One of the attorneys representing the Muslim immigrant family of Akayed Ullah, the suspect arrested in the terror bombing of New York City’s subway system, has issued a scathing criticism of the police in their handling of the investigation — because they apparently worked too quickly to identify the accused.
The legal director for CAIR New York, Albert Fox Cahn, read off the criticism to the media on behalf of the suspect’s family.
It’s an eye-opener, that’s for sure.

A lawyer who says he represents the Muslim immigrant family of Akayed Ullah, the alleged New York subway bomber, has reportedly slammed the city’s fast-track investigation into the jihad attack on commuters.
According to ABC 7 New York:
Albert Fox Cahn, the legal director for CAIR New York, read a short, prepared statement on behalf of the Ullah family saying, “We are heartbroken by the violence that was targeted at our city today, and by the allegations being made against a member of our family. But we are also outraged by the behavior of law enforcement officials who have held children as small as four years old out in the cold and who held a teenager out of high school classes to interrogate him without a lawyer, without his parents. These are not the sorts of actions that we expect from our justice system, and we have every confidence that our justice system will find the truth behind this attack and that we will, in the end, be able to learn what occurred today. Thank you for your time.”
CAIR New York is an affiliate of the D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations. The CAIR group was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial and Hamas financing case that resulted in the FBI discontinuing its working relationship with the organization. In 2009, a federal judge concluded that the government had found “ample evidence” to link CAIR with Hamas. CAIR has also been declared a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates.
Police officials say they need to conduct quick investigations after jihad attacks to detect and stop any pending attacks.
The CAIR national group’s website does not show any comment about the attempted jihad attack in New York City. The New York-based affiliate did post a Tweet after the attack.

Not exactly an expression of outrage at the attack, is it? As always, CAIR serves as the apologist for the jihad world.

Now you know why the Diamond shooting investigation was STONEWALLED, this proves the kind of pressure they put government under and are really aiding and abetting terrorists like a good terrorist organisation should. CAIR is taking advantage of the goodwill of the people of the United States but are only giving the USA treachery in return.

Agree. Make a Law that if any organisation/individual tries to support a terrorist other than that suspects lawyer they will be charged with subverting the law and aiding terrorist and penalized $100,000 for first offense and second offense their assets be seized and deported.

Nobody I saw interviewed who knew him believed he was “radicalized.” Does that mean he was already radical, but no one noticed? That he became radicalized but was successful at hiding that change? Or that he made and strapped on the bomb but was not radicalized?
