Several years ago I spent a morning researching the major newspapers in my state to determine the amount of arrests for human trafficking over the previous two years. There were twenty-five arrests, all for women sold into the sex trade, many of them minors. 23 of 25 perpetrators were black males, 1 was a Hispanic, and 1 was a former female prostitute.
