Silicon Valley is a ‘totalitarian place’

Story continues below advertisementBillionaire investor Peter Thiel argues Silicon Valley is is a ‘totalitarian place’ where people are not allowed to have dissenting views.
Peter Thiel, who cofounded PayPal and was an early Facebook investor, said there are better places than Silicon Valley for technology entrepreneurs to start their businesses.
“Silicon Valley will continue producing great companies but perhaps not quite as many,” Thiel said to FOX Business’ Maria Bartiromo during an exclusive interview at the New York Economic Club.
Silicon Valley has been the motor of innovation for the past 20 years, but Thiel, who spent most of his career there, sees potential in Los Angeles.
“It’s a more diversified economy,” he said. “And I think it has much less of a sense of everyone being on top of one another thinking the same way in one place.”

Silicon Valley is everything and more that we feared in MaBell and Big Blue taking over the world and turning us into gloomy 1984 drones slaving for the machine. Silicon Valley did not free us, just found new ways to imprison us.

To censor conservative and Anti-jihadi news to push the islamisation agenda of the Left/Liberal/jihadis funded by saudi/qataris. They are either funded(muslims holding stake in their company) or paid Millions to shill for Islam and run down/smear those who oppose Islam.
And conservatives don’t want to fund the alternative media, nor unite to pursue the issue politically or legally then act surprised their First amendment is not getting up and fighting for them !

Silicon Valley is a hollow shell now of what it used to be: a home for brilliant tech workers. Now it’s all sales and management but the software development has all been offshored to India.

Actually it is even CHEAPER to bring them here on foreign VISAS and dangle a green card in front of them as they dream about chain migration and they word for even less. California has tons of apartment complexes, taken over by them and referred to as little India.

To test this out anywhere, have a dissenting opinion and see how you are treated in return. No matter how much ‘lip service’ they give ‘tolerance’ and ‘freedom of speech,’ etc., this is the acid test.

And remember, a democracy is built on our right to dissent. Once dissent is outlawed in a practical way, it has transitioned into a tyranny. What is on paper no longer has any value if it is not honored in practice.
