There is so much about the Las Vegas shooting that authorities are not revealing. In my article at the American Thinker (here), I outline the FBI’s repeated failures concerning jihad terrorism. Further, the jihadis have repeatedly made the FBI look ridiculous and incompetent. Over a week after the monstrous slaughter, the FBI has nothing, and yet they continue to dismiss ISIS claims out of hand, despite the fact ISIS does not take credit for attacks that are not theirs. That they still don’t know what Marilou Danley knows, and how involved she was, shows how clueless they are.

The companion of the Las Vegas shooter, Stephen Paddock, has been put on a U.S. government watch list as the FBI continues to press her for information about the worst mass shooting in modern American history, federal law enforcement officials told ABC News.
Story continues below advertisementMarilou Danley has been designated a Transportation Security Administration selectee, meaning authorities will be notified if she attempts to board any commercial flight.
The travel designation will require her to undergo extra screening and will notify authorities if she tries to leave the country on a commercial flight, two law enforcement sources told ABC News.
At this stage of the investigation, officials believe that Danley played no part in — and had no knowledge of — her now deceased boyfriend’s plan to open fire on concertgoers from the Mandalay Bay hotel last week, killing 58 people and injuring more than 500 others before killing himself….

I agree, she does not seem like a particularly dangerous person, but it can be difficult to tell. I personally think that he probably hid much of his personal life from her, many men hide secrets from their girlfriends or spouses quite successfully.

Maybe the investigators hope to implicate her, as a major distraction away from credible leads/suspects. Ex: the Hispanic couple who were telling attendees they were going to die, 45 minutes prior to the shooting.

Mores smoke and mirrors, distractions from the real issue which is the actions of the person or persons who did the shooting. What would she have to say? The fbi are incapable of connecting the dots of the actual crime, adding a distraction does nothing but buy time for the investigators to out wait any one trying to figure out the facts.

It is very hard some times to say “I don’t know” especially if there is a demand for answers after a mass murder like Las Vegas, or 911. In a psychic way, we are all still at the concert area pinned down waiting for direction on which way to turn. The longer the wait lasts, the greater the pressure for answers mounts. Weak minded people will stand up, and claim they have the answer. Equally weak minded people, who are ready to panic, will listen. But, the truth is, nobody knows the back story. However, one can still make a positive contribution in this situation by refuting the various conspiracy theories of Alex Jones, et al.

This does raise more questions than answers. If she had nothing to do with the shooting, either in actuality, or in some supportive capacity, why then, is she being designated a “risk” for air travel? Is this a smoke screen for something else? It seems one reason they would be going after her, if in fact she did nothing, would be to keep her quiet about what she knows and to keep the pressure on her. Or……maybe they just want to see who her next boyfriend is.

If these two slept together for as long as is reported, she knows more than she is letting on. And how did the $140,000 he wired to her in the Philippines escape notice? The news is full of stories of cases where drug dealers and money launderers are caught when their massive money transactions are tracked.

The FBI seems to have been overtaken by the alt News media and the amateur sleuths of the comment threads, plus the ISIS bulletins.
One must wonder where their usefulness lies ….
They seem to be waiting for the interest to die down and hoping for a new topic to hit the headlines.
