Macron Condemns French Complicity in the Holocaust

7

Just days ago, Macron was condemning “Israeli colonialism,” so this can’t be taken as any reliable indication that he has come around and is going to be fighting for freedom, but it is a good sign, and is long overdue. France has a terrible history of betraying its Jews.

In June 1942, 12,000 Jewish adults and children were removed from their homes in Paris and sent to Nazi death camps. It was the largest mass arrest in wartime France.

The Vél d’Hiv roundup began in the early hours of 16 July 1942 and, over the next two days, 12,884 Jews from the Paris region, including over 4,000 children, were taken into custody. It was biggest such mass arrest in France during the second world war. Of these, 7,000 victims were packed into the Vélodrome d’Hiver, an indoor sports stadium. In increasingly desperate conditions they awaited shipment to the death camps in eastern Europe.

They were held at the Vélodrome d’Hiver in extremely crowded conditions, almost without water, food and sanitary facilities, as well as at the Drancy, Pithiviers, and Beaune-la-Rolande internment camps, then shipped by railway transports to Auschwitz for extermination

What made the event so especially shocking was not just the number of children involved, but that the operation was planned and executed by French police and civil servants. After the war, the Vél d’Hiv roundup would become a symbol of French guilt and complicity in the Holocaust.(here.)

“Macron Condemns French Complicity in the Holocaust,” by Simon Kent, Breitbart, July 16, 2017 (thanks to Arlene):

French President Emmanuel Macron hit out at those who deny France’s direct complicity in the Holocaust, choosing French and Israeli commemorations of a mass deportation of French Jews in World War II to make his stand.

Standing alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday at remembrance ceremonies recalling 75 years since a mass roundup of French Jews outside of Paris, Mr. Macron insisted “it was indeed France that organized this.” He said “not a single German” was directly involved, but instead blamed French police collaborating with the occupying Nazis.

France’s participation and responsibility in the Holocaust has long been a sensitive issue in France and was only officially recognised in 1995 by then president Jacques Chirac.

Mr. Netanyahu is in the French capital as part of a five-day swing through Europe. He announced his arrival this morning in Twitter:

Jewish leaders also spoke at the Vel d’Hiv stadium outside Paris, where French police had held some 13,000 people on July 16-17, 1942, before they were sent on to Auschwitz concentration camp. Fewer than 100 were to survive the war.

For his part, Mr Netanyahu said “I’m here to mourn the victims,” as he acknowledged an audience which included Jewish groups and Holocaust survivors.

“Seventy-five years ago, a heavy darkness descended on this city… It seems the values of the French revolution – equality, fraternity, liberty – was crushed brutally under the boot of anti-Semitism.”

While warning against the dangers of modern extremism, Mr. Netanyahu hailed the “great, great human beings” who had risked their lives to save Jews in France during Nazi occupation.

Mr. Macron dismissed those who claim that the collaborationist Vichy regime did not represent the French state. He said this is “convenient, but it is false” as an interpretation of history…..

What is most shocking about this episode is that the French did this on their own initiative. Most occupied countries waited for the Germans to demand their Jews after which they reluctantly complied. The Vichy regime arrested their Jews, concentrated them in stadiums and then called the Germans to come pick them up. The Germans were so surprised that it took a while for them to arrange rail transport causing additional suffering.

While he admits the French participation in the genocide and then he continues the Ethnic cleansing of jews and their murder by Islamonazi jihadis .

But Islamonazis are far worse they don’t just go after Jews they will go after every non-muslim dumb French citizens who voted for dumb Macron.

Left/Liberal Loons have bought and sold the “Islam is religion of peace” B.S. while ignoring the history of jihad and the present active ongoing jihadi attacks .

While Muslim youths practice the art of torturing and beheading infidels http://bit.ly/2tlUWt3 ……….to prepare for
future jihadi attacks !

Left/Liberal Loons Run away when they are attacked !

But it SHOULD be seen as a good sign: imagine the fury of the fanatics, and many of the so-called moderates, when they read the words: “Standing alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu”. Not only did what they call “the filthy French” invite the Israeli Prime Minister to their country, but they also had a ceremony for Jews. That will not go down well in many parts of the Muslim world.

More good signs were the invitation to President Trump, the favourable reaction to it, and the fact that Macron and Trump seem to be getting along just fine. Note that Trump has yet to visit what was once seen as America’s “special friend”, Britain, because there is so much opposition, with left-wing politicians and activists trying to stop it and threatening chaos and a hostile reception if he comes. It will be bad news indeed for Britain if President Trump decides that his special friends in Europe are, in fact, Macron and Merkel, not PM May.

marcon, go inseminate yourself. The holocaust is over, the echo’s of “never again” are long forgotten. You and france are actively participating in today’s genocide by your criminal negligence in allowing muslims to actively murder Jews in france, with no real deterrence.
