48 Christians Massacred in Nigeria; Terrorists Break Through Doors, Burn Houses, Destroy Churches

Story continues below advertisementForty-eight Christians were massacred in nine days of violent attacks in Nigeria, with some of the survivors describing the terror they felt at the hands of Islamic Fulani herdsmen who broke through their doors and destroyed houses and churches.
“Every one of us ran to save his life,” church elder Dauda Samuel Kadiya of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) in Zanwrua, told Morning Star News. “I was shot at, but the bullet only bruised my hand. You can see the wound yourself.”
The herdsmen slaughtered a total of 48 Christians in several attacks carried out in Plateau state between Oct. 8 and Oct. 17, survivors said, with believers fleeing villages and abandoning worship buildings.
“Some of the church buildings were destroyed by the attackers,” Kadiya added.
Agado Aura, 62, said he and his wife barely escaped after the herdsmen came one night from the eastern part of their Zanwrua village.
“They broke the doors to our rooms and then set fire on my house,” said Aura, a Roman Catholic.
“Having set fire on my house, they went to the next house and did the same. They continued burning houses until they were done, before they left. I was watching all they were doing from my hidden spot behind those rocks you see over there.”
International Christian Concern, which reports on the persecution of believers around the world, pointed out that although such raids are not new for the area, the “ferocity and number of attacks in this short period have caused major problems for the beleaguered citizens.”
“Also, the fact that there is a military force stationed in the area, that has been completely ineffective, raises even more cause for concern,” ICC stated.

These attacks on the Christian populations of Africa are as we know a tragedy for all concerned but until and unless Africans decide enough is enough nothing will change, and this has ramifications for migration out of Africa into Europe. The more they remain impoverished and disorderly, the more people traffickers will have a demand for their wicked services.
The best way for Africans to grow up in my view is for them to understand they have to grow into their role as defenders of their own societies, elect better leaders and move forward, the west has had more kicks than “thank you’s” over the last 60 years out there, it’s time we respected them and let them show what they can do – for themselves.

Most of their leaders came from military coups and installed themselves. No able-bodied male, 20 years and older, from any of these muslim countries in Africa should be able to seek “asylum” as refugees into any other country on the planet. The women and children should be airlifted to safe places on a temporary basis. Why is humanity like rocket science to these world leaders?

The RC church has quite a lot to answer for IMO but as Christians are under attack everywhere I have never said too much. But IMO this scumbag pope should be removed with prejudice as should those who placed him there.

The important thing is not what happens to christians in any part of the world, it is far easier to go to the UN and get a resolution against Israel then any action against any muslim person or nation!
I am sure if some country decided to give the terrorists a parade and name a national holiday for them, they they may get some support.

With all the billions and billions of dollars the U.N. receives to, in theory, provide sanctuary for oppressed people around the world, they seem to be missing the mark when it comes to protecting Christians. 48 people dead and no one from the U.N. in sight. All the more reason the U.N. is a fraud and a useless money pit that should have been dismantled years ago.

I guess that, seeing as the brave jihadi warriors of Boko Haram are back in Nigeria it means that the white mercenaries who eliminated them totally from that country are now employed elsewhere. As the new president is a muslim, unlike the previous one(a Christian) this was hardly unexpected. After the mauling they received (90% casualties) I guess murdering some innocent villagers has given them back their testicles which seemed to be absent totally when the mercs last saw them fleeing across the border into several other states (they left their wounded and captives and most of their equipment behind…none of the wounded survived as I guess their injuries were too severe.: ) )

Haven’t seen one word in print, heard on radio or seen on tv one report regarding this atrocity.
Allow me some irony here : perhaps if they were Nigerian Jews that were doing the slaughtering the world would be fully alerted and of course, outraged.

Is the concept of Abrahamic religions promoted by Muslims a fiction?
According to Muslim tradition, Abraham scarified Ismael and not Isaac on Mount Moriah. According to Jewish and Christians Abraham sacrificed Isaac and opened the Jewish and Christian covenant through Moses to Yeshua . To the support to the Jewish tradition, all Prophets up to Yeshua were issued from the Isaac line except Muhammad. Hence Abraham had not sacrificed both. Therefore, the one who sacrificed Ismael should be called Ibrahim. Hence we have two very different prophetic lines: the Abrahamic religions including Jews, Messianic Jews and Christians, and Ibrahimic religions including Islam, Amahdiya, Bahai. As a consequence, Islam is the antinomy of Judaism. Furthermore, Isa (Jesus?) of the Quran is not son of God and has not died on the cross to save the world. At the day of judgement, Isa will be assistant of the Mahdi and will confirm Islam is the true religion. Isa and Yeshua are not the same person and Islam is the antinomy of Christianity.

I’m losing patience with the world and this administration. Christians refugees need asylum – NOW! Doesn’t anybody give a damn? The entire media rhetoric centers around how many muslims, how many mexicans, etc should the US accept into our country, when the real need is for the Christians to be brought out of their demonic muslim countries and brought to other countries for asylum.
