Popsugar celebrates the oppression of Muslim women

20

Popsugar to a popular celebrity dish website. Big with millennials. Here they are norming and celebrating sharia oppression of women by lauding a beauty pageant that featured hijab-wearing Muslimas.

Note also the paradox: “All the contestants must be between the age of 17-30 and will be required to answer one specific question: ‘If you are crowned Miss Muslimah USA how would you use your title to change the stereotype views Muslim women face in America every day?'”

They want to change the supposed “stereotype views” that Muslim women face in America by reinforcing them? What else is a “beauty pageant” featuring hijabis going to do but reinforce the impression that Muslim women are not able to live freely, but must live in subjugation to men, covering themselves to ward off male temptation?

Story continues below advertisement

And note the heavy emphasis on victimhood. What other beauty pageant is dedicated to combating alleged stereotypes? But in the world of Islam, Muslims are always victims, no matter how high the body count rises.

Popsugar is celebrating Islamic misogyny and oppression of women. Unconscionable.

“This Muslim Pageant Is Changing Beauty Standards Across America and It Could be on Its Way Here,” by Najla Moussa, Popsugar, April 15, 2018:

Miss Muslimah 2018 takes place June 30. Sponsored by the World Islamic Fund (WMF), proceeds from the event will go towards relief funds for Muslim women living in either war-torn countries, or nations going through natural disasters where access to food and clean water is an issue.

Unlike other pageants, this international beauty contest celebrates more than a pretty face. Contestants are required to embody the essence of a Muslim woman dedicated to the practice of her religion. They must demonstrate religious piety and a dedication to Islamic values, as well as be a positive role model in their community. Judges will evaluate their devotion to Islam by testing their knowledge of religious texts and their understanding of the teachings in the Holy Koran.

All the contestants must be between the age of 17-30 and will be required to answer one specific question: “If you are crowned Miss Muslimah USA how would you use your title to change the stereotype views Muslim women face in America every day?”

The contestants that make it to the fifth round will also have to prepare a 5-minute speech that we hope will be more inspiring than the standard “world peace” answer we’re used to hearing from contestants in other pageants.

Previously (2017 was its inaugural year) contestants have walked down the runway in loose fitting robes covering their bodies, and a headdress (which is different from a veil as it covers their necks as well as their hair). This year, Dubai-born modest fashion brand, Desert Cove, is the official fashion sponsor of the event, and the contestants will be dressed in their latest collection. Could this mean that we can expect a Miss Muslimah pageant in our hood soon? We hope so and the brand does too….

Will they have a fashion show for the cutest clitorectomies? How about a demonstration of how make up can cover bruises and lacerations? How they answer the question, will be graded on how many male relatives they consult to get the appropriate answer. Extra points for every child they have.

I think the well disciplined mother would be sure to have carefully trained their daughters, but their bodies may be spared for their sale and this is part of the promo.

Don’t leave out islamic acid facials — they’re very popular in the muslum world.

“cutest clitorectomies” You got a way with words that strikes home 🙂
How many of the Fem-Nazies even know, let alone acknowledge this cute Islamic practice?
Maybe that’s why Linda Cockroach has such a sour face?

My “one specific question” to those Muslimas in the beauty contest would be:
‘If you are wearing a loose fitting robe and excessive material around your neck
and head in order to be modest – then why are you strutting around in front of
a crowd of people and wearing a ton of makeup – to advertise your allure?’

They tried to hold a Ms. Donkey Pageant but it had to be canceled due to the fact so many Moslems men couldn’t control their “natural” urges according to some witnesses present.

It almost turned political when it got Hillaryous!

In the film Dr Zhivago, a question is asked of an Marxist apparatchik, it went “where is the front” ? To which came back the answer “the front is everywhere”.

This is one of those opportunities for the females of America who believe in their country and all its values to demonstrate with banners showing the faces of beautiful young muslimas in their head bags before and after.

After they’d had acid thrown in their faces for refusing to wear them.

Or the faces of those young girls no longer with us because their families murdered them for not wearing it.

Why not show the face of young Maria 19 from Germany raped and murdered by an Afghan last year, or young Mia 15 from Kandel Germany murdered by another Afghan, or younger still poor little Ebba 11 from Stockholm murdered by a lorry driven by yes, another muslim terrorist.

Non of those girls wore the slave rag, all wanted to live.

Will Americans speak for them in June ?

I live my little life and I try as hard as I can to stay away completely from muslims and the blacks as well.
As a white person I am very aware that these people hate me.
My point is this: if you structure your life properly then these people cease to exist in your world.
I avoid the blacks and the muslims like the plague. They are nothing but bad news and I don’t need the grief.

I am sorry to say, you are 100% correct. The problem is, both those groups breed like flies, so pulling yourself inside a tortoise shell has only short-term success. I’m afraid they are coming to a neighborhood near us all, sooner than we think.
Unless things get turned around soon…There’s a huge train coming, and we are all sitting right on the track.

The hijab would never have become so widely accepted in the West had the left not managed to gradually normalize it.

This actually has nothing to do with the real issues. It is the same mentality that will spend hours making themselves look nice in the morning and get upset when some guy that they don’t like appreciates how they look. For these trollops this is nothing more than a different kind of bow or lace, or hairdo. In their ignorance they know nothing about how the head covering is a symbol of making women second class citizens in a religion that is incompatible with the lifestyle they take for granted, because that also is beyond their comprehension and appreciation for the “toxic” white males that made it possible and continue to maintain it as they breathe.

I had a Christian Lebanese friend ( he moved away and pulled the hole in after himself after a BHS reunion site started looking for him) and he asserted the Hijab, and other headdresses were Muslim gang colors, as attested by how vehemently they defended the use, and attacked anyone denying use everywhere.
He got into quite a row with a Chuck-E-Cheese (1986) when the outside sign banned gang and motorcycle colors, but not the Hijab.

I didn’t know that angle, but my response was regarding the western born flakes that adopt it like a fashion, but it makes sense that each tribe would not only mark their ownership of their women, while it also symbolized tribal rivalries. We know that their hostilities are not just to infidels, but also go back to ancient rivalries between competing Mohammedan tribes. But it would be interesting to find out if the western clothiers that are vying for this business are aware of the differences in their marketing plans, or maybe there is a neutral option. It would be difficult for a Mo fashion show to thread the needle but they have to to avoid Mo criticism.

Putting the hijab on isn’t a problem in the muslum world — it’s taking it off that is.
