Please help the Columbian Post in any way you can. Everywhere the left is trying to intimidate and bully lovers of freedom into silence and submission. We cannot and must not let this happen. All the Columbia Post did was quite the Revolutionary Student Front Austin, and they’re being sued for libel. If this naked attempt at legal intimidation succeeds, the implications will be ominous for other lovers of freedom. Please help.

A couple weeks ago, we wrote about Revolutionary Student Front Austin recruiting and arming students with mental illnesses. Now, they’re fighting us in court to censor our coverage of them.
Story continues below advertisementWe recently received a Cease & Desist letter from Phillip Semple of RSF Austin, as well as notice that he has filed for a Civil Restraining Order against our Editor and The Columbian Post. He claims our referencing and directly quoting RSF’s own document which states they actively recruit students with mental illnesses is harassment and libel. You can’t make this shit up, folks. But, as ridiculous as it is, we’re now having to defend our First Amendment Rights in court against these Communist radicals.
After speaking with legal counsel, we’ve been assured the case will not go well for RSF Austin, however, they have succeeded in putting us in a difficult position, as the case is to be heard in Austin, Texas. We have set up a GoFundMe to help offset the cost of retaining a lawyer, court fees and travel expenses for our Editor-in-Chief to defend our publication from this blatant bullying. A lot of this trouble is avoidable by having the courts enforce the Constitution instead of trying to figure out how to ignore or get around it.

“living breathing document” that need to
interpreted to changes in our culture. They legislate from the bench instead of a literal interpretation of the law. They don’t like our Constitution. It’s all part of tearing our country apart and down to replace it with something else…

The courts, it happens at all levels.
The cops on our streets are taught how to circumvent the Constitution. We have the right to remain silent before we are arrested. We don’t need to answer the door if the police come knocking and we can end a converstion with cops whenever WE want to end it. Legally, the conversation becomes a different animal when the cop attempts to reopen or reengage in a conversation with you. You CAN and SHOULD ignore their friendly, kind words.
Police need permission to search when they don’t have a warrant in hand. Instead of asking for permission, they ask, “do you mind if…””? People can easily say “no, you do not have my permission”, and are more likely to say “I don’t mind”.
Your definition of weapon is likely to be different from their definition of weapon. Do you know what it is, do you know why cops use the word, “weapon”? Do you know what advantage it gives them?
Do you think you could really discuss these things with your local uniformed cop? How do you think they would react to your questions?
My oldest brother retired after 30 years as an LEO. When I started learning how they do things, I slowly withdrew from and stopped talking to him. I haven’t seen or said a word to him in over ten years. My OWN brother couldn’t answer up to his youngest brother, a military veteran. What a POS…

As for the 2nd has already started also. Look at Washington, Commifornia and Oregon Florida. They have all enacted confiscation of guns as THEIR prerogative. No trial, no hearing, nor evidence not nothing is needed but for someone to say — he/she/they have guns and I’m afraid. Confiscation is the order of the day. Just like fakebook, goglegoo and the others have now shut down free speech on line. Next, we will have to be taken to jail for speech they don’t agree with.

I read an article back in 2015 where the Dimms were instructing their followers to move to Texas and other Red states to start the process of turning them…..and they have….and it’s working a lot faster than I imagined…..

The judge should have looked at the case carefooly then threw it OUT. Unless, that is, he is a COMMIE too. For they were quoting, in the interest of the public, what this notorious communist was doing.
