A fatwa (proclamation) has been issued by the State of New York against the National Rifle Association (and gun owners like you): “I urge companies in New York State to revisit any ties they may have to the NRA and consider their reputations, and responsibility to the public,” tweeted the Ayatollah Andrew Cuomo, aka the Governor of New York State. Conservative firearm advocates “have no place in the State of New York,” declared Ayatollah Cuomo.

Roll-up the anti-gun prayer rugs: the NRA has filed a lawsuit to stop NYS’ establishment of an implicit censorship regime; retaliating against the NRA based on its speech; conspiracy; and violations of the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection and Due Process, as well as Article 1, section 8 of the New York Constitution.

The Catch-22: Liberals want gun-owners to have insurance, but NYS bans it.

Liberals seek to take your guns
Gun registries will lead to gun confiscation, as illustrated by Australia, Canada, and Germany; as well as the United States: California, Illinois, and the heart of liberalism: New York City.
National gun confiscation has been proposed by liberals including Rep. Eric Swalwell (2018); the NAACP (2018); and Hillary Clinton, presidential candidate (2016).
Admit it, liberals, you really do want a total ban on firearms.

Celebrities had 500 police officers at the Oscars.
At anti-gun marches, armed guards protected Sen. Bernie Sanders; and Alyssa Milano.
Armed guards surrounded Ayatollah Cuomo at a “die-in” protest.

And I wouldn’t register or license a gun on a bet. It only tells the government that I have one, where I live, what my attitude is, and how they can harass me for having a weapon of my choice. And then they’d take it with no compensation in violation of the fifth amendment.

If anyone really studies the Constitution, they will see that the Founding Father’s made repeal nearly impossible in response to their bad experience with King George. The Second Amendment wasn’t written for deer hunters, it addresses tyranny.

I normally agree with the things that are said on this site. But when it said to live like slaves blacks in the south of the United States because they don’t have guns is not so . The black have guns in the south just like the whites do . No laws stopping them I know of. . Many blacks like to hunt and they do every year for game animals . The problem with liberals is that the always focus on skin color and other factors that no one can change. Worse, they USE those they think can be used, and then promptly forget them. When was the last time you heard about Black Lives Matter in the news? Trust me – it was when the radical blacks could be used to further the leftist agenda. Since then, there is no mention of them, hardly ever.

Just because they are black in the south doesn’t mean they are treated different, unless they have a criminal record same as any other race, Or, if they use depression or other mental illness to get disability, black white or any other race are turned down. And I’ve often wondered why she uses them….but then who else would she use….they are all the same.

I too have followed Pamela for many years.
Again, Disqus is the “hosting site” of Pamela’s “blog”….they direct the traffic and they monitor posts.
If you will notice …you have a “disqus” account, it’s where you signed up….you can use it to post on other blogs and sites as well.
When you complain about a post of someone it goes to Disqus….not Pamela.
Back some time ago there was someone posting that was very violent and vile…..they were managing to get around Disqus….maybe even a Bot which are hard to delete or block. I wrote Pamela directly about the problem and she responded with she would check it out with the website host -Disqus. Not long after that these posts disappeared.
Let me try to use this analogy: You get sick you go to your doctor. The doctor writes you a prescription, but the doctor can’t physically provide or fill your prescription. You have to take it to a third party -pharmacy – to provide the actual prescription.
When you go on other sites it will give you a choice of which Website you want to use with your “account” to respond on their website that hosts who you are replying to. You’ll notice you are given choices of which account you can reply with… Facebook account, or Twitter account, or Disqus account, or several others.
Try it…you will see.

I only post when I feel like it and have been banned from 3 sites . I had considered just quiting all togather but old habits are hard to break. This is one of the few sIt’s I still post on. I don’t intentionally post on face book and don’t use it. And I never signed up on Twitter , as you recall you and I have talked before and I hope every thing is well for you and your family. Buck

Hate to tell you this, Clarity….most people don’t click on links they don’t know where they go….and….while they may or may not be referencing “blacks in the civil war south” that was then and this is now……if you want to go back further….the “slaves” were actually fellow Africans of warring tribes who captured them, sold them to the Dutch slave traders who carried them to Cuba and Panama and sold them there…..don’t hear much about that aspect of slavery, do you?
….so -to your point – yes…if the Africans who were captured and sold by their fellow Africans had the same “fire” or weapons power as their captures…. who sold them to the Dutch…then there would not have even been slaves in the South….and North, by the way.
During the “desegregation” phase of America the most violent riots were North of the Mason Dixon Line, not in the South….no matter what “revisionist” history people were teaching.
As a former child of Memphis – born and reared- I can tell you for a fact that Blacks and Whites lived very peacefully together. It was a very Christian-Judeo community – Blacks and Whites….we helped each other no matter race.
A wonderful Black woman by the name of Ivy -who had 9 kids- often came to help my Mother out with her six kids when she was sick or having a surgery. As we grew up – I and my 5 siblings- we honest to God -thought Ivy was family. She was just as quick to give us a whooping for bad behavior as our parents. And loved on us when we were good.
As we grew up, had our own families and moved away, a visit home to Memphis included a stop at Ivy’s house to see her and show off our kids. We mourned her death years later.
Do you have a clue when all that changed for the worse? When Northern agitators, carpetbaggers, and violent people came to Memphis and Martin Luther King was shot.
I am sick to death of the constant reference to the South regarding slavery….which was just as bad in the North.
The biggest lie about the Civil War was that it was fought over Slavery……It was fought over STATES’ RIGHTS vs FEDERAL CONTROL OVER STATES. Slavery was merely the issue chosen to test Federal powers over states.
And these same issues are present today…..this time it is whether a state allows criminal illegals to ignore our country’s laws and descend on Americanas in their states, towns, and homes…criminal or not…..again, a test of Federal Law vs State Law. But now it is the Left screaming “racism” instead of slavery. Blacks who don’t want radical Muslims in America are called racists and Islamaphobes…..even though the Death Cult of Islam is not a RACE.
The Far Left and the Globalists always have a new name for people who want to live their lives in Freedom…no matter the race…..now, anyone who wants to have the Freedoms of America against the violence and slavery of Islam- no matter the race of the Freedom lover….we’re called Islamaphobic and racists…..Islam is not a “race”. This time it is not a Northern or Southern thing….it’s a humanity thing.

Depending on Federal Judges to Protect Your Gun Rights Is a Bad Plan
This is a really bad strategy.
At its core, the Second Amendment exists as a limit on federal authority. When you sue in federal court, you do so in the hope that the federal government will limit itself.
Remember, federal courts operate as part of the federal government, and federal judges are nothing more than politically connected lawyers drawing federal paychecks. When we keep these facts in mind, it becomes pretty obvious we shouldn’t count on federal courts to limit federal power, and uphold or preserve the Second Amendment.
James Madison gave us the blueprint. When the federal government commits
unwarrantable acts, the Father of the Constitution didn’t say “file a lawsuit in federal court.” Madison advised a refusal to cooperate with officers of the union. Don’t depend on politically connected lawyers to protect your right to keep and bear arms.

Hornady has announced it will not sell ammunition to any NYS organizations including Police.. I hope other companies follow suit.
