Release the Memo: FBI, DoJ sweating the release of secret memo

43

The Department of Justice and the FBI said they had “grave concerns” over releasing the FISA memo to the American public on Wednesday. As well they should be. I wouldn’t expect the DoJ or the FBI to welcome a document outlining their absolute corruption and abuse of power.

What else do they want to cover up? Maybe their complicity in the Garland, Texas ISIS attack?

Story continues below advertisement

House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes issued the following statement today:

“Having stonewalled Congress’ demands for information for nearly a year, it’s no surprise to see the FBI and DOJ issue spurious objections to allowing the American people to see information related to surveillance abuses at these agencies. The FBI is intimately familiar with ‘material omissions’ with respect to their presentations to both Congress and the courts, and they are welcome to make public, to the greatest extent possible, all the information they have on these abuses. Regardless, it’s clear that top officials used unverified information in a court document to fuel a counter-intelligence investigation during an American political campaign. Once the truth gets out, we can begin taking steps to ensure our intelligence agencies and courts are never misused like this again.”

RELEASE THE MEMO: FBI Has ‘GRAVE CONCERNS’ Over Releasing FISA Memo

January 30, 2018, Hannity:

The Department of Justice and the FBI said they had “grave concerns” over releasing the controversial FISA memo to the American public on Wednesday, claiming the bureau had “limited opportunity” to review the document and had concerns regarding “material omissions.”

The agency released an official statement on the four-page document this week, just one day after the House Intelligence Committee voted to release the bombshell material to the public.

[the_ad id=”104820″]

The Justice Department had previously voiced its opposition to disclosing the material, which reportedly highlights widespread abuse of FISA courts at the DOJ to intentionally surveil American citizens -possibly senior Trump associates.

“The FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it,” said a statement from the bureau. “As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.”

“The FBI takes seriously its obligations to the FISA Court and its compliance with procedures overseen by career professionals in the Department of Justice and the FBI. We are committed to working with the appropriate oversight entities to ensure the continuing integrity of the FISA process,” added the agency.

“FBI said they had “grave concerns” over releasing the controversial FISA memo to the American public on Wednesday, claiming the bureau had “limited opportunity” to review the document and had concerns regarding “material omissions”. Or, in the vernacular, they have both hands covering their ass and it still is mostly exposed. Need more time to artifice a narrative to distract from the truth.

The documents, upon which the memo is based, should also be released. Then, let the American citizenry decide what’s what. Obviously, the corrupt DOJ, et al, needs time to prepare for the torches and pitchforks.

It’s been estimated that only around twenty-five to thirty percent, of the left, are hard core regressives. That leaves us many new recruits to carry the torches as we carry the pitchforks.

Yes and if there is any factual inaccuracy in the memo summary of the info pried from the records of the FBI and DoJ, the fault again is on those agencies that have released only a small fraction of the records requested. How much more are they hiding because they also fear that this information is just opening the door into those corrupted operations?

trump is succeeding in demonizing DC, it may be his biggest accomplishment. the relationship between DC and americans will never be the same, which is a good thing for a free people. we never trusted them, but it wasn’t until the age of obola that we began to suspect them as being a domestic enemy, and now we know and despise them. if i was ever at a party or some gathering with an FBI employee present, i would get in their face and make them leave. we don’t like you and don’t want you anywhere near us

Hello, Rocinante44. I do not believe that President Trump is demonizing anything. Rather, the fact that so much of the government is manned by demons, is coming to light.

They will be happy because it was directed at Trump!

The one Central question in this investigation has been, “Was the fictitious Russian-DNC dossier used as a pretext to obtain FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign?”. And it is striking fear in the FBI and DOJ quarters, and well it should. If I wanted to live under a Soviet form of government, I would move to Russia.

Have you noticed the people not moved by this corruption, and actively defending it, are the same gun grabbers who would like to disarm the US citizenry?

Be safe, be trained, be alert.

I’ve been commenting on this for awhile. Here’s my ex-detective take:

1. McCabe threatened to take down the FBI if they went after his retirement. If there was nothing wrong, then how can he do that?

My ex-partner pointed out that he should keep it. The bigger picture is that we should not take money from someone if they went against something (McCabe went against the law). Because that might effect whistleblowers etc int the future. (His argument is how do you tell if it is a real crime or retaliation by a political force because the guy stepped up. Think of what happened to the ATF agent who revealed Fast and Furious.)

Besides, he said that McCabe will be spending that money on attorneys and settlements from civil suits he is going to lose. He’s toast. He put his corrupt dreams in with HRC. She wins, he wins. she didn’t, he loses- bigly!

2. Mueller just delayed the sentencing of Flynn. Either Flynn is flipping (on what exactly?), or more likely even the dogged Mueller sees
his no wheels, no engine jalopy of an investigation just ground to a halt!

He cannot sentence Flynn if the interviewing FBI agent may have lied on his 302s (as requested by McCabe) or is compromised by his
illegal actions, or the “evidence” of Flynn’s crime was gathered by an illegal, a VERY illegal, surveillance operation.

Flynn plead to avoid Weinstein going after Flynn’s son. (I will note to you that the Podesta crew- who did the same thing- hasn’t been charged…so…)

However, if Mueller KNOWS it’s wrong and persists on sentencing Flynn he subjects himself to sanctions, loss of his license and civil suits- not what he wants. (Think the Duke Lacrosse case)

Pay attention to this bouncing ball to see what may be going on.

Weinstein is going to be found dirty. McCabe,Comey, Rosenstein, Ohr (his wife may have been one of the contractors looking at raw NSA data to help construct the Fusion dossier- that’s really bad!), Strozk, Rybicki, Carlin, Page, Lynch and more will also be found dirty.

Mueller is an old guy with a reputation to protect. He’s a typical swamp rat and he has no loyalty to anyone. Comey is going to find that
out soon.

Victor Davis Hanson at the NRO has a great article about the “why they did it” motive. It were all going to get rewarded by Hillary when
she was elected and ALL OF THIS would be covered up.

Which is why all of us should be so frightened. They actually tried to subvert a federal election.

They have to go to jail.

Not only for what they did, but to discourage the next Lerner or Holder or Comey or Strzok in the next generation of bureaucrats.

As a career detective I cannot tell you how horrifying and heartbreaking this is for us. At the local level we have an IA that watches over us and we try to police ourselves- mostly getting it right.

But these guys had no watchers and given the opportunity went corrupt in a blink of an eye! They didn’t care they were subverting the will of the people, that is how dangerous they are!

We got lucky Trump won. We would have never seen this uncovered had HRC won.

Hopefully we can purge the FBI/DOJ of the Obama era bad guys. Like my partner said “Obama got the FBI he wanted. It took eight years, but he got it.”

We have to. If not, we live in a country run by third world tyrants.

It seems to me that Gen. Flynn was “set up” to be the FIRST of President Trump’s people to go down. That was for a reason. Apparently Gen. Flynn knows where the “bodies are buried”, so to speak — particularly about the OButthole/Iran deal (and on what was NOT made public).

But Gen. Flynn is also a hardliner when it comes to muzlims (sic – on purpose). He’s well aware of what izlam preaches and what it’s after. He is also well aware of the dangers the muz bro’hood poses to this country. (Can’t have a man like that as head of our National Security, now can we?) So instead of Gen. Flynn, we wind up with CFR / Soros man McBastard, who promptly gets rid of Conservative pro-Trump voices in the NSA and promotes OButthole holdover scum in their places.

If any FISA warrant was obtained by “virtue” of an un-verified, bought-and-paid-for smear by an overseas agent (Steele), that would make any and ALL “evidence” obtained by order of that FISA warrant tainted — and inadmissable in a court of law. Let’s DRAIN THE SWAMP!!!

Hell, the FBI had been going that way for twenty years before obimbo took control. Bush I, Clownton, and Bush the shrub. This wasn’t accomplished in just eight years, they’ve had, inclusive of obimbo, TWENTY-EIGHT. Purge it .. fire every single, solitary, last one of them .. every agent, attorney-at-law, and employee … without that … we’re doomed.

If FBI and DOJ are nervous about the memo’s release, then the corruption is within those agencies… Not to mention it will probably indict the intel agencies, also…
Just release the memo and let the American people see it.. They work for us, after all and our tax dollars pay for all this.
No more protection for the swamp rats in DC: this is our country, we trust them to run it properly and in our interests.. They’re not obeying the law and we deserve to know why..

They are right to be AFRAID because their corruption and TREASON would be undeniable. The sleeping public needs to be awakened to the absolute lawlessness in the trusted government agencies. People would then DEMAND public GALLOWS in Washington Mall to see them hang.

Brace yourself, this is gong to be very hard
– it’s not just ‘bigger than Watergate’
– it’ enormous, because the memo will show that Obama completely suspended the rule of law
– and pursued a vendetta against his enemies with all the Intel agencies helping
– he hijacked every law and rule, destroyed the Constitution in a thousand ways
– did it for years, and got away with it for years
– Once Obama took over, democracy completely disappeared in the Federal government
– and there are millions of civil servants who are still in place, ready to do it again
– this can only be fixed by obliterating the Democrat party
– firing thousands of civil servants
– putting many people in jail
– and putting others on death row
– it’s all that bad
