Muslim gets just one year in prison for planning ISIS-inspired attack in Arizona

41

Just one year? Do authorities in Phoenix actually believe that Abu Talib al-Amriki is going to emerge from prison after a year (and probably less) as a loyal, stable, productive citizen? It’s much more likely that his jihadi views will be reinforced in prison, which have become in all too many places breeding grounds for jihad terrorists. This sentence is a repulsive joke. It shows how out of touch our judicial system is with the reality of the global jihad. If Abu Talib al-Amriki carries out a successful jihad massacre after he is released, the judge who gave him this sentence ought to be held responsible.

“Phoenix man sentenced to prison for planning ISIS-inspired attack,” KTAR.com, January 22, 2018 (thanks to Creeping Sharia):

PHOENIX — A Phoenix man who was accused of planning an ISIS-inspired terrorist attack in Arizona was sentenced to one year in prison and four years of probation on Monday.

Story continues below advertisement

Derrick Thompson, aka Abu Talib al-Amriki, pleaded guilty to two felony charges: Assisting a criminal syndicate and solicitation to commit misconduct involving weapons.

Thompson was first arrested in 2016 after he allegedly took steps to commit an ISIS-inspired, lone-wolf attack in the state. Court documents at the time showed Thompson tried to buy a semi-automatic weapon online the year prior “with the intent to use that weapon to promote or further the objectives of a criminal syndicate.”…

You’re right Pam jail/prison is only an opportunity to proselytize in the name of their demon god. Just like every past war we operate as if the reality of the engagement hasn’t changed. We are hindered this time because the enemy isn’t a nation wearing a uniform it’s a religion. I wonder how many thousands of deaths it will take before we wise up and adjust our response to fit reality. WW1 was in the hundreds of thousands as nations marched or rode calvary horses into the teeth of the game changer called machine guns over and over. This guy needs to be put down like the rabid dog he is…

This thing was so stupid, that it thought it could purchase a firearm …. A convicted felon …. It didn’t know that it would have to have it sent to an FFL holder … and that it would still have to fill out Form 4473.

This dawa maker (after the 1st, muh.) https://quran.com/26/214 will be released prematurely due to good leadership 🙂

Useless word ‘radical’ when speaking of Islam:

In 622 AD Muhammad
SELF radicalized, i.e. overthrough the current government e.g. https://quran.com/8/12-17, 39

… becoming the FIRST Muslim.

I find it a bit alarming that the same sickness prevailing in too many places in Europe is regrettably present in America as well when it comes to recognising the threat of mandate inspired Muslims and terror.

Why oh why won’t people look at a duck, watch it swim, read the history of ducks swimming and call the damn thing a dangerous duck. America is after all free to govern itself in the interests of Americans.

How high does the pile of the recently slain have to become before people your side bite this particular bullet ?

Mainly because there are too many who live and work in America that really don’t like America. They just like the “stuff” they get here that no other country allows regular folks to attain.

Ok, if that is the way it is, but, should he re-offend, the judge giving the lenient sentence will have to stand trial along with him and serve the same sentence as the terrorist gets, upon conviction.

Think the judge should get a harsher sentence. After all, because of said judge giving such a light sentence, the mudslime was able to try again. If you ask me (and nobody did) does anyone besides myself think there is a flaw in our judicial system these days?

Quite simply, this is treason.
Any Terror/Terrorist activity does fall under this definition, so Prosecuters, take the kid’s gloves off and get serious.

Definition: In Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution, treason is specifically limited to levying war against the US, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. Conviction requires two witnesses or a confession in open court.[2]

Penalty: U.S. Code Title 18: Death,[8] or not less than 5 years imprisonment and not more than life imprisonment without the possibility of parole (minimum fine of $10,000, if not sentenced to death).[9][10]
Prosecute him under the Constitution of the United States of America.

There is not one court in this country that would ever try a person for treason these days. It is ‘cruel and unusual punishment’ if they did and the public wouldn’t like that.

The “punishments” dished out by ISIS and ISIS inspired criminals are “cruel and unusual”. The Punishments issued by a Court of Law are Lawful, even if it includes the death penalty and do not fall under this “cruel and unusual” definition.
In any case, any Citizen (who feels wronged and that may include “possible victims of a crime”) has the right to “compel” a public official to do his/her duty with a “Writ of Mandamus”.
Success of such an action????

Well, if and when he does get out of prison maybe he can pay a nice visit to the judge that only gave him “one lousy year” and give him a reward and a “thank you” with a bullet with his name on it -compliments from Allah.

Those idiots in dimwitted Arizona are sowing the seeds of misery for themselves. The Muslim planned to murder and yet was sentence to one year in prison. Such mindless stupidity is almost incomprehensible. In a year this Muslim savage will be released, come out and and plan another attack until he murders Americans. Ah yes, this is the way to win a war against Islam.
