In America, there is now a separate set of laws for Muslims and non-Muslims. Sharia in America. If a non-Muslim was armed to the teeth obscenely threatening Muslims with massive firepower at a mosque in their parking lot, his face would be smeared across every newspaper and nightly news program across the country, and they would lock him up and throw away the key. This Muslim got a tap on the wrist.
Holding a Quran, Ehab Jabar is brandishing serious firepower while threatening the women and children at Christian conference. “Be afraid” or “be terrified.”

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – A South Dakota man who carried guns into an anti-Islam speaking event and livestreamed a Facebook video from outside afterward has been sentenced.
Ehab Jaber, of Sioux Falls, pleaded guilty in July to a federal firearms charge. On Monday, U.S. District Judge Lawrence Piersol sentenced the 46-year-old to seven months imprisonment with served time suspended, seven months in community or home detention and three years of probation.
Federal prosecutors say Jaber aimed to spark a violent reaction when he attended the April event with firearms in tow.
The Argus Leader reports that Jaber told the judge he was “heartbroken” by the high attendance at an event condemning his religion….

Personally, I think losers and dorks are attracted to islam because they are considered garbage by the society they live in. But, upon joining a gang such as islam, they get strength in numbers to bully and intimidate others. The weak and easily intimidated are forced to comply, this will last until a few semi intelligent muslims realize what is going on, and rebel.

Whenever you go to a website anywhere your IP address has to be reported to the web server on which it’s running otherwise a network link can’t be established — unless you’re using proxy servers.

The U.S. constitution grants muslims the right to follow the laws. It does not grant filthy muslims the right to “stockpile machine guns.” But, even in the U.S., you people can take a goat for your mistress, which as we all know, most of you do. Well, of course he got out with time served. The courts recognized that his work had been interrupted that day when he made his video and that he has much “work” yet to do.
The court probably took pity on the man when he stated he was “heartbroken” because its probably SO hard being the lone muslim in S. Dakota. No doubt, he’ll be appealing to CAIR shortly for support…..AND his fifteen minutes of fame.

No jurisdiction that hands out these lenient sentences based on special privileges and identity politics is going to give standing to a suit against the judiciary for non-compliance with sentencing guidelines.
We have to have politicians in the State Houses who will force / allow the Attorney General to open an investigation on these guys – and then get the judges removed from office under the theory that breaching their duty to follow non-discriminatory sentencing guidelines violates the State’s code of professional ethics. … This is how we remove office
holders for criminal violations now, and it is these very rules which are breached when conservative leaning judges are held to the highest standards, but left leaning judges are not. …
Btw – just from following the convoluted way I had to summarize the process, we can guess that the effort is nearly futile.
Put it another way – we have to win.
Rock solid conservative leaders are not enough. We need leaders who 1. can withstand the viscous attacks they will face if they even breath a word about the actual practice of discriminatory sentencing, and 2. know how to tear through the swamp in their State bureaucracy. Very few of the former exist – and frankly I’ve never met a single non-Leftist who understood how to rip a new bleep in a State bureaucracy.
Our side’s political leadership consists of people are too nice, too middle-class, too ‘educated’ and too collegial to even think they need to fight the Leftists in the State bureaucracy. Part of this is b/c they’ve never witnessed how the Left does it – and they are oblivious to the consequences.

What sort of message of deterrence does this send? None! It makes it appear the mere inconvenience of a short sentence is worth it. The fact it is a federal felony means he can never legally own, possess, or have a license to carry a firearm but when was the last time a criminal cared what the law says?

It was never said if this guy is a U.S. Citizen. If not what is doing with and kind of firearm. If he is, what laws did he violate so that his 2nd Amendment is removed. I know if I were to “brandish” a firearm, trouble is coming my way big time and most likley I lose my 2nd Am. rights. Some states consider brandish if your shirt rides up and exposes your firearm even if it is holstered and you go to jail right then and there. i beleive that may be Texas so…correct me if I am wrong.
