Grenade attacks are part of the escalating war in Europe. I have been reporting on these “grenade attacks” — acts of war — for years, but the media believes that if they don’t report on it, it didn’t happen, and apparently so does the Swedish government.

Sweden plans grenade amnesty as attacks soar

Sweden is planning to hold an amnesty for grenades after a rapid rise in the number of incidents involving the hand-held explosive devices.
The government has put forward proposals for a three-month amnesty between October 2018 and January 2019, which will be voted on early next year, the Dagens Nyheter newspaper reports.
Although crime has fallen in recent years, the number of grenade attacks in Sweden soared from eight in 2014 to 52 in 2016, according to the Swedish Police Authority.
These incidents have “shocked a Nordic country that prides itself on safety, led to worries criminality is out of control and given political fodder to a resurgent far-right that blames immigrant gangs for the violence”, Reuters reported in 2015.
One attack involved an eight-year-old British boy, who was killed when a grenade was thrown into a Gothenburg apartment last year. Investigators believe the attack was gang-related and may have been linked to an underworld feud.
Many of the grenades have been smuggled in from the Balkans, Manne Gerell, a criminology researcher at Malmo University told Quartz earlier this year.

“They are surplus weapons from the civil war,” he said, but “it’s not as well established exactly how they’ve come in [to Sweden].”
Though the attacks “appear random,” Swedish authorities believe many to be linked with organised crime, Quartz reported.
“In most cases, either the suspect or the victim is associated with a criminal network,” Gerell said.

Due to the overwhelming number of grenade attacks, didn’t Sweden reclassify them as prohibited fireworks? I believe that I read that, somewhere, within the past two years. So, police reports could simply state that fireworks were set off.

While the Swedes make jolly good cars {well the did in 2003}, you have to admire their constant struggle to see the best in human nature even when the best is missing. They also find it troubling that human societies remain tribal despite all the progressive clap trap thrown at the “problem”.
Of one thing I am certain, progressives in Sweden will NEVER admit they’ve done anything wrong in the 42 years since they voted for a multi culti future for their country. However many bombs are thrown or women raped, the fault will always rest with white Sweden and Swedes.

Did you ever look at a volvo? The two I had were ikea cars, the engines were french, transmissions from somewhere else, the over drives english, the electrical systems a bastardized conglomeration of miss matched component from all over europe. Part of the suspension was german, never did find a part that was swedish. As for reliable, the only thing reliable was that they would break down at inconvenient times, and would not start unless plugged into an engine block heater, a kid walking by a volvo in the summer with an ice cream cone chilled the car to the point that it would not start. Same as with the second one, I stupidly bought. Then there were saabs, sob.

Alfa ….now there is a car. It has an anti muslim badge too plus the grille looks like a vagina. Goes like the clappers too. 2 seater retractable roof and vroom vroom. I have utes (the uterus) and 4wdrives and tractors too but I love my Alfa most of all.

Yes, I actually still own it, a 2003 {2004 model} Volvo XC70, it’s the best made most reliable car we’ve had in 40 years, best painted, {thick lacquer} on top, best engine {5 cylinder developed VW unit} 2nd generation common rail turbo diesel, automatic 4×4 on demand, powerful enough and great at launching and recovering our day boat. It now has nearly 97,000 miles on it with only one light bulb replaced in over 14 years. The average age in Europe for a Volvo is around 19 years.
Our previous car was a Citroen XM Estate 4cyl 12 valve 2.1 turbo diesel, a good car but not as reliable as the Swede but it still managed 174,000 miles in 11 years before blowing a head gaskit, half of which was boat towing with the family.
You must have had a V40, the engines were Renault and very powerful for what they were, we had one on loan once.

The two volvo’s I had, about 20 years ago, were great cars to drive, but when they started to misbehave, they were terrible. Both had over 200k, but were very high maintenance. However, after many years and models of American and European cars, I switched over to Japanese vehicles, which I swore would never happen, stereotyping and all that, but after I did, I am very glad to do have done so. Over the years I also had two Cadillacs, the older one was a luxury car, the newer one, a pile of junk. A friend of the family rebuilds British sports cars, MG’s etc. Nice cars, but not for old decrepit women who aren’t as flexible as they once were.

So what’s that mean, plan grenade amnesty? Amnesty for turning them in? Amnesty for using them? The grenades themselves are to be forgiven? This is some poor reporting in my opinion. While it does inform that the government in Sweden is filled by idiots, I think that has already been well established. But then we have to admit, the people brought this on themselves by putting the idiots in power. Most of the EU suffers the same mental problems.

Sweden seems to have an acceptable level for grenade attacks. 10 a week seems to be normal and the populace should just expect it. Part and parcel of living in Sweden.
