In light of the October 31, 2017, vehicular strike in New York City, which is currently being investigated as terrorism, SITE Intelligence Group is redistributing its dispatch from two months prior of an individual holding a phone with the Islamic State’s (IS) logo less than one mile from the scene of the incident.

ISIS media regularly pushes New York attacks. Issue 3 of Rumiyah even suggested vehicular attacks on Macy’s Parade. Obviously Muslims worldwide are listening.
