The Republican governor of Illinois, Bruce Rauner, just signed into law a measure that protects the state’s nearly 500,000 illegals from deportation — in essence, a massive sanctuary bill.
Basically, the new state law will make it illegal for police to arrest or detain illegals based solely on their immigration status.
In other words: Police won’t be able to tell Immigration and Customs Enforcement about illegals in the state — and therefore, feds won’t be able to deport illegals in the state.

What is going on with the Republican Party?

The new law will essentially make it impossible for Illinois police to notify Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) when they have a suspected criminal illegal alien on their hands, thus increasing the possibility that they will be freed back into the general public.
The sanctuary state law also makes it illegal for local law enforcement to arrest an illegal alien, even if the individual is wanted by ICE for immigration violations.
Rauner’s signing of the sanctuary state law ushers in a new era for Illinois. Currently, there is a booming illegal alien population of more than 450,000, according to Pew Research. Of those illegal aliens in the state, more than 70 percent are from Mexico. As Breitbart Texas reported, the open borders lobby cheered the new law, saying it will “attract more immigrants” to the state.
The big business lobby in Illinois is also likely to support the law, as the Chicago Council on Global Affairs recently asked that the state bring in more immigrants to take low-skilled jobs, despite a widespread problem with African-American youth unemployment, as Breitbart Texas reported.

In violation of the Federal law? Is Illinois still part of the Union or not? If this “republican” hack now violates his oath of allegiance (to the Constitution, no less) he should be subject for immediate removal from office!

What has happened to the Republicans? Have they really been bought out by the democrats? Defund illinois, no federal money or continuation of federally paid for programs until the law is maintained. What next? The re-introduction of slavery, as it provides for considerable economic enhancements to big business?

It is not about parties, or individual political and social leaders. This is us, the individuals, vs. the globalists, who own almost everyone in power, including the media. They do not own those like Pres. Trump or Geerts Wilders, and, so, we see an intense war on those like them. Part of their strategy is divide and conquer. The idea of separate parties is a ruse. This also goes into the pitting of political parties, races, religions, even countries, etc, against each other. They are creating chaos from which to step in and implement their “solution,” a one world, fascist government. The EU is a prototype of this, a government without elected officials, and that is accountable to no one. The UN is to be their headquarters. George Orwell was an insider, until he left, not liking what he heard. Then, he wrote a book about it, a warning, and became a whistle blower. We are in the fight of our lives.

The problem with this Ms. Geller is there are too few Republicans in the state of Illinois to override what the legislature proposes. Governor Rauner can easily be overridden by that state’s Democrat majority. And I suspect that is exactly why he signed this piece of legislation. It wouldn’t have done any good to oppose it because Democrats run the state to the point where they can override any proposals he might make to address the problems within the state. I feel sorry for him because there’s not much of anything he can do….until the state runs out of money and the people who will pay the exorbitant taxes that the state imposes.

I said this elsewhere…he also signed an “automatic motor-voter registration” bill yesterday, just before this bill.
Illinois also has a “same-day voter registration”, so it’s already impossible to vet their status as a citizen or not, and since Illinois gives licenses to illegal aliens, this will allow more of ’em to vote. I can’t imagine safeguards to prevent voter fraud will be in place.
Rauner’s trying to get the illegal alien vote for the GOP, and for his re-election. Plain and simple. Another sad part of this, is all the black Dumbocrats who voted for this, not giving a damn that their constituency will be the most affected; then again, their constituency doesn’t want to work anyway. They can’t even be bothered to be civilized and take care of their own homes.

TEST CASE!
Federalize every sworn law enforcement officer in the state. Any federalized officer who does not follow Federal Law and cites the state law as the excuse needs to have his/her badge suspended and be placed under imediate indigtment for the failure to follow the Federal Law.
Shouldn’t take more than a few of these to occur before the rest of the LEOs get the picture and start doing things in accordance with the Law Of The Land, >all< of the land, not just Illinois.
Any state level official attempting to interfere needs to be arrested and indicted for "interfering with a Federal Officer in the Lawful Performance Of His Duties". These state level egomaniacs think they are smarter and more clever than anybody else. Thy need to be schooled that this isn't the case and that the law applies to them the same as to regular citizens without political position or influence.

One way to fix America is to persecute politicians who violate their oath of office, in this case Protecting and Defending the Constitution of the United States. But I doubt it if that will ever happen but I would be surprise if that did occur. In any event, those that violate the oath of office are nothing more than criminals themselves and a serious theat to the Republic.

If this so called American can be removed, arrested or whatever, make it happen. If not do two things: 1st stop all funding that goes to Illinois immediately, 2nd run a advertising campaign to get every Muslim and every illegal immigrant to move to Illinois and maybe even give these people a financial incentive to move there.
Flood Illinois with people especially if their on welfare. Let Illinois go to hell until they change governments to one that has brains, yes a tall order !

WHY build a wall when you DO NOT have any interest in doing something cheap & easy. Just jail & fine the employers NOBODY would sneak into the country if they could not get a YOB. We invite the illegals pay them and give them raises. In the last 50 years the jails have not been filled with the real illegals, the employers. Odd how these fairness freaks are so unfair in their application of fairness. My sister immigrated legally and went through all the legal hoops. Is she had just broke into the country, for that’s what illegal entry is, she’d have been deported at warp speed. It’s blatant bias but the leftist lunatics don’t care.
