Czech President: Europe Is ‘Jeopardised by a Culture of Hatred Incompatible with Ours’, Israel a ‘Heroic Model for Us’

50

The Czech Republic today is a beacon of light in central Europe. The Czechs have already followed President Trump’s righteous example in recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. And President Zeman has previously said that Muslim migrants in Europe are a Trojan Horse phenomenon. Milos Zeman is one politician who is unafraid to see the truth and speak the truth. If there were other politicians like him in every country of Europe (and to be sure, there is a growing number), then Europe would not be in the severe and growing crisis it is in today.

“Czech Prez: Europe Is ‘Jeopardised by a Culture of Hatred Incompatible with Ours’, Israel a ‘Heroic Model for Us,’” by Jack Montgomery, Breitbart, December 19, 2017:

The President of the Czech Republic has warned that Europe’s values are being “jeopardised by a culture of hatred that is incompatible with ours”, and said that “Israel and its heroism are a model and encouragement for us”.

Story continues below advertisement

Miloš Zeman is a former leader of Czech Social Democratic Party and considered something of a left-wing populist, but has maintained a robust stance against mass immigration and multiculturalism throughout his time in office.

“The European Union has already experienced many crises,” explained the 73-year-old, in an interview with Israel Hayom transcribed by the ParlamentníListy.cz news portal.

“We are now dealing with a large-scale immigration crisis related to terrorism, which puts the EU in a situation where the EU has to take very specific and very effective steps.

“It is a serious situation in which the fundamental Judeo-Christian values of European culture are jeopardized by a culture of hatred that is incompatible with ours. As I have already noted, Israel and its heroism are a model and encouragement for us,” he said.

President Zeman, a strong supporter of Israel and one of the few European heads of state to back U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to officially recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel — and blast “the cowardly European Union” for its decision to support “a pro-Palestinian terrorist movement” instead — said he would be urging incoming prime minister Andrej Babiš to follow the U.S. premier’s lead by moving the Czech embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Zeman has also been a strong supporter of the Czech parliament’s moves to introduce a kind of Second Amendment for its citizens — in the teeth of fierce opposition from the EU establishment — noting that “the level of international crime is growing because of Islamic terrorism” in a speech to the intergovernmental Council of Europe.

“What can we do against international criminality? Invest in the police, invest in the army, and have the courage to invest in our own guns.

“My wife has a pistol. Of course, she passed all necessary tests, but now I am guarded by my wife, and not only by bodyguards,” he told his scandalised European audience, who tend to take a dim view of the right of ordinary citizens to keep arms for self-defence — with the notable exception of Switzerland.

President Zeman has been a fierce critic of the European Union’s institutional stance on mass migration, describing the migrant crisis as “an organised invasion and not a spontaneous movement of refugees”….

Too bad such clarity of vision cannot be tolerated in Europe.

Of course, the EU can’t don anything right but threaten lawsuits against those nations opposing the invasion agenda. These nations, including Czech Republic, must stand firm and threaten exit if such pressure persists.

Glad to hear someone, somewhere has grown a set and is doing the right thing. Rare in the world today. Wish our leaders would do the same here in the USA.

An article actually about a right and reasonable thinking and speaking person. I commend his courage to speak to the reality. He is a leader who recognizes the true circumstances that have developed because of the unfettered migration of a people from a world (Muslim/Islamic) who carry with them a belief system that has as its basis hate and the inability to assimilate because their belief system requires them to overthrow and replace all other belief systems. We need for this man’s philosophy and understanding to immediately take hold in Europe , attempt to save Europe, and recognize that these immigrants need to be among their own kind. A major task, but one that needs facing or there is no hope left for the Europeans.

“It is a serious situation in which the fundamental Judeo-Christian values of European culture are jeopardized by a culture of hatred that is incompatible with ours.”

To call islam for what it is – a culture of hatred — is step #1. Then to reject it entirely, and defeat it.

I’m not sure he did, I.T. But the culture of hatred he talks about is Islam — I would hope that is clear even to those on the left who continue to embrace muslims. Though the closed minds of the left often cannot be penetrated!

Merry Christmas to you and your family, I.T.! It’s been an amazing year, and I look forward to 2018 bringing more amazing things! I appreciate you and your posts and all that you share. Keep posting! I learn a great deal from you, and your words inspire me!

The nations of eastern europe who are the “visgrad” group, were members of the Warsaw pact. Very likely it would be an extremely disastrous idea for the european union to militarily attack any of them. They are seen as a buffer that will not be compromised.

Eastern Europe still understands what it is like to not be in control of their own destiny. Many were alive under Soviet occupation and understand. Western Europe, for the most part, has gotten soft and fat from US protection all these years and now turns to bite the hand that has fed and protected them. I am going to provide a link to two YouTube videos from someone who lays out the history of Islam, and their 1400 year war on the West. Mind you this was done by an atheist, yet he still understands the importance of Christianity on the West, and what would happen if we lost that ethic. For those who don’t know this actual history and have only been given PC historical education in public schools, this is a must see. Merry Christmas!

I love this Czech president, but there’s not even a hint of a “Trojan Horse” analogy w/ this massive bold-faced Muslim hijrah. There’s no pretense of anything beneficial or a “gift” to Europe. It’s an invading foreign supremacist fascist ideology– pure and simple. Eastern Europe will become the beacon of hope for European refugees to escape the Leftist-Commie-Facist states of the West. comment image comment image

I hope Israel is not a model for the Czechs population-wise. 16% of Israel proper is Arab. So much for ‘genocide of the Palestinian people’. MORE Arabs live in Israel (not including the so-called occupied territories) than lived there in 1947. Meanwhile, all plans for a ‘Palestinian State’ insist on it being free of Jews.
