Leftists are trying to drive conservatives off the web by pressuring hosting services, payment services like PayPal, and other companies that provide technical support on a more or less indiscriminate basis to web sites. They already have had considerable success in this regard. Their pretense that the campaign is directed only at “hate” sites is absurd. No rational person would put gellerreport.com, for example, in that category. John Hinderacker Powerline.

It is exactly like pre-war Germany. The leftists and the socialists Germany didn’t just wake up one day and begin murdering en masse. It is a process. The process of demonizing and dehumanizing those with whom they disagree. The process of shutting down free speech.
Paypal reversed their decision after thousands and thousands of supporters took to social media to excoriate them. Bravo!
And the goosestepping smear merchants on the left are not happy.

She has taken a strong pro-Israel stance to the point of being sharply critical of Jewish liberals,” the Center notes in a profile of Geller.
Does anyone check the SPLC’s distortions and lies?

“Spoken favorably of South African racists”? Where? I oppose racism. Period. White racism. Black racism. Either all racism is bad or all racism is acceptable.

There was a war of Muslims against Christians, and the Muslim war crimes were just as egregious as the Serbs’. President Clinton got sucked into paving the way for militant Islam in Bosnia by intervening on behalf of Muslims in Bosnia.

Actually, in that post, I was making a point about journalistic bias, noting that liberal journalists do not hunt down unsubstantiated rumors about liberal candidates such as Obama with anything approaching the zeal they bring to investigations of rumors about conservatives.

No, the ban came down after ProPublica posted a hit piece on me and my colleagues to ban from “PayPal, Amazon and Newsmax — from maintaining partnerships with Jihad Watch that help to sustain it financially. PayPal facilitates donations to the site. Newsmax — the online news network run by President Donald Trump’s close friend Chris Ruddy — pays Jihad Watch in return for users clicking on its headlines.”
“Tech companies have the legal right to terminate user accounts if those users violate their terms of service, according to legal experts, although many companies don’t often exercise those rights except in extreme circumstances because they are reluctant to police content and speech,” the Times noted.
But my transactions were unchanged for the past 10 years. There was nothing different in any of my transactions. The Paypal ban was completely arbitrary, capricious and totalitarian in its nature.
It goes on and on like this. More rebuttals to false charges here.

Despicable, fatuous ignormamuses like “David Edwards” frequently charge Pamela with such sins as “inciting hate against Muslims”. They never, that I have seen, bother to quote her to that effect*. Nor do they quote her claim that, “I love Muslims”, and certainly don’t bestir themselves to note that has provided safe haven for Muslim girls in the USA who are at risk of being victim of “honor killing” (Islamic style honor). I don’t know this for sure, but I think she has done that at her own personal expense- hardly the action of a “Moslem hater”.
In other words, do not judge Pamela by what is said about her- judge her by what she says and does. I realize that essentially everybody who comes here knows that and understands that the leftist media is incredibly biased to the point of being hateful, but that point should be made repeatedly to those whose impressions of her may be colored by a malicious media that seeks to obscure the truth.
I make these comments as one who believes that It’s like pre-war Germany. is, to be polite, a gross overstatement that trivializes the hardships endured by Jews in Germany during the 1930’s. But Pamela has never been accused of understatement!
*The only possible exception I can think of was Theresa May who, when explaining her decision to ban Pamela from Shipwreck Island, quoted some relatively mild- and entirely accurate- statements that Pamela had made. Her quotes served to underscore the mendacious banality of the criticism of Pamela.

Yes, I’ve been reading about that. These young people at universities joining these socialist groups are the most ignorant and arrogant kids I’ve ever seen. I trained to be a nurse years ago and never went to Uni, but I have made a point of educating myself on history and politics. It’s crazy, but I’m sure that I know more about the truth than they do…..and I’ve only scratched the surface of historical records on past movements such as socialism/communism and fascist type regimes. Unbelievable the drivel being taught at Uni’s these days.

Yep……..I just deleted my Google+ accounts and Twitter and refuse to use PayPal unless I absolutely have no choice. I will keep one Facebook account for posting the real news out for my friends to see the truth. I believe in commenting on as many news outlets as possible to refute fake or biased stories. We all can do our part even if it is just this sort of thing with our social media, signing petitions and voting with wisdom. As a mother of a special needs child….I would not even take him into a peaceful protest march these days as I don’t think these are safe for children and young people anymore…..but I definitely encourage those that can to get out there in unity to stand against this evil.

Can some legal whiz explain to me why civil action in these cases has not become a growth industry? Large companies are normally risk averse. Arbitrary service denial by PayPal, Google, Amazon, etc would seem risky.

Robert Spencer of “Jihad Watch” was on Tucker Carlson on Fox News last night detailing how SPLC, a leftist hate group itself which tries to double as some sort of authority on political leanings, was used by PayPal to justify their banning of him and his book sales. He said that upon checking SPLC’s webpage he could find no specifics of what he is accused of. Typical for SPLC.

They have ruined their reputation by naming good people as racist.
