More jihad mass murderers will enter the country. More Americans will be killed. That is apparently what the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals wants.

The 9th Circuit declined to overturn a previous district court ruling. In doing so, the 9th circuit smacks down the Trump administration’s attempt to deny certain family members of Americans an exemption from the travel ban.
The modified travel ban previously held up by the Supreme Court did not classify grandparents, cousins, or aunts and uncles as close family, thus denying them an exception to the ban.
The ruling also provides for more refugees to come to the United States…

How in HELL does any court have any authority to do this? Someone please explain this to me.

The court’s jurisdiction to hear the motioned appeals of the parties is a procedural right granted to the Appeals Court, and is not inconsistent with our Constitution. Whether you agree with or do not agree with the conclusions is of little moment as the issue will likely go to the Supreme court for final clarification, though, unless the Supreme court stays this finding it will go into effect. I think what we can learn from a review of the ruling is that this country needs to rethink it relationship with the U.N. and it’s Refugee body, which I believe deserves some immediate consideration by our legislators, who, unfortunately do nothing except prioritize their getting elected to what they believe is a full time job, and never seem to understand that they are elected to represent the citizens of this great country first and foremost. If the legislators would re-write our immigration laws to protect those here who love the way our society functions and get off their liberal backside to provide laws which preclude with more definition who can and cannot legitimately become immigrants into these United States, we will go a long way to clarifying for our executive branch who can enter this country. It always seems to come down to the failure of our legislative branch to outline what our laws should be to protect its citizens. Though you might disagree with the 9th Circuits defining determination, they had every right to rule as they did, and that is the way our legal system works.

This has been a never-ending issue that legislators perceive and consider a pariah. Until, as said, they, the legislators get their act together, this madness will continue. Moreover, if they would enforce our present immigration laws, it may restore some accountability to the farcical illegal-immigration of present day. Those of the Leftist contagion demand we place a welcome mat on our borders, this is madness, a menace to our nation and its citizens’ security.

The travel ban is one measure to take control of our borders. The president has the authority and responsibility to do just that.

I agree, something has to be done to the judiciary’s calling the shots over the duly elected President, Trump. If it were Obama running the show, the same judiciary would be bowing and scraping to the bogus messiah. I sense it is another leftist ruse to embarrass or worse, usurp Trump. The swamp is thick with thieves, usurpers, seditionists and meaning, the parasitical leftists.

No surprise here. The courts are out of control. Just who these courts are supposed to be representing is a mystery. It’s certainly not the law-abiding, taxpaying American citizen.

why the Hell judges who subvert the Law that gives the President right to decide who should be denied permission to come into the country for security reasons Not impeached and kicked out ?
America’s First Muslim President , Obama also pulled a Taqiya for many years justifying bringing in “refugees” . what Dems and corrupt media would not tell you that 98% of these “refugees” were muslims !
And christians , yazidis who were the real refugees were denied !

Alrighty then, some room will have to be made for all these imports. This will necessitate the immediate acceleration of deportations, for every new colonist invader from a muslim country deport ten who are here on welfare, not working or with criminal records..

Our judiciary runs the nation not Presidents; especially Trump. It is said, this is what makes our nation great: plus, it is Constitutional, whether we agree or not. This said, if Obama, hypothetically, had mandated a similar travel ban, I am more than certain the judiciary would not block it. I am not a wagering man; nonetheless, I would wager on Obama getting the judiciary’s nod.
If, God forbid, this nation were to experience another Jihadi terror attack, Trump would be crucified, not the judiciary. It’s my opinion that the Overlords/Judiciary is not concerned about the Constitution or the nation’s security but to make President Trump’s presidency, Hell.
