Audio: Pamela Geller on the Janet Mefferd Show

10

The security guard who was shot by ISIS-inspired jihadists at the Garland, Texas, “Draw Muhammad” event in 2015 has sued the FBI, which he says knew about and failed to stop the attack before it occurred. Now the FBI and Department of Justice are seeking to have the suit dismissed. Event organizer Pamela Geller of the American Freedom Defense Initiative joins me to weigh in. That and more on Thursday’s JANET MEFFERD TODAY.

Trump tells Erdogen to Smarten Up
Jan 24, 2018 @ 8:32

President Donald Trump is due to call Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and raise US concerns about the “conflicting signals” regarding the scope of the Turkish offensive against the US-backed Kurdish YPG militia in north Syrian Afrin. A US official claiming anonymity said Tuesday night: “We’re going to have to see how this develops on the ground. But we would urge them to limit the incursion as much as possible.”

Here’s what Trump told Erdogan:
“President Trump relayed concerns that escalating violence in Afrin, Syria, risks undercutting our shared goals in Syria. He urged Turkey to deescalate, limit its military actions, and avoid civilian casualties and increases to displaced persons and refugees. He urged Turkey to exercise caution and to avoid any actions that might risk conflict between Turkish and American forces.”

New FBI Shake-up: Baker is Cooked
“The Justice Department confirmed that Dana Boente, the outgoing U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia who has also been acting as head of the department’s national security division, will become the FBI’s general counsel. He replaces James A. Baker, an ally of Comey’s who was reassigned in December”

With all the current reports revealing the extent of FBI political corruption in support of undermining Trump, at this point my conclusion about Garland is that the FBI deliberately intended to neglect to protect the attendees of the Draw Muhammed Exhibit, and this political calculation was furthered by neglecting to inform local Garland law enforcement that an attack was imminent. That’s a very disturbing and saddenly revelation and mark against the FBI.

However the FBI seemed to do their job in apprehending David Wright, so what was the difference? Public opinion could have been manipulated against Geller in the Texas case but not if she had been murdered for no reason by David Wright?
