Minnesota Army National Guard campaign: ‘Blessed Ramadan’

49

When has the U.S. military undertaken a similar campaign for Yom Kippur or Rosh Hashanah or Diwali?  And when did this become the purview of the U.S. military? What is this madness? Does this make any sense to you? The idea is that Islam needs a PR campaign. Why is that? Well, the answer to that is obvious. That our military should undertake it is the height of absurdity. Our military has been engaged in fighting jihadi wars across the world since 9/11. Now they are engaged in proselytizing for it on the homefront?

Minnesota Army National Guard celebrates ‘month of jihad’ (Terrorism) with ‘Blessed Ramadan’ lawn sign

By Creeping Sharia, May 4, 2018:

Minnesota Army National Guard leaders are packing an unexpected item when they head to their annual training camp next month — a lawn sign displaying the words “To Our Muslim Neighbors: Blessed Ramadan.”

Story continues below advertisement

The blue signs, part of a campaign launched by Minnesota Council of Churches three years ago, also will be showing up at several thousand churches, individual homes and educational centers across the nation to mark the expected first day of Ramadan May 15.

Respect is a two way street. You respect me, I respect you. It is not capitulation, or always one sided, or deference to a certain group based on color, creed, culture.
To a greater extent, I think religion should stay out of schools, politics, etc. Why? Simply this. All religions are not given the same importance, mention, or mentin on the media.
When is the last time we gave mention to Tibetan Monks, Hindus, Buddhists, Amish and so forth. Just because Islam, and Christianity are supposedly the two religions with most adherents, does not mean that the rest should be pushed to the wayside, imho.
Tolerance is beautiful. Respect for the other is beautiful, equal representation for all is beautiful and fair.
I have not seen others from different religions wishing Christians a happy anything.
Mr. Freddy Akoa, Mr. Asad Shah, they were the best of people, kind, loving, with a true good heart. One was a Christian, the other tried to wish his Christian nation blessings for Easter.
There are many examples where some groups have not respected other groups. Many examples.
And there are incidents, too many to list unless in a book, where tolerance had no place. Many incidents.

Let me help you out.
Muslims have NO respect for the infidel. Other religions like Buddhism or Hindus don’t wish Merry Christmas to others either because they aren’t Christians! I have no problem with that. They shouldn’t feel obligated to wish or celebrate a holiday that is not in agreement with their beliefs. This pushing ISLAM has to STOP!

I totally agree with you, BUT change in this politically correct, liberal, left media biased society in America, and the Western secular lands can only be addressed through legal challenges. Through voting properly, and challenging laws we never heard of, or were won through mass interjection of the propaganda machine.
Decades ago, we never had to deal with any of this, but the universities, liberal mindset, biased media, and such as those have changed every fiber of our lives, more or less. They seek total control. You will be forced to capitulate, or you won’t be able to put food on the table.
There are philosophical questions here as well.
Anyway, the challenges must come in the manner like the left are going about it. There are many religions here now; things changed since the sixties, or so I believe at present. So, either give equal billing to all, or keep religion out of everything.
I did not want it like this. But the left won’t let us have our Christian nation.
I am saying, please encourage your children to seek careers in law, math, science. And challenge the universities to be FAIR, equal representation for Conservatives.

How nice– but in error. I respect that all Muslim are of the seed of Ishmael and fulfil the blessing of their father. They are a Wild ass of a man ,whose hand is against every man-thence every mans hand against them. I respect that their bloody system teaches any EVIL is OK if it is done to force submission to ALLAH. I respect that they willingly will beat/murder/ rape/ enslave-all manner of evil is culturally acceptable to them and they prey upon the BEGUILED. –upon those who say respect is a two way street.

I can assure you that I am likely one of the least beguiled on the planet. It is difficult to have such profound, complex discussions on venues such as this, but thank goodness we do receive news and information here.
When I say that respect is a two way street, I would add that it could work, if all sides were fair, just, tolerant, truthful, and cared about the other as one cares for oneself. We do know that this is not the case, because of man’s nature.
I am painfully aware of the issues, I wish I wasn’t. I am clear, I see what’s happening, what may result from all this. I extrapolate and project.
Vote right, figuratively and literally. Organize, think carefully, question, and encourage the next generation to study law, medicine, science.
Assemble legally, and protest matters such as the suppression of conservative ideology in our university campuses.
We are kept busy working hard to afford our lives, taxes and such, and I believe this is why we do not hold as many protests as the left, who seem to protest everything.

Oh, good one…but I got one better! Hehe…your gonna love THIS one!!

“Abu al-Zarqawi died, George Washington met him at the Pearly Gates. He slapped him across the face and yelled, “How dare you try to destroy the nation I helped conceive!” Patrick Henry approached, punched him in the nose and shouted, “You wanted to end our liberties but you failed!” James Madison followed, kicked him in the groin and said, “This is why I allowed our government to provide for the common defense!” Thomas Jefferson was next, beat al-Zarqawi with a long cane and snarled “It was Evil men like you who inspired me to write the Declaration of Independence.” The beatings and thrashings continued as George Mason, James Monroe and 66 other early Americans unleashed their anger on the terrorist Leader. As al-Zarqawi lay bleeding and in pain, an Angel appeared. Al-Zarqawi wept and said, “This is not what you promised me.” The Angel replied, “I told you there would be 72 Virginians waiting for you in Heaven. What did you think I said?”

“Guide us on the right path. The path of those upon whom YOU have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [YOUR] anger (Jews) or of those who are astray (Christians).”

How nice!

This is how the Mohammedan community thanks the Minnesota National Guard five times a day. At best, they reciprocate with, “I wish you the best” meaning, “Become Muslim, you moron!” Islam is a “We are right; you are wrong and we can do whatever we want to you until you realize it” religion. There is no tolerance – only divinely sanctioned oppression and slaughter – in Islam. Clergy need to learn this sooner rather than later. I am tired of all this ‘outreach’ they keep promoting.

With the war on Christianity and Judaism, why is the “religion” of Islam being touted in the government? I want all mention of Islam removed from government offices, military, police, hospitals (especially) and fire departments. And stop with the baby pampering of muslims who commit crimes.

That is the problem with these “for profit” religions, they buy and sell their endorsements to whoever pays for them. The fools are not even Christian in name, they are another commodity for social media to sell.

No, we are not hopefully lost, but I understand how you might feel like that. I agree we are becoming more stupid, more docile. I think we have been fed propaganda through the decades, even by the Catholic Church, which oftentimes has been quite liberal.
Christians are an easy touch by certain groups. What is said to Christians is never said to Muslims. We all know why that is.
Change has been coming for decades, encouraged by governments who lacked sense, fanned by false narratives of guilt, burdens placed on the shoulders of America primarily.
After WWII, we ourselves felt, and all other nations thought, that we were on the level of some type of deity, and that we could fix everything.
This is not the case, never will be, all empires will fall, will fail. As we know, there will be conflict, wars, fighting, and nature. Nature may yet take center stage.
I would think more on this, but I must be about the business of survival. Work, paying taxes, trying to stay on top of this mess.
But I have great disappointment in my heart, how it all turned out, how we have been forced to change. I mean look at how we spend our time, look at this mess. Our kids will never know what we saw, how we lived, and we were poor by today’s standards. I have spoken some of our African American citizens, and many say the same thing, that though we were poorer, life was somehow better, more peace, more sense of belonging, cohesion, we had more fun. We could walk home from work late at night and no ne robbed or mugged us.
By the way, I do wish the Dems would let our President build his Wall and not impede his every move, I daresay we must control the opioid crisis.

After watching a number of pussified U.S. military or ex-military personnel on tv, John Kirby, Mark Hertling and other excuses for military men, it is evident that many members of the U.S. military are ‘as thick as an Australian brick’ and utterly ignorant of Islam. Thanks to Barack Obama’s Islam-promoting presidency and banning of literature that exposed Islam for the disgusting ideology it is, this military is in an appalling state. Some drastic action is needed to re-educate the military and weed out and incarcerate treasonous members. This National Guard office above is a raving imbecile, ignorant and totally duped.

Sadly the Happy Chanukah, Blessed Passover, Merry Christmas, Happy Easter signs ordered for the same Christian Churches and Mosques have been on backorder the past three years. I called a Lutheran Church in St Paul to express my thoughts a couple of years ago . They still haven’t called me back and since the church is in Highland Park you sure would think a Celebration of their many Jewish neighbors would be appropriate.
