Clueless or complicit? What difference does it make? It’s only a matter of time before the unimaginable becomes reality.

Above: The pass issued to Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamud after he lied.

Terror suspect and career criminal with 17 aliases ‘is able to get a job at Heathrow Airport where he had access to runway’ in alarming security breach

  • Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamud is ‘on a terror watchlist’ but got a job at Heathrow
  • He has a criminal record stretching back 11 years but got access to the runway
  • Airport bosses allegedly failed to carry out a full background check on Mohamud
  • Heathrow has been alerted to the breach and Mohamud had his pass revoked

A terror suspect and sex offender with 17 aliases has reportedly been working at Britain’s busiest airport in an alarming security breach.

Career criminal Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamud is said to be on an official terror watchlist but reportedly had access to Heathrow’s runway.

Mohamud, 31, has a criminal record stretching back 11 years including robbery, assault, money laundering and threats to kill.

But airport bosses allegedly failed to carry out a full background check and he was handed a security pass and started work as a kitchen porter in a first-class lounge, according to the Sunday People.

He reportedly had two terror charges – relating to alleged hoaxes involving a harmful substance and a bomb – dropped due to insufficient evidence.

He was convicted of sexual assault in 2015 and ordered to sign the sex offenders register for 10 years and in total has served five years in prison.

Mohamud has been interviewed by Prevent, the Government’s anti-radicalisation programme, but he contacted a newspaper this week telling them he had been offered a job at an airport.

He boasted no background checks were made and claimed he wanted to expose a security loophole.

The sex offender even took a picture of a plane from the runway to prove how close he got to the aircraft.

It emerged he had lied about his lengthy criminal record to recruiters and took up the job through the SM Global Consultancy Ltd agency on Monday.

On Tuesday he arrived at Heathrow and began work at Qantas’s business and first-class lounge.

Frighteningly, he spent five days at the airport and had airside access in Terminal 3.

Around 17.7 million passengers pass through the terminal on 89,000 flights each year.

No full background check was carried out before he arrived at the airport and the only checks were carried out by the Civil Aviation Authority, who are said to have issued Mohamud with a temporary security pass on February 5.

But he could have gone undetected for up to a month because a full criminal record check through the Disclosure and Barring Service search could have taken four weeks.

His security pass was revoked when airport bosses were alerted to the breach and Mohamed was sacked.

A spokesman for SM Global Consultancy told the People all security procedures set by Heathrow Airport and the Civil Aviation Agency had been followed.

A Heathrow spokesman said: ‘We would like to reassure those who may be worried about this story that no security breaches have been made and Heathrow airport remains safe.

‘The conditions of this temporary pass required the individual to be constantly escorted by a permanent member of staff. He was also subjected to robust and thorough airport security search, each time he gained access to certain areas.

‘The UK has some of the most robust aviation security measures in the world and Heathrow follows and is compliant with Government regulations, which ensured checks were in place to limit airport access to this individual.’

A security source told the paper: ‘How can somebody with a criminal past like this slip through the net?

‘Even if he hadn’t been a terror suspect his convictions should have meant he wasn’t allowed anywhere near a plane – let alone our busiest airport.’

Mohamud is said to be known to the security services and has been interviewed five times in the past two years by anti-terror officers, it is claimed.

What, pray tell is the value of doing a security check on a muslim? They are mandated to lie by the qur’an. Unless the authorities can find some non muslim to interview, but even then, muslims would be expected to lie to the unbeliever. Better not to have anything to do with muslims.

In this case, lies or not, there was existing evidence of his unsuitability to be working anywhere near an airport. That this was not discovered as part of a routine check is inexcusable. As you say, lying is perfectly permissible anyway in that doctrine, but any person or organisation who doesn’t automatically check every single claim made is criminally negligent. Of course, the employees making the decision not to carry out further checks could well be of the same persuasion as the new recruit.

That last sentence is an ugly thought. The “moderate” f’ing muslums can hire their more jihadi minded brethren to kill the kafir for them and remain behind the excuse of plausible deniability.
The atheists who run Eurapia are making their own islamic hell on earth.

You are very likely right, one muslim would always support the lies of another.

In Canada a few years back, apparently a born and bred Albertan, who was already a trained paramedic, wanted to practice his skills within the local airports. He needed RCMP clearance before he could apply. He provided all the paper work, quite extensive and in depth, on his professional and personal life. I believe it was three or six months after submitting it all that he was called into the local detachment for an interview. While there, a middle eastern man was waiting to receive his final clearance papers and told this guy that he was also applying to work at the airports. When the subject of wait time came up, the muslim guy waited two weeks from start to finish and had no interview. Startled by this, the Canadian asked the officials why such a difference between this newcomer and himself who lived here all his life, never in trouble and was an accomplished professional. Apparently he was told that the volume of his paperwork was the reason for such a delay, so many things to check out, but this other fellow had very limited paperwork and his country of origin kept such poor records that verifying anything was almost impossible. Seeing how no reason could be found to not clear this guy, they had there hands tied with the whole anti-discrimination atmosphere of modern western institutions and as policy had to clear him even knowing that he was applying for work in a security sensitive industry. This guy could have easily lied by omission probably already knowing that any vetting would turn up nothing. Just as they have studied our laws and our political systems, just as they take pictures of targets to plan out their attacks, they look for weakness to exploit it for maximum gain to further their soft jihad. They are Borg. They are not here to assimilate to us, they are here to assimilate us, our culture, our laws, our schools to them and their mindset. We parade around at ports of entry with signs welcoming them here just like Little Red Riding Hood seeing the big teeth and the big eyes and such and listening to the wolfs’ lies, and just like in the original story, it will be our doom as well.

Hungary has been leading the fightback against the pro-jihadi mafia of Europe. They even expelled left/Liberal pro-jihadi ambassador http://bit.ly/2gh6A72

…for supporting the jihadi immigrants ! unheard of courage ! That’s how you protect your country.

And that’s all a fat propaganda lie!!! Orban, the PM of Hungary has sold up to date 18 000 european settlement bonds mostly to african muslims, but also to ukranian organised crime figures and such scum for 300 000 euros per head;all for his and his nearest circle’s personal gain! Also his best bud was pharao, the Al Quaida financier wanted by the Interpol everywhere and hiding all the time comfily in the villa neighbouring orban’s until his death last year! And while he bigmouthed about standing up to the Eu, he silently signed the quota and let in double of it: more than 5000 refugees, who don’t make any trouble, but the ignorant majority of the citizens are hysteric and think their own neighbour a “migrant”!!! And your “pro jihadi ambassador” is another lie, your link leads nowhere, so shut the f@ck up about Hungary, you ignoramus! I do live in Budapest, Hungary, you don’t!!! Orban is treated regularly in Graz, because he’s psychotic and an abject coward always surrounded by bodyguards, wears a bulletproof west even in sleep and all this anti terrorism blabla of his is only a political ruse for the upcoming elections in less than a month and a half! If he doesn’t stop “protecting” us, we all die of hunger!

Assuming even half of what you say is true ……….so wise guy , who is better option than orban ?
If he signed the quota , then why are EU threatening Hungary with punitive actions for not doing so ? Either EU have lost their minds or you have !

Anybody is better than that dirty, brute thieving pig and we have a lot of HONEST options, only he does his best to cheat the elections and has stored a huge amount of ammunition in case of losing even by cheating! On the other hand, have you followed the LATEST scandal of the thousand ones about only ONE of the numerous embezzlements of tiborcz, orban’s brother in law?! The OLAF investigation?! You’re so incredibly clueless about Hungary and all the dirt going on here, so shut the f@ck up from some thousand miles away without “enjoying” any of the crap we, hungarians must endure because of this schysophrenic maniac pocket horthy! If you love that utter dirtbag so much, he’s yours, you’re free to take him, most of the population here would even chip in, however huge he’s made the poverty here!

Not true, in desert storm, we came across iraqis in well made bunkers. ‘ couldn’t trust them, so we called up our engineers, blew up their bunkers and buried them alive.

Like in America they have a “Negro” problem created by lieberals of WHITE GUILT.

In another words they were afraid to ask, afraid to question because it might come across as ISLAMAPHOBIA!!

So the Moslem got a pass 17 times.

The “security” checks are worthless unless conducted by professional law enforcement personnel. First if you are some kind of minority you are given a pass on many parts of suck check, if you are Muslim you are almost certain to pass since it is the “proper thing to do” People need to wake to the face that Muslims want all Christians and western civilization destroyed. These heathens must be dealt with.

This is not just a problem in the UK, but also here in the US. Having worked at a major US airport, I have watched subcontractors hire cheap labor from Somalia, and other third world countries where few if any records are kept. American airports are a time bomb waiting to go off. I blame this on the Obama administration and political correctness. Hopefully things will change under Trump. I have been retired for three years so I can’t asses if things have changed.

A refreshingly honest comment. My impression now is that for some of these employers, scrutinizing a Muslim prospective employee constitutes ‘Islamophobia’. Things have sunk to a sickening and dangerous level.
