Historically this is the very same thing that the dictator of communist Cuba did to punish the United States for giving safe harbor to Cubans fleeing for their lives. Manics were released from Cuban prisons and mental institutions to mingle with the political refugees.
Hopefully, under President Trump, America’s vetting system for all refugees and immigrants will return.
Ellis Island should be reinstated for this purpose.
