‘ISIS Landlord’ Accused of Harbouring Paris Attackers Cleared of Charges

42

Not only did this landlord provide shelter for the savage Paris jihadis in the wake of a massive manhunt for them, but the Muslim community helped hide one of the attackers from police after the mass slaughter.

His claims made Bendaoud infamous, and he was widely ridiculed in the media. The French public found it ludicrous that, in the midst of a manhunt for the Paris attackers, Bendaoud wasn’t more curious about the three strangers hiding out in his apartment.

Utter nonsense, but Islamic supremacists and their military wing, the jihadis, have been making a mockery of Western law and mores for some time now.

Accused of harbouring Paris attackers, ‘Daesh landlord’ cleared of charges

France24.com February 15, 2018:

The man accused of renting an apartment to the November 13 Paris attackers, dubbed the “Daesh landlord”, was acquitted of all charges by the Paris Criminal Court on Wednesday.

Jawad Bendaoud, a 31-year-old drug dealer, rented an apartment in a Paris suburb to Abdelhamid Abaaoud – the senior Islamic State (IS) group militant suspected of coordinating the Paris attacks – and his accomplice Chakib Akrouh.

The presiding judge said Wednesday that the Paris criminal court had found that Bendaoud was not guilty of providing lodging to the attackers nor of helping them hide from police.

Prosecutors had been seeking a four-year prison term for Bendaoud, although more serious terrorism charges had been dropped after they said there was insufficient evidence that he knew what the men had been planning.

They say they plan to appeal the verdict.

Bendaoud raised his arms in triumph and patted the police officers guarding him on the shoulder as Judge Isabelle Prevost-Desprez handed down the verdict.

However, the court convicted and sentenced Bendaoud’s two co-defendants: Mohamed Soumah, who was accused of acting as an intermediary, received a five-year prison sentence while Youssef Ait-Boulahcen, who was suspected of being aware of the attackers’ whereabouts and not informing authorities, was sentenced to three years.

‘I didn’t know they were terrorists’

While Bendaoud always maintained that he did not know who his tenants were, the French press had dubbed him the “Daesh landlord”, referring to the IS group by an Arabic acronym.

As his trial began on January 24, Bendaoud faced charges of criminal conspiracy to commit a violent act. Paris prosecutor François Molins had said that, by renting to the terrorists, one “could not doubt … that he knowingly took part in aiding a terrorist organisation”.

On November 18, 2015, five days after the Paris attacks that left 130 people dead across Paris, anti-terror police killed Abaaoud, Akrouh and Abaaoud’s cousin Hasna Aitboulahcen in a raid on the apartment in the northern Paris suburb of Saint-Denis.

Just as armed officers were surrounding the apartment, Bendaoud approached journalists. “I found out that these people are holed up in my place. I didn’t know they were terrorists,” he said, looking into the camera. “I was asked to put up two people for three days, and I obliged … I didn’t know them at all.”

His claims made Bendaoud infamous, and he was widely ridiculed in the media. The French public found it ludicrous that, in the midst of a manhunt for the Paris attackers, Bendaoud wasn’t more curious about the three strangers hiding out in his apartment.

A ‘simple cocaine dealer’

But Bendaoud has had his own run-ins with the law. In 2008 he was sentenced to eight years in prison for killing a young man over the theft of a cell phone. He has also faced charges for forgery, gun violence, possession of narcotics and transporting weapons.

Paris Terror Attacks, November 13th 2016 – Islamic State claims responsibility for a series of mass shootings and suicide bombings that killed 128 people at least, in Le Bataclan Theatre, Le Stade de France and other locations. President Hollande declared a state of emergency – dvdbash.com

I don’t quite understand this. This thing was sentenced to eight years for murder (wow, talk about draconian), in 2008. Why was he not still in prison, in 2015? With simple arithmetic, 2008 plus 8 equals 2016. Do froggys have some different way of counting?

unfortunately, in the french judiciary system, there are automatic reduction of the duration of jail penalties. If the prisoner doesn’t commit any crime in jail, the penalty will be 30% shorter than the penalty decided by the jury. Weird, but true. More generally, french criminal who are sentenced less than two years never go to jail because of the lack of places in jails and the lack of money to pay jail-watchmen and new jails ( France is a financially completely ruined country ) !

So, 30% off of an eight year sentence for murder. Those dastardly frogs … so harsh .. so very harsh.

Usually, after half of jail time penalty you can ask for parole. Even in Belgium, when you are convicted for life jail time, you can ask parole after 15years, i agree because it gives hope to convicted and maybe ask for forgiveness …. but they have to show true regrets and that I’m not sure. In case of psychopath, cure is basically impossible, so we give them time to end their life themselves

If it takes fifteen years, in Belgium, to request parole .. that is obviously head and shoulders above froggyland. This thing was convicted of murder, in 2008.

Try understand this. Recently in the U.S. some disgusting sex-offending Olympic team doctor was sentenced to something 165 years in prison. In Canada for something similar the man got stuck away for four (4) years. Then when in prison if he behaves himself (there are no going to be any young girls with whom he can fiddle and misbehave himself, but never mind), those things called ‘authorities’ are likely to reduce his sentence to 3 or 4 years. So how much better is Canada than dumb as pigs droppings France? When societies kick out their former Judeo-Christian heritage with accompanying ‘rules’ and values, they lose their moral compass and with this any sense of outrage against evil behaviour.

I don’t have much to say about New Sweden …. I haven’t crossed the border in a decade. And, I doubt that I will for another one, assuming the Lord wills it and I survive. In dealing with New Sweden (formerly Canada), the incident of the moslem “refugee” cab driver. He raped a seventeen year old minor, in the back seat of his cab. He was actually caught in the act, by a police officer. His sentence for raping an underage girl? HOUSE ARREST.

Some bloggers on here mock Muslims as ‘inbred and stupid’ – and millions are, as discovered by Danish prison psychologist, Nicholai Sennels and others – but in fact more and more it appears that millions of Westerners are inbred and equally stupid. This judge, Isabelle Prevost-Desprez, is one of these. Gullible, willfully naive and stupid, she is a danger to society. But so are millions of individuals all over the Western world, hence the pathetic falling for the ‘Islamophobia’ accusation and capitulation to the demands of Muslims who have immigrated into Western societies. In order to counter the advance of Islam in the West, what facilitates this pathetic lack of expectation or demand that immigrants conform and assimilate? Answer: In the West the idiotic notion of ‘multiculturalism’, accompanying burying of Western cultures to accommodate incoming foreign cultures, socialist/communist rejection of nationalism and embracing of internationalism, lack of firm spiritual beliefs with accompanying acceptance of ‘rules’ for living good and orderly lives, and then lack of belief in democratic freedoms. So now in the West there is nothing to counter firm Muslim belief in Islam. Accompanying this is the embracing in the West of idiotic, dishonest and cowardly political correctness and with this acceptance of mindlessly stupid thinking that goes with ‘diversity’ and ‘inclusion’. This leads to the burying of Western cultures, values, institutions and beliefs.

Instead of demanding that Muslim either conform to the culture into which they have immigrated, or get thrown out of the countries, worthless Western authorities, imbued with the mindlessly stupid spirit of political correctness, inclusion, diversity and multiculturalism, conform to Muslim demands, Why? Because now reduced to a state of liberal induced stupidity in the West, it has become a sin to expect, let alone demand – heaven forbid – that immigrants conform and assimilate.

Smart Muslims directing the Muslim invasion of the West, al-hijra, long ago worked out that the West with it’s embracing of the mush that passes for ‘values’, is ripe for Islam’s picking. Liberals in general who considering themselves very smart and the intellectual superiors of conservatives are in reality among the most stupid of people, and even if inadvertently, are in step with Islam’s plans. Thus countries like Canada with a real fool ‘leading it’ and Australia are in for a rough ride that might just end with them under the yoke of Islam.

Thanks, Dan. All of this is amazing and distressing to watch. If nowadays someone wishes to emigrate I would recommend that they move to Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia or Poland, all of which reject Islam’s aggressive advances, refuse to accept Muslim migrants and are determined to save their citizens from the disgusting and brutal plague that is Islam. Any normal person would expect Western leaders to be outraged when Muslim migrants begin raping, assaulting and murdering their citizens, but not the ‘wets’ of Western Europe and the U.K., so instead they lie about Muslims. When recently visiting the Middle East, arch liar Theresa May declared that “British Muslims are peaceful and law abiding” – and this after the Muslim mass murder at a Manchester concert, Muslim murders on Westminster Bridge, a police officer murdered in the grounds of parliament, Muslim stabbing murders in the streets of London, 1,400 girls raped by Muslims in Rotherham and hundreds more elsewhere. Nothing, it seems, is too outrageous for Theresa May and other Western ‘leaders’ when crimes and utter savagery are committed by Muslims, their new protected breed of savage.

according to the newspapers, Jawad Bendaoud also said this to the judge : “I’m happy to be judged in France. If I was in USA, I would already be in orange outfit, copulating with dogs” ! He said a lot of other strange thingsto the judge, which caused a general laughter, except for the victims, of course …

3 and 5 years, they’ll live long enough to recruit others while in prison, and to commit more crimes when they get out. As far as patting the officers that were guarding him, it sounds like assaulting an officer to me, this, after mocking authority. This POS needs a F-ing beat down in prison and should be convicted as he’s a known drug dealer. All 3 motherF-ers need to leave prison in body bags.

According to newspapers, during his trial Jawad Bendaoud said this extraordinary and surrealistic sentence to the judge :”I am finished. Whether I lie or not. I,am finished, finished ; you understand, finished ! What will I do when i’ll be out of jail ? I had a project of creating a new cocaïn shop. Who will accept to be my associate after that ?…”

Hello, i don’t like terrorist neither Muslim but in this case the state was not able to prove that Jawad (the accused) knew that he was helping terrorists. That is so simple. He is probably a criminal on other things but not the fact he helps terrorism. Other crimes, he is accused of, don’t request him to be jailed.

I didn’t know about previous crime, guess rehabilitation failed… he already add a second chance but again he was not holding terrorist guns neither killed again. He should be jailed yes and he was before/waiting trial, now he is famous and he can write a book and make money. (With the help of someone else of course). Death penalty is a Big question but one of solution. Hanging looks the cleanest quickest, electricity is quite awful, beheading too, gas chamber with reduction of O2 or with CO, why not drowning ? Give the time to review their life.

So I guess we are at least as barbarian than Islam we are fighting against. Public execution is like porn for psychopaths. Killing a human being will just satisfy direct vengeance but will not solve the problem. We can extend by using his organs small by small or having his relative to pay for the execution ceremony. I will kill another human to defend myself or my family or my country but killing to create pain to another, not my choice.
My last post on this thread but I agree that someone just laughing about victims in tribunal of justice is unfortunately lost for the society. God will give another chance before sending him to hell.

Public execution served humankind for millennia. It was public. It served as an example. Entire villages turned out to witness justice being meted. You’re attempting to state that entire communities, that turned out to witness these public displays of justice were psychopaths?

We are convinced of his guilt yet have not reviewed the prosecution’s evidence like t judge and jury did. Even if the entire jury was ISIS, they would have to complete a report showing how the evidence led to their verdict, with the judge presiding. France is not governed by Sharia law. We need to convince the jury with real evidence he is guilty before sentencing. Canada made a similar mistake with Omar Kadhr by originally denying him due process. Cost Canada $10.5 million.

The denial of due process was never proven, in Kadhr’s case. The decision for that award came solely from Canada’s administration. New Sweden at its finest. Largest question for froggyland, is how could someone that committed murder, six years ago, be out … and able too provide shelter and succor to terrorists?

The landlord was exonerated via due process. So insufficient evidence for a conviction. Not guilty doesn’t equal innocence.
I think Ms. Geller is exaggerating what we all see: that muslims and Indians are a tight knit community. They may even have sympathetic views towards Islamic extremism, but that doesn’t equate to conspiring with terrorists. I noticed in Metrolinx I&IT (Indian and Islamic technology) they would band together and protect each other, even helping to promote themselves into management, and do manage in a similar style to Sharia law though, but I wouldn’t call it Islamic politics, but an agenda.
