Breitbart, September 11, 2017:

Featuring exclusive interviews with Pamela Geller, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Geert Wilders, Mark Steyn, Milo Yiannopolous, Raheem Kassam, Robert Spencer, Douglas Murray, Ezra Levant, Lars Vilks, Garland Muhammad cartoon contest winner Bosch Fawstin, and many other heroes of freedom, this web series will be the first ever to expose the war on free speech. It is certain to shock the American public and awaken many. These interviews reveal events at Garland and its aftermath that have never before been made public and demonstrate how far advanced the war on free speech really is.

“In this film, we’re setting the record straight about our Garland free speech event, at which we were not only targeted by Islamic jihadis but apparently by the FBI as well,” Pamela Geller wrote at Breitbart News. “But we’re doing much more as well: we’re telling the whole, as-yet-untold truth about the war on free speech.”

I listened to this film tonight and will share my reaction. In short it is dynamite, but expressed in a rather low key fashion. It ably depicts how much at a precipice we are on in terms of the American birthright of freedom of speech- a right many young people today seem to be willing to casually dispense with.

In my mind, the most dramatic footage was of a post-Garland debate between Pamela and some horse’s ass of an imam- from Texas, no less- who proclaimed how Pamela should be tried in a sharia court and then face capital punishment (think I’ve got that right). I guess said horse’s ass- whose face a bore a strikingly porcine resemblance in my mind- doesn’t quite grasp the idea that trials in the civilized world exist to determine guilt or innocence, not to ratify a preconceived notion. One of the blessings of multi-culturalism, I guess- thanks, Democrats.

I regret that I did not catch the name of the man who made a point that I had not come to terms with, but that I thought was quite telling. He asked how you can criticize Islam without being “islamophobic”, how you can criticize the hatred of homosexuals and Jews in Islam without being “islamophobic”. Truly, “islamophobia” is a term created by fascists, used by cowards, to manipulate morons.

The high point, which, truthfully, I would not have expected, was a series of comments interspersed throughout the film by Ayaan Ali Hirsi. Ayaan has probably suffered more personally from the oppression that inheres in and thrives in Islam than any of the other people interviewed during the film. Yet she cast such a graceful, dignified, refined presence during this occasionally raucous film while speaking quietly but poignantly of the threat to liberty posed by Islam, that I found myself both drawn to her and impressed by her. She is a beautiful human being.

To better understand the greatest threat to liberty in the world today, all those who value their right to speak their mind openly should view this film.
