Where are the women? Where are the women’s rights marchers? Where is their hijabbed heroine Linda Sarsour?
The American “women’s movement” says nothing and does nothing for the women who are fighting and dying for freedom in Iran. They are fighting against real misogyny. Real slavery. The whining losers of the women’s movement say nothing about the real issues women face. In fact, they are the problem women face. Instead of standing with the courageous women who are taking off their hijabs in Iran, they choose misogynist sharia enforcers such as terror-tied Linda Sarsour for their leadership. They partner with terror groups such as CAIR.
American “feminism” is anti-women.

A Tehran prosecutor says a woman who removed her obligatory Islamic headscarf in public in late December has been sentenced to 24 months in prison.
Iran’s semi-official Tasnim news agency on Wednesday quoted prosecutor Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi as saying the unidentified woman took off her headscarf in Tehran’s Enghelab Street to “encourage corruption through the removal of the hijab in public.”
In February, police detained 29 women who removed their headscarves as part of an anti-hijab campaign known as “White Wednesdays.”
These women appear to be following the lead of a 31-year-old protester identified as Vida Movahed, who took off her headscarf in the street in late December as part of widespread protests in the country. She was detained for a few weeks and then released.
The police say the campaign, advocated by Farsi-language satellite TV networks based abroad, purportedly encourages women participants to take their headscarves off on Wednesdays.
Women showing their hair in public in Iran are usually sentenced to far shorter terms of two months or less, and fined $25….

There is little any of us in the West can do, in the short term, to stop this oppression. But by expressing our disdain for this insidious infringement on liberty, we may, over time, be able to change some people’s attitudes. Please consider Jamie’s request here:

While Fake Western feminists spent the last year fetishistic & normalizing the hijab, real feminists in Iran discarded it in protest against actual oppression.
Iranian Women are protesting the repressive Islamist laws. They are sick of the forced Hijab, Sharia law, and Sharia slavery.

There are no feminists, there are a bunch of particularly weak and stupid women, who support the patriarchy that they pretend to loath. Real women are trying to improve the situation of everyone, bimbo’s of feminism are only interested in vengeance for imaginary wrongs, and power to make the world a worse place.

It’s probably best the women in Islamic countries stay covered as apparently the “men” in these countries are incapable of any kind of self control and may react like a rabid slobbering dog humping the air if they see a woman’s hair.

According to Pious muslims, hair on the head being shown is exactly the same as if a girl was flashing her pubes in public.. many hadith point to the belief that all of a woman’s body is awrah. Arabic for genitals. It would be as if the religiously sanctioned name for a woman in America was c&nt.. In totality a woman in Islamic society is just ‘genitals”.

These are women, but before that, they are human beings, flesh and blood. They are someone’s daughters, sisters, wives, girlfriends. They are standing up for their views of the moment.
Remember to respect one another, be kind, merciful, patient, avert gaze if necessary. God made all of us.
Are these women and their message so threatening?
Respect women, and man should never use his force against women, pray for one another. Walk in other man’s shoes. How might you feel if you were woman? Try to understand where they are coming from.

Two years for removing a head scarf? Is this the height of insanity? Why cannot a woman choose if she wishes to wear a scarf or not? What was this woman’s crime? She looks like a nice lady. Two years away from her family, her children? That is so mean.
I shall keep her in prayer, and the rest of them as well, I hope she will be okay after two years.
This is so heartbreaking, why must we treat each other like this? Can’t this adult woman decide how she wishes to dress?

I have a question. Are minorities allowed in Persia? If they are allowed there, i.e. minorities such as the Hindus, or Catholics, or others, would the women have to wear head coverings as well?

Would you deny that shenanigans occur all over the world and has been the case since the dawn of man? Only God is perfect. Man commits many sins, disgressions etc. No one, no country should feel superior to others because same thing goes on everywhere. Some hide it better, in some lands there is no transparency, no freedom of press.
I have read some books, and have seen clips about wanton behavior in parts of the world that you might feel are above that.
God can deal with our behavior, and some of us believe He will do so, He knows our hearts and inner thoughts.
I believe He does not wish for us to harm one another.
