Trump Jr.’s wife hospitalized after opening envelope of white powderNY Post, February 12, 2018:
Donald Trump Jr.’s wife was rushed to a Manhattan hospital on Monday when she opened an envelope addressed to her husband that had a mysterious white powder inside — which turned out to be corn starch, law enforcement sources told The Post.
Vanessa Trump opened the letter at 10 a.m. at the East 54th Street home of her mother, Bonnie Haydon, in the posh Sutton Place neighborhood, the sources said.
She was taken to New York-Presbyterian Hospital as a precaution.
The NYPD’s elite Emergency Services Unit, a hazmat team, the department’s Intelligence Bureau and the Secret Service, the Department of Environmental Protection and the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force all responded to the scene.
Investigators determined that the substance inside the envelope was corn starch, sources said.
Trump Jr. married Vanessa on November 2005 at his father’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach.

The best way to report this kind of spam is:
-Click on the user’s avatar
-At the top of the page that pops up, to the far right of the larger image of the avatar, click on the 3 blue dots
-In the window that opens select “Report User”, then select “Spam” and click on “confirm”
It only takes a second or two and it’s more effective than cornstarch.

If this had turned out to be Ricin or Anthrax, does anybody believe the FBI would have investigated it vigorously? And to that point, is the FBI investigating this vigorously as it is?
I know it’s become popular to praise the FBI’s boots on the ground in the same breath as criticizing their upper bureaucrats, but honestly they have become the Keystone Cops from top to bottom.

Practicing? I don’t think so. For something like this to work requires and element of surprise which is gone now. More likely it was some dumbass liberal who felt righteous in doing this without pausing to think that its illegal, much like Achmed’s fake bomb was illegal, and that they might get caught.
In large part I place blame on the lying, destroy-Trump, fake news media for demonizing Trump Jr. and promoting the idea that he somehow committed treason and thus making him a target. And remember that’s over a single incident where he met with Russians who were hired for a set up by (I think it was) Fusion GPS – a meeting he walked out on after only a few minutes. Versus Schiff who was similarly contacted, for all he knew, by Russians and then sought out further contact.
