An ISIS-inspired terror suspect and his co-accused have refused to stand before a judge during their court hearing.
Sulayman Khalid and Mohamed Almaouie stayed seated while Justice Geoffrey Bellew entered and exited the New South Wales Supreme Court on Wednesday.
The court was shown a video recorded by Khalid, 22, in which he called on secret services around the world to convert to Islam in a 20 minute rant.
‘Islam is spread by the swords. How can a religion spread without using the swords?’ Khalid can be seen saying in a clip shown by Seven News.
A 16-year-old suspect who cannot be named for legal reasons was the only one who stood before Justice Bellew, The Daily Telegraph reported.
The disrespectful behaviour follows charges laid against the burqa-wearing wife of a convicted terror recruiter.
In August Moutia Elzahed was charged with nine counts of disrespecting a court, after saying she ‘only stands for Allah’.
The video played in court today shows Khalid saying security agencies should adopt his religion before it’s ‘too late’.
Standing under the shade of a gum tree as birds called and music played in the background, Sulayman Khalid recorded his rambling message.
‘I would like to forward a message to the secret services of our time – MI5, MI6, MI7, FBI, CIA, ASIO and the rest of the secret services in each one of the countries,’ he says, holding a microphone and wearing a scarf around his head.
‘Accept Islam as your salvation because I swear to you… that a day will come when it will be too late,’ he says.
‘On the day of judgment you will be saying I wish I was made out of dust.
‘You will be put in your black hole, you will be put in your grave.’
He said it was his responsibility as a Muslim to convey the message of Islam.
‘I am directly inviting all of the secret services around the world to Islam,’ he says.
‘It’s not based on terrorism, it’s not based about killing the innocent.’
He later says: ‘It’s either you will become a Muslim and you believe in Allah or you will die by the sword.’…

Just one blindingly obvious question: What the Hell was Australia doing letting them in the first place? If it was to make Australia more multicultural and “diverse”, then it backfired spectacularly, as this “diversity” has landed white Christian or secular Australians with religious psychopaths from the world’s most violent and backward culture, who, in time, will threaten its very existence.

The Aussie judge apparently did nothing to correct the disrespect in his own court. He is likely a liberal/socialist/lefty in Australia who thinks unbridled multiculturalism is the way Australia must go.
This is the same type of judge who, in America rules in favor of an LGBT couple against a Christian baker who refused service on the basis of his beliefs … The judges are in America ready to toss the rights of Americans is cases where Muslims complain and sue … this has legal precedent in LGBT cases and this model of legal precedent is extended toward Muslims, and is here to stay. Judges know who their new paymaster is.

the Aussi judge should have given those scumbags an additional punishment for contempt of court…a heavy fine for each minute tey remain sitting for instance.
As far as the christian bakers who don’t want to serve LGBTs, African Americans or Jewish people are concerned, I don’t understand why they (particularly LGBT PEOPLE) insist to be accepted as customers willing to pay for their services instead of going to a LGBT friendly bakery!
If I know that a shop owner hates me on account of my Jewish religion, (I don’t hide my Maguen David!) or for any other reason, I would NEVER buy anything there! .

I’m not aware of Christian business owners not serving black’s or Jew’s etc! It’s about convictions & by Right’s, they should be allowed to refuse service (no shirt no shoes No Service) – This BS that the minority rules is Camel Chit – the Left likes it both ways when it comes to them – Kinda like the 5th Admendment!!!!!!!

There is no reason to allow islam into civilized society, as islam is noting but criminally insane violence and destruction. What this potential murderer is saying is the solid belief of muslims everywhere. The judge insulted civilized law by not punishing the disrespect shown to the court.

This is TYPICAL of ALL western states who have had their legal system , first infiltrated, then taken over, by the Left. Everything that we hold dear is undermined and then destroyed by the rampant multicultural lunacy of the Left. This was NOT accidental. SDS in the 1960s boasted that they were going to do so and they have: it is amazing how many ex?-SDS members are lawyers. judges, politicians in Australia. The rot is so bad that at elections it is a toss up between the lesser evils: the “conservatives” who are actually globalist progressives, or the socialists and I need say no more about their inherent corruption. Unless voters all vote for one of the numerous and usually pointless minor parties, then nothing really changes or can be changed. The criminal PC changes to our laws will NEVER be changed while we elect the same scum or their socialist cronies.
