PLO moves to withdraw recognition of Israel and cut ties with it

52

When did the PLO ever recognize the Jewish state? Never. Back in 1993, the PLO recognized “the right of the State of Israel to exist in peace and security.” That is all that they recognized. That doesn’t say anything about Israel existing in peace and security as a Jewish state. It doesn’t indicate any renunciation of the PLO’s jihad imperative to conquer Israel “from the river to the sea” and transform it into a vastly different kind of state. At this point, should they succeed, it would be an Islamic state. So the withdrawal of this “recognition” is as meaningless as the recognition itself.

But if they’re going to withdraw it, since it has been the linchpin of the spurious “peace process,” can we get the trillions of US taxpayer dollars that we have paid to this terror organization back now?

“PLO moves to withdraw recognition of, cut ties to Israel,” by Dimu Abumaria, Jerusalem Post, January 11, 2018 (thanks to Mark):

Story continues below advertisement

The Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), the umbrella organization that is internationally-recognized as the representative of the Palestinian people, will push to withdraw formal recognition of Israel and end Washington’s longstanding role as mediator of the peace process. Instead, the PLO will pursue an “international formula” for achieving statehood. The developments were outlined in a report that aims to redefine not only the parameters for future relations with Israel and the Unites States, but also change the status of the Palestinian Authority from a “transitional authority” to a “state under occupation.” The details are intended to be finalized in a follow-up meeting of the PLO mid-month.

The PA was formed as an interim governing body by the 1993 Oslo Accords—signed by then-prime minister Yitzhak Rabin and previous PLO chief Yasser Arafat—and was meant to be dissolved after no later than five years as part of a final peace agreement.

Two-and-a-half decades later, the PLO is now threatening to do just that, which, in its view, would release the Palestinians from political obligations stipulated in agreements with Israel.

According to PLO Executive Committee member Ahmed Majdalani, Israel “didn’t commit to any of the terms,” thereby effectively absolving the PA of its responsibilities. “I believe we are late in making these decisions and implementing them,” he told The Media Line, “which has created a gap between the Palestinian leadership and the Palestinian people.”

In this respect, there does, indeed, appear to be a growing chasm between the PA and the Palestinian “Street,” with a number of individuals expressing to The Media Line a distrust of Ramallah, the administrative capital of the Palestinian Authority. One businessman, who spoke to The Media Line on condition of anonymity, called on PA leaders to resign, as they are no longer “qualified” to make decisions “that have no impact on the ground.”

Another Palestinian, Bashar, noted that PLO leaders have made similar threats numerous times in the past, yet cooperation with Israel, security coordination foremost, remains intact. “They practice double standards,” he exclaimed, whereas another person, who asked not to be identified, went so far as to suggest that the PA shares “mutual interests” with “the [Israeli] occupation” and thus cannot be expected to advance the Palestinian cause.

Even those supportive of the PLO’s newly stated goals do not believe that they will be implemented. “These decisions might be good for Palestine,” one Ramallah resident told The Media Line, “as they could potentially change the [negative] situation caused by the Oslo Accords.” Nevertheless, she qualified, “I don’t think the PA is capable of forging a better agreement, unless they focus on a national agenda to support the Palestinian public.” Many other Palestinians echoed these sentiments, calling on the PA to change course after years of failed negotiations.

To this end, Saeb Erekat, Secretary General of the PLO Executive Committee and chief Palestinian negotiator, reiterated on Tuesday the PA’s refusal to engage in any peace initiative sponsored by the US unless the Trump administration retracts its recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. This comes after Erekat earlier this month slammed American threats to cut aid to the Palestinians, describing the prospect as tantamount to “starving refugees…in support of Israeli positions.”…

One that might wake up more people to just what horrible people the PLO are. The orthodox Muslims know they must lie about the true intentions of their satanic religion or we’d band together and drive them back into the desert.

Back in 1993, the PLO recognized “the right of the State of Israel to exist in peace and security.” That is all that they recognized.

Of course, the PLO didn’t mean it: it was just another Arab lie. They had no intention of accepting a largely Jewish state in the area the Romans called Palaestina and the British anglicized to Palestine, and every intention of continuing to murder Israelis and Jews. After all, a Jewish state would mean Jews have power over Moslems, and we can’t allow that, can we now?

But if the PLO wants to withdraw its sham of a “recognition” of Israel, I am fine with that: let the “peace process”, that was never intended to be fulfilled, die. Then Israel, with the backing of the USA, can forge a true path to, well, if not exactly peace, a final status quo. That will require victory of Israeli terms. While it may be tempting to some to have Israel invade Jordan and or Syria to effect a population transfer, that is wholly unrealistic: Israel needs to frame the terms of a final settlement such that, over time, the majority of Arabs can accept them and have an interest in maintaining them.

“After all, a Jewish state would mean Jews have power over Moslems”. Not so!!! A Jewish state is like any State: it lives within borders and leaves its neighbors alone, not even one of them has power over people living next to it. Israel never intended to have power over either Muslims next door or in any place in the world. It wants to be left alone. This was never granted to Israel.

This is wonderful news. Islamist terror or Somali-style failed state is the last stop on the Muslim National Express. If the Palestinians lose even the fictional trappings of nationhood they will kill the ‘peace goose’ that lay the golden egg of billions in world jizya. The so-called ‘peace process’ has been on total life support since the year 2000.

That IS wonderful news, for sure! But don’t you worry about that “peace process” being on life support. Because, when a peace process DOES come, it just might be the signing of the 7 year peace treaty, or contract, between Israel and Palestine, WHICH brings us into the 7 year Tribulation period, and well….you and I, and the whole world, are never gone be the same again….I can promise you that. I sometimes wish I hadn’t found out all the things that are going to happen then. But it’s too late, once you know all about it, and what’s going to happen during it, you just never forget it…in other words, you can’t undo what you already know…

Does the PLO realize that many Arab states are sick to death of their whining? Do they actually think that the western funding will continue while they throw the toys out of the pram that gave the only reason for such? FGS! they cannot even supply their own water and power without Israeli help while a 18 fold jump from 250k in 1967 to 4.5 million in 50 years shows just how hard done they are NOT. All muslims are parasites of western aid or technology but the Gazans win hands down.

The plo are a bunch of bums of no fixed address, collecting welfare where they can get it, using “General Delivery” as their home address. No one cares what they think or do not think, they are non-entities, only detectable by the bad smell that is present where ever they are.

To quote the great Winston Churchill: “Islam is as dangerous in a man as rabies is in a dog.” Therefore it would take generations to get this disease in them replaced with Christianity.

Great comment! I should study up on Churchill, sometime, as I don’t much about him, but if he said that, then he has to have been a very intelligent man. I hate to say that though, because someone might come to me, and say, “here, look at all the horrible things, he did though!” Lol…
I wish all these countries leaders, overseas, that let in thousands upon thousands of these “people”, knew what he had said. It would seem that these leaders would have some higher education, to be able to be the leader of a country, but I guess that doesn’t mean their education actually taught them about history….

Anyway, I wanted to share a video with ya, that I just finished watching, and this man teaching it, is very intelligent, speaks pretty fast, and is pretty funny. He knows his islam history, for sure! It’s a little more than an hour and a half, BUT it is well worth watching! I found it fascinating, and will be watching it again sometime, as there is tons of material about Islam that I didn’t know, and I’ve been archiving EVERYTHING about muslims and islam, since 9/11. Here are a few more famous quotes from the great Winston Churchill:

“The fascists of the future will call themselves anti-fascists” (How true)

“Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy. It’s inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.”

“The religion of Islam above all others was founded upon the sword. Moreover,it provides incentives to slaughter and in three continents has produced fighting breeds of men filled with a wild and merciless fanaticism.”

“Tact is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they are looking forward to the trip.”

Thank you for sharing that! Interestin’!
Anyway, I thought I’d make a small change to what you said:

“…has produced fighting breeds of men…” change your word “breeds”, to “inbreds”, and see if that doesn’t fit better….lol.

We are incredibly stupid to negotiate with an islamic organization that is ideologically sworn to deceive us in order to destroy us. We are so concerned about being nice to them that we don’t raid mosques until most of the evidence has been taken away. Every mosque that is raided contains evidence of terror. Yet we will not raid all mosques.

We should not have to raid mosques. There should be no Koran and no Mosques in the world after 1400 years of betraying Christians and Jews. We keep pulling punches. We let them keep their command and control centres after every whipping we give them.

Even secular Muslim nations learn this while we look on with academic indifference.

Yeah, just like mosques will never be raided, I don’t see Trump, or anyone in our government, or FBI, CIA, etc, etc. ….say something, or preferably DO something to the almost 50 muslim training camps here scattered around in the US (I have one in my state of SC). Not a peep from anybody, from the lowest chain of command, to the highest…nothing! Those, and all the mosques…wish we could get rid of them ALL! Their a danger, to our country! I would never say another bad word about Trump, if he would either just acknowledge, that we have them here, or better, take them out….but until then…

Good. And stop giving US taxpayer money to the PLO, PA or the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

“The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality, today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese.” – PLO leader Zuheir Mohsen, interview in the Dutch newspaper Trouw, March 1977.

99 Percent of “Palestine Refugees” Are Fake

Everything about the Palestinians is fake as it is a useful word to clothe a Communist movement to destory capitalist Israel in the words of Arab nationalism and Islam. Even Yasser Arafat is not “Palestinian” because he was born in Cairo and is Egyptian. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yasser_Arafat. A Palestinian State did not exist before the creation of Israel in 1948 as that area was part of the Ottoman Empire (now Turkey) then a British Protectorate after the First World War.

Have you seen this hour and a half talk, about the history of Islam….the guy that speaks, is VERY intelligent, and funny too, but he knows his stuff, and I wish EVERYONE could see it!

AND he talks about ALL THE CRUSADES TOO, the purpose of it, the how and the why, it happened…I’ve heard lots of people blame the wrong people, or the wrong country, or PURPOSE for the crusades, SOOOO many times!

I’m gonna have to watch again sometime, cause he laid out SO much information, from the beginning of islam, onward….he’s easy to understand, but he talks pretty quick. I downloaded it to my desktop, to watch it again…it’s that good..
Oh, he talks about what you said in your comment too…..you just gotta see it!

REALLY?? Well that’s best news I’ve heard in a dog’s age!!!

I bet Israel will tell them….”PLEEEEEZE DO!! And don’t let the door hit ya, where the good Lord split ya!!!” Wow, I bet everyone in that country is getting prepared for a HUGE party! They’ll probably celebrate that for MONTHS if it happens, and celebrate every year, from the date it happened….a national holiday! I would celebrate here in the US!

Wait, isn’t there a law or a rule in the koran, to lie and deceive? Bummer, I was getting really excited..

Ok, what is it, they want it return? They gotta want something big! Israel can’t be THAT lucky, to get something from THEM, for nothing! Especially for the chance that the Palestinians will NEVER bother them again!
