Unsealed FISA Court Ruling Shows 85 Percent of Certain Obama-Era FBI, DOJ Searches Were Illegal

61

A report that was released some time ago but that fell under the media radar shows that 85 percent of Department of Justice and FBI Sections 704 and 705 FISA searches made under Barack Obama were illegal, or illegally provided to sources outside the government.

Court documents raise some interesting questions about Barack Obama’s use of FISA to conduct surveillance on American citizens.

The searches violated Fourth Amendment rights of Americans.

Barack Obama, if you recall, bragged that his administration was the most open and transparent ever.

The Gateway Pundit has more on the story:

Story continues below advertisement

A Report was released in April of 2017 that received no publicity until recently.

The report was a ruling on the results of an investigation or audit into FISA searches made by Obama’s FBI and DOJ during Obama’s time in office.
The report shows Obama’s FBI and DOJ participated in widespread criminal searches and criminal sharing of data with non authorized entities outside of government.

On April 26, 2017, an unsealed FISA Court Ruling unveiled a number of criminal activities that Barack Obama’s FBI and DOJ participated in during his time in office. The report to date received little attention. Now interest is brewing due to the recent actions of Congress and the report that is expected to be released in the upcoming weeks.

The FISA Court Ruling shows widespread abuse of the FISA mandate. According to the report, Obama’s FBI and DOJ performed searches on Americans that were against their 4th Amendment rights. This went on for years. One paragraph in the report states that 85% of the Section 704 and 705(b) FISA searches made during this time were non-compliant with applicable laws and therefore criminal.

FISA 705 warrants deal with US citizens outside of the country.

“One paragraph in the report states that 85% of the Section 704 and 705(b) FISA searches made during this time were non-compliant with applicable laws and therefore criminal”
If they were “criminal”, when will charges be brought against those that perpetrated the crimes? Anyone holding their breath?

One key problem:
– who is going to bust these guys?
– the FBI is supposed to bust the FBI?
– Sessions will have to cobble together some US Marshalls
– or some other cops who can lay charges

– here’s the Secret Service segue into the investigation

Re the FBI, while I admire Trey Gowdy for his skillful cross-examination of former FBI director, James Comey, and many others I’ve watched him skillfully ‘drill’, I continue to marvel at his never ending expressions of “love” and “admiration” for the FBI. Why? This FBI is now so obviously corrupt and subverted, a law ‘unto itself’ that behaves like a criminal organization. When is it going to sink into Gowdy’s head that this FBI is now an untrustworthy and poorly led trash bureau.

As to Sessions, he is a total flop who Trump should fire for gross incompetence and no spine, yet does not.

Hi Rob,
Well, we’re in power now, and our thinking must be more nuanced
– Trump wants 8 years, not 4, and to get that
– he must draw support from the middle of the road electorate
– getting Sessions to clean out the FBI on day one
– would have pleased us conservatives, but not the middle of the road
– and of course the MSM will scream ‘partisan politics’
– as soon as the FBI housecleaning starts
– so Trump has waited until he got strong popular support
– before he starts cleaning the ‘deep swamp’

Sessions is telling Congress not to release the memo. So don’t count on him arresting anyone no matter how heinous the crimes.

Mrs Pat:
Sessions is misunderstood about this
– here’s the standard operating procedure
– Congress has a committee with something secret
– either the committee, or the legislature
– votes to make it public
– if the vote passes, the secret goes to the NSC
– the White House national Security council views it
– for about 2 days, to make sure
– that no other secret operations are compromised
– and then the NSC and President signs off on release
– Sessions is saying, “Make sure you pass the Nunes Memo through the NSC.”
– before releasing it. And that seems fair to me.
– we can wait for 2 days

From 1981 to 1993, he served as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama. He was appointed to that position by Ronnie “the Commie” Reagan (I’ll never forgive the bastid for kicking self-employment tax up to 15.3%). Moreover, Reagan appointed him to be a federal judge, but he failed to receive confirmation from the Senate. As ’81-’93 did fall into George “New World Order” Bush’s presidency …. you could stretch it to that.

I was raised “hard core” conservative. At the age of eighteen, I had the distinct pleasure of casting my vote, for the Great State of Iowa, in Miami, for Richard Milhous Nixon at the GOP National Convention (I believe that I was the youngest delegate, ever, at that time). I was raised that “the least government is the best government and, son, that’s why we’re Republicans”. Although, I remember telling my father, following Reagan’s nomination, “Looks like we’ve lost the party, Dad.” He took me to task as, actually, he rather liked Reagan. So, we agreed to disagree. But, when Ronald Reagan raised the self-employment tax to 15.3% … from that point forth, much to my father’s dismay, I referred to President Reagan as, Ronnie the Commie (I never called Reagan that, in his presence). Think about it … in 1966 the self-employment tax as 2% … by 1968, to add on Medicare burden costs, it went up to 2.5%. 15.3% is a damned sight higher than 2.5%. Granted, certain increases over the years had taken it to 8.1%. Even comparing 8.1% to Reagan’s 15.3% …. That’s quite a leap. Steal from me to give to those that had only paid an average of 5 (2.5, averaged to the minimal increases over the years to 8.1) …. If that’s not the stance of a communist, what is?

Dorrie, if I am not mistaken, you served. You have no idea how many that I know that utilize the VA for all of their healthcare. Is there a facility close to you? I’ve never availed myself, as I have always wanted to have the Veteran’s Administration limited resources utilized by those that needed them. You should look into that. Many people that I know, don’t even carry Part B .. as, with the VA, they don’t need it.
As far as your roof goes, does your pre-manufactured home have a flat roof? If so, don’t waste your money on caulking tubes of black jack. A four gallon bucket (they used to be five) runs around twenty dollars. Assuming it’s a standard width … around eight should lay enough cover. Yes, it’s a chore that needs repeating around every five years … but for that cost (less than your upcoming copay) …You should be good to go. If you weren’t located thousands of miles away … I’d do it. I have done many similar things for those that just require a little help. I am certain that you should be able to find someone that will “comp” the deal.

Achmed Mohammedan
Achmed Mohammedan

I’m sorry to hear that about Oregon. Around here, the VA has incredible facilities …
You need mesh, for patching. Do you have a flat or pitched roof? If it’s pitched what is it? For a 3×12 (might get by even on a 4×12), you should be able to use a roll down, with the blackjack .. nailing, if properly applied, is unnecessary. Even a twenty an hour, semi-competent man, should be able to do it in a day. Then you should be set for ten to fifteen years.

Achmed Mohammedan
Achmed Mohammedan

The less pitch, the better. Probably less than five hundred, material cost … perhaps, closer to three hundred. Wish you weren’t that far away.

4.75 gallon of Roofer’s Choice is around 28 bucks (27.97 at Home Dopey). That’s a fifteen year cement. There are more expensive .. but they don’t do a better job than this stuff:

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Roofers-Choice-4-75-Gal-Plastic-Roof-Cement-RC015470/202091025

From a roofing supply house, I get the Black Jack for around twenty. But, assuming rural Oregon, there has to be a Home Dopey, not that far off. If you’re using it with roll down, four to five buckets should do the job assuming it’s done with little waste ..

Achmed Mohammedan
Achmed Mohammedan

Dorrie, that link was for 4.75 gallons .. NOT one gallon. That’s less than six dollars per gallon. If you can get by with six gallons .. two buckets is 9.5 gallons. Home Dopey gives a 10% discount for veterans and so does Blowes (Lowe’s). I take advantage of that discount all of the time. I had no idea that Home Dopey contributes to the homosexual cause(s). I’m interested. What do they do?
If it’s just laying your seams, your handyman should be able to do that in less than three hours, easily. Should be closer to two hours.

One paragraph in the report states that 85% of the Section 704 and 705(b) FISA searches made during this time were non-compliant with applicable laws and therefore criminal.

Assuming Gateway pundit is correct about this, it sounds very serious. One way in which I differ with Pamela is that I agree with the idea of bulk data collection with respect to metadata regarding “private” communications. As Scott McNally (sp?) put it, “You have no privacy any more- get over it.”

But I do want data collection regarding metadata and, even more so, content collection, done according to law. Congress should insist on no lessand so should the American electorate. To do otherwise invites dictatorship of an Orwellian scale.

I think endemic violations of FISA could only be done with the acquiesence at a high level at the FBI or intel agencies.

One thing that isn’t brought up much is that the leftist trade union leaders with their vast millions who put Hillary Clinton in the Senate and eventually backed Obama too work hand in glove with Organized Crime (Mafia) which has been going on at least since the 1990s with the rise of the Clintons. Soros too is behind much of what Clintons and Obama did as well. Read The Shadow Party by David Horowitz and Richard Poe.

The FISA process is only being reviewed because of all the adverse publicity it is receiving in view of its abuse in terms of placing the Trump campaign under surveillance. Remember, a political opponent to Hillary is being spied upon during an election year.

As for any indictments or convictions resulting from such abuse, let the appeals process begin.
