Female Democratic senators call on Al Franken to resign

Story continues below advertisementWASHINGTON — A half-dozen female senators on Wednesday called on Sen. Al Franken to resign in the wake of new sexual misconduct allegations.
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) was the first of Franken’s fellow Senate Democrats to call for his resignation and was quickly followed by Democratic Sens. Mazie Hirono of Hawaii, Claire McCaskill of Missouri, Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire Patty Murray of Washington and Kamala Harris of California.
“While Senator Franken is entitled to have the Ethics Committee conclude its review, I believe it would be better for our country if he sent a clear message that any kind of mistreatment of women in our society isn’t acceptable by stepping aside to let someone else serve,” Gillibrand said in a statement posted on Facebook.
ADVERTISING“Today, I am calling on my colleague Al Franken to step aside,” Hirono (D-Hawaii) agreed on Twitter. “ I’ve struggled with this decision because he’s been a good Senator and I consider him a friend. But that cannot excuse his behavior and his mistreatment of women.”
The announcement comes as TIME Magazine named “The Silence Breakers” as their “Person of the Year” to honor the #metoo movement against sexual harassment.
Franken has denied the latest allegations of groping but has apologized for previous behavior.
He said he’d cooperate with an Ethics Committee investigation.

How many of those women Senators have come out, in the past, in support of imposing biological males onto women in bathrooms, showers and locker rooms? Just askin’ . . .
But I notice one name NOT on the list calling for Franken’s scalp . . . Elizabeth “Faux-cahontas” Warren.

There are six scientifically recognized gender karyotypes. Heterosexuals are only two. Franken is resigning, Self admitted sexual assaulter Trump, pedophile Moore, and numerous Republicans in Congress do not have the balls to admit sexual assault or step down.

When you consider that there are 7,000,000,000 alive on the planet, there are almost assuredly tens of millions of people who are not male or female. Many times, these people are unaware of their true sex. It’s interesting to note that everyone assumes that they, personally, are XY or XX. One study in Great Britain showed that 97 out of 100 people who were XYY had no idea. They thought they were a traditional male and had few signs otherwise.
Even today, we irrationally, and rather stupidly, think of someone as a “man” if they look masculine and as a “woman” if the look feminine. It’s entirely arbitrary and can lead to some significant misunderstandings of how the world actually works.

That’s too bad. Whenever a liberal started sniffing about Moore’s alleged transgressions I’d shut them down by saying “Al Franken’s still a Senator” and I just walked away.

While seeing Democrats suffer is great, DO NOT FALL FOR IT people!
Even if Conyers and Franken resign- they are STILL being replaced with other Democrats (conyer’s son will be replacing him); which means the SCORE is still the same (there is no real political price paid here).
The Democrats will then try to act “holier than thou” and claim that republicans too and the President need to resign,

I would agree with that. In Conyers case it’s good that he’s recommending his son and I hope he succeeds him. His son essentially giggled and tweeted a “git down wit yo bad ass, pa!” message about his father’s goat behavior. More dirt to use against the donkey party.

Al Franken is a fraud. Everything he does is fraudulent. When he was running for Minnesota senator, he arrived in his car with boxes full of absentee ballots with just his name checked on them. The Minnesota Governor and Secretary of State (both anti-American democrat activists) allowed the illicit ballots. So, Franken stole the election. When a Republican candidate demanded a court review, the governor stepped in and quashed it.
Franken, like most all anti-American, communist democrats, will do anything to get to D.C. to destroy America.
Democrats are the enemy.

She says that they are sacrificing Franken and Conyers in order to ask Roy Moore to resign once he wins the election; then they will use the WAR ON WOMEN to ask Trump to resign or impeach him based on sexual harrasment.

Why now?? If the current Mueller “EPA-Effort to Prove Anything” investigation fails in its mission the Dangerous Liaisons “DL” effort is being developed to take down President Trump. This is the way it works.
Sexual misconduct has always been an open secret in Hollywood and in Washington. Some of the misconduct is genuinely criminal – rape is a crime that must be prosecuted and punished. No means no. Some misconduct is pay-to-play in nature. The Hollywood/Washington casting couches exploiting the ambitions of actors, actresses, and political hopefuls – buyers remorse twenty years later is unseemly. These ambitious men and women chose to pay the price. Yes means yes. Then there is unsubstantiated ALLEGED sexual misconduct – the Washington swamp’s weapon of choice to bring down POTUS.
The first wave of destruction targeted both the genuine criminal sexual behavior of sexual predators and the pay-to-play variety of Al Franken, John Conyers, and Harvey Weinstein. The second wave of destruction is targeting and destroying political and entertainment careers and demanding resignations based entirely on allegations. Why?
The answer is the 2018 mid-term elections. The swamp establishment has only twelve months to invert the American standard of “innocent until proven guilty” and reset it to “guilty until proven innocent.” The rash of political/entertainment resignations over unsubstantiated allegations of sexual misconduct is deliberate.
Beverly Nelson, the fraudulent Roy Moore accuser, dramatizes the staggering dangers of accepting guilt by allegation. Any man, woman, or any political opponent can destroy the reputation and career of another by simply making false accusations. It is the dirtiest of dirty political tricks. Bearing false witness is so serious a crime that it is number nine on the list of Ten Commandments.
The current end-justifies-the-means joint political effort to topple President Trump is supporting the sinister “guilty by allegation” cultural inversion. Familiarity breeds acceptance. The alligators and the crocodiles are hoping that American voters will be so familiar with the new inverted standard that they will accept it and demand President Trump’s resignation based on false allegations of sexual misconduct. The voting public can expect hundreds of unsubstantiated allegations of sexual misconduct against President Trump in the next year.
The 2018 elections will determine the swamp’s future because without the required Democrat seats in the House they cannot impeach President Trump. Swamp creatures will do anything and everything including bearing false witness to restore the balance of their corrupt ecosystem. They will sacrifice their own. They will sacrifice American morality, principles, and the Constitution to restore equilibrium and the status quo. They will even sacrifice a dazzling growth economy to destroy the President.
