall buildings, and kill your female relatives for dishonoring you, that is.

And on that day, you will be liberated from your theocratic slavery. You have nothing to lose but your burkas and hijabs! Muslim women, now is the time to rise up and demand your rights. As for this Catholic school…..you can’t fix stupid. When told to bend over and grab their collective ankles, they are all too happy to oblige. Makes em feel virtuous and tolerant. Accommodating evil never felt so good to these misguided do-gooders. The important thing is….Allah is pleased.

I would imagine they FEEL so inclusive with their piety.
It must be such a relief to NOT have to defend Christianity or Christ. To them, one god is the same as another god.

1st of all Catholicism is not Christian. Some Christians are decieved , thinking Catholics are Christian,also. Also,some Christians still don`t know their history regarding islam. I see nothing improper in being an islamaphobe. We all better start being islamophobic. I take some vitamin supplements for my health. I want nothing to do with mohammadans, again for my health.

Sharia law in America’s false Christian colleges. They force students to live with pagans, Islamists whose religion orders them to rape, torture, rob, subjugate and kill them. This college forces non-muslim students to accept this pagan god as an equal to almighty God. Don’t send your children there if you want them to have a truthful biblical foundation. If you want them to be safe, send them to a real Christian college, if such a thing exists anymore.
