Why the lenient sentence? Because Ruzykhan Sayadi was “frustrated.” Sentencing, Judge Pringle added: “You do need some assistance and some change if you are going to establish yourself as a lawful citizen of this country in due course.”
But why does Judge Pringle think that Ruzykhan Sayadi has any interest in becoming a “lawful citizen” of the UK? What indication has he ever shown that he wants to do that? This is an assumption that Judge Pringle and other British authorities routinely make, and there are some Muslims in Britain who are working to make that assumption explode in their faces.

A MAN who vowed he would carry out a terrorist attack by ploughing a car into a group of white people and going on a knife rampage was spared jail yesterday.
Ruzykhan Sayadi, of Southfield Park, Bartlemas Close, Oxford, had denied one count of causing racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress….
On August 21 last year, the court heard, his anger reached boiling point when he went to a Citizens Advice Bureau in Oxford in a bid to seek advice on a ‘considerable debt’ he had accrued.
While there for his 2pm appointment he spoke with an advisor – named in court as Hasan Malik – but it was not long before Sayadi become enraged and made the threats.
In sentencing him, Judge Ian Pringle QC said: “You became more and more frustrated about the situation you were in, the lack of asylum status you had.
“You began to express to Mr Malik that you had been patient for a long time and started to talk about carrying out a violent attack.
“Maybe with a knife, maybe with a car that you would drive into a crowd, and concentrating on white people.
“Mr Malik said that you had sworn in a mosque that you would do that.”…
In mitigation, Peter Du Feu said that his client remained frustrated by the asylum process but was committed to making a go of it in this country.
Mr Du Feu said: “He is in a pretty low state at the moment.
“He is really at a low point because of his determination to achieve asylum status in this country.”
Sentencing, Judge Pringle added: “You do need some assistance and some change if you are going to establish yourself as a lawful citizen of this country in due course.”
Sayadi was given a community order for 18 months to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and participation in the Resolve programme.
He must also abide by a daily curfew at his home address between 7pm and 7am and pay a victim surcharge.

islam does not spare the rod, it flogs the child or anyone else. britishstinian judges are not culturally aware of muslim sensibilities. To allow them to assimilate, they should get similar sentences as they would get in the islamic paradises they fled from.

Note how the judge treated him like a ‘mentally challenged’ child who had simply thrown a tantrum. And note how after in the future he commits some heinous act that takes the lives of innocent citizens, the authorities will say they had no knowledge that he was a danger to society. Only a liberal is quite this stupid.

he is a muslim refugee, he was asked to come to the west by the government to take charge of western women. he was promised housing, benefits, free money, etc. and he still didn’t receive anything. be grateful he didn’t sworn in his mosque to crash an airplane like muslims did in USA, because Americans provoked muslims. Ummm no. This is where you do not understand Moslems. The credible evidence is only that you need to know he is a Moslem. They swear your death and even admitted he would carry it out in a specific way. He SWORE IT and the judged didn’t take it as credible evidence even when and ignored the actual evidence of it.
That is, EVERY sidewalk “drive” killing was committed by an avowed Moslem. In short, the Judge committed gross negligence and should be removed from the bench.
Where is yours and everybody else’s COMMON SENSE and LOGIC?? Because of this, you will now get even more people run over by cars and trucks and I guarantee you it will be done by a Moslem. Perhaps even by a Mr. Sayadi.
You also don’t know how courts and lawyers work. Absolute travesty when it comes to violent offenders and why they increase every year. It’s to give them (lawyers and judges) work in an astonishing truth!

The UK legal system (and derivative systems in the USA and Canada) require more than just that for a jail sentence. One would have to amend a Constitution to outlaw Islam…using the word Islam and Muslim in the text to do so. Good luck passing that through Congress or 38 states.

The NAIVE & COWARDLY JUDGES in the UK are hard to categorize because the level of DISGUST is so HIGH!
