Just days ago, the Geller Report had this story: “State of ‘Collapse’: Italy Overwhelmed as 13,500 Muslim Migrants Arrive in Past Two Days.” But now the situation in Italy is deteriorating even further.
This is the colonization and islamization of Europe — the hijrah. “Italy says that it is unable to cope with this year’s expected flood of refugees, and is demanding help from the European Union, or else it will close all its ports to ships carrying migrants.” They should have closed their ports long ago. Just threatening to do so now in the wake of this invasion is an acknowledgment of their impotence.

Italy has threatened to close all of its ports to ships of foreign NGOs carrying migrants and refugees, after being overwhelmed by the arrival of 12,000 migrants in four days on 22 ships. The UN Migration Agency said 8,863 migrants were rescued trying to reach Italy from Libya, and the EU’s border agency Frontex said its boats had recovered an additional 2,700 people.
About 76,000 migrants have arrived since January, and some estimates say that 220,000 people could land in Italy by the end of 2017.
The ships cross the Mediterranean Sea from Libya and mostly contain African refugees. In one Italian port in Reggio Calabria alone, 1,066 people disembarked from the Save the Children rescue ship Vos Hestia on Thursday. Among them were 241 unaccompanied minors.
According to a European Council official:
In recent years people smugglers have launched massive numbers at the same time. But this year we are witnessing levels never registered before in such short periods of time.
Loss of life and continuing migratory flows of primarily economic migrants on the central Mediterranean route is a structural challenge and remains an issue of urgent and serious concern.
The EU and its member states must restore control to avoid a worsening humanitarian crisis.
Italy agrees that the EU must restore control. Italy says that it is unable to cope with this year’s expected flood of refugees, and is demanding help from the European Union, or else it will close all its ports to ships carrying migrants. Since the rescue operations do not take place in Italian waters, Italy is under no obligation under international law to take the refugees in, according to some experts. Analysts say that this would be a humanitarian catastrophe because the ships would have to be diverted to other countries, for which they have inadequate provisions.
One of the NGOs operating rescue boats said that it understood the pressure that Italy was under, but:
However, we also believe that closing the ports of safety to people seeking refuge from war, violence and poverty cannot be the solution. We would like to stress again that NGOs are not the cause, nor the solution to this humanitarian crisis. Without our presence at sea, even more people would die….

Actually the Italians are relatively sane in comparison to the other EU progressive Islamo-Nazi traitors, but as their economy is in shambles, (most major Italian banks in major financial trouble, almost no growth of the Italian economy, aging native population/inevitable demographic demise + the muzlim/African invasion…), they are in the mercy of fraulein Merkel, the new führer of the IV German Reich and de-facto ruler of the EU
Italia, Greece, Spain are all under the thumb of Germany

If they themselves do not act, then who can help them? There is no work in those countries. Their own citizens have to leave to find work. Their own citizens have only one child and some see hard times, and must live on the streets, or in their cars, but the government does not help them. The government helps those coming in, and they bring, or shall bear numerous children, and apply for public assistance. That does not make sense. They are illiterate in their own countries. Who will support them? The people who pay the taxes and work, get nothing or little, and the economic migrants get assistance. The blame is with the people who voted to join or stay in the eu, and who consistently do not vote in candidates who could turn matters around. How can anyone help? They must stay awake at night and figure out how to help themselves.

Instead of supporting unsafe mass-migration, more focus should be given to middle-east/ north African safe-zones.
Safe zones would be made in the refugee’s countries of origin, protected by various allies, and give refugees a better place to stay while militaries would fight terrorists.
Safe zones would help real refugees so they can eventually settle in their own homes…and keep other countries safe from unvetted migration, which has led to mass-rapes and terror attacks.

It wouldn’t have to be just the west, the other countries would need to help.
Safe-zones are an alternative to mass-migration. So if someone says it’s either allow mass-migration or we’re racists, this is a common-sense alternative we can mention. It helps the refugees in their own countries, and keeps us safe from jihadists who would use the mass-migration to sneak in.
The more that safe-zones talked about, the more people will know we have other options, not the either/or that many politicians are trying to use to pit people against each other.

Mention to who? You think we should respond to name-calling by people who have no rational or logical debate to argue? Does anybody call the Japanese racists for not accepting migrants? Does anybody call out the Saudis for not allowing in migrants OF THE SAME RACE? Or any of the other Middle Eastern countries?

Migrants are not ‘sneaking in’. They don’t need to. They’re being ‘rescued’ very close to the ports they departed from and taken to Europe in safety.
Any country that doesn’t take strong measures to stop people ‘sneaking in’ deserves all it gets. Intentions from one community have been stated loud and clear, yet even now politicians are making excuses for those statements and basically saying that the people saying them didn’t really mean it. They did.

Politicians are elected to look after the interests of their citizens. NOT anybody who decides they want to live in their country and be fully supported by those citizens. The people being pitted against are those who enter countries with no visa and gain immediate housing and other benefits that are not accessible to the native citizens, and who put huge strains on existing educational and healthcare providers to the detriment of the locals. If politicians were to stick to looking after the people they’re meant to be representing, there would be no problem.

I just meant that safe zones are a better option than what we have right now. Is it perfect? No, not by a long shot. But it could work.
I wasn’t at all suggesting that people are racist for not letting in migrants; that was an example about what people say to discredit anti-jihad activists. We’re not racists, and neither are the Japanese or anyone else. We’re worried about our safety in light of recent attacks and rapes, and we have good reason to push for better security.
I totally agree that politicians are supposed to look out for their citizens. And I know how hard it is to debate with people who just call names and automatically assume things about you. I know how hard it is to have a civilized conversation anymore. I know how frustrating it is.
Will logical debate change everyone’s minds? No, of course not. But it’ll probably get us farther than yelling insults back. People are less likely to change their viewpoints if things turn into an insult-hurling contest. As stressful as debates are, you have a better chance at changing people’s minds with facts and reason.

I agree completely. I also find it ominous that the leaders of the religion-that-cannot-be-criticised refuse to engage in such debates. Surely it would be an ideal opportunity to listen to concerns of the non-Muslim community, correct any fallacious beliefs and, as you say, using facts and reason. But no. Even to suggest that such a discussion take place is deemed offensive, as are many things about the western lifestyle. This could easily be taken as confirmation of any number of beliefs, right or wrong, that are held by those outside their community, and refusal to engage only adds fuel to the fire. Naive liberals within our own countries back this up with their name-calling and shouting down of anybody who disagrees with their one point of view.

You’re right, that not enough Muslim leaders will debate religion. That’s a major problem.
Sometimes religious leaders will forbid debate because they know there are things that don’t add up….and they don’t want their followers to know. The FLDS, in America, is very similar.
I read a book by an ex-FLDs member who escaped, Carolyn Jessop, and she described a similar thing, how Warren Jeffs shot down any debate and criticism and education of ‘worldly’ things because he knew that with debate and education, people might start pushing for change.
Sadly, many Muslim leaders–especially those in extremist groups–will do the same thing. That’s one of the major things that Islam needs to reform…they need to be more open to debate and criticism, just like other religions.
You’re right that many liberals have been shouting down people who disagree….that sort of behavior isn’t helpful at all. But we can still try to debate with them civilly, because that’s our best hope of helping them realize jihad is a big danger.

Put the people on safe ships and return them, activate the military, monitor the seas, send everyone back. Hold foreign governments accountable for the millions upon millions of monies the west sends. Why do they not take care of their people? Or take over the country. If everyone wants to go to another country, then take over their country and fashion it like a western country. Sound implausible? It isn’t.

Rather don’t waste time allowing new aspirant refugees arriving, place a submarine off Libya’s coast and sink all ships intending to take refugees to Europe. Then ship those already in Europe back to their hell-holes before they turn Europe into a complete hell-hole. Of course Western Europe will not do so. Their ‘leaders’ have no regard for their women and children. The eu will not help, it cannot help. It will press them till the end. Exit the eu, at least that much. Do not listen to the nonsense from Rome or Brussels. Wait till Turkey acts. A man told my relative that they will control Italy because they bear children and Italians do not. Who supports all those children? My relative was told this about four years ago. See what has happened?
People should pay attention to the population growth in general. There shall not be enough water and food and resources. The wastes produced by rapidly growing populace cannot be managed. The energy needs will exceed capacity to provide them. Perhaps some scientific types should run for office. And if they have common sense, better yet.

Other countries taking italy’s surplus immigrants will do nothing, other than fill them to overflowing as well. The only solution is to stop importing them, then immediately start massive deportations. If anything needs to be done, build refugee cities in libya for them to go to while the figure out how to get home. Not that it really matters, western europe is finished, politically, cultural and socially, it had degenerated into a mongrel society of islam, socialism and residual conventional western european cultures. No value, merely a growth on the countryside that will die off from disease, starvation and war.

They want other countries to also open up their doors. What they still don’t get is that there is no end to the number of people who will keep coming, and coming, and coming, until ALL countries end up having to shut their doors. Why they want to wait until the whole of Europe is populated by lawless people who are incapable of supporting themselves is anybody’s guess.

Italy needs to declare war on Libya and embargo and blockade their ports of all Islamic Army Troop Carrier Vessels including NGOs. The invasion of Italy is an act of war by the sending country, i.e. Libya.
Italy needs to send its navy to Libya and torpedo any Islamic Army Troop Carrier Vessels including NGO vessels. Prosecute in a military / naval court NGOs as traitors and collaborators with the enemy. What is the point of the Italian taxpayer maintaining a navy unless it defends Italy?
Italy is insane: What sane nation helps to transport tens of thousands of enemy troops to their own country? What sane nation provides food, clothing and shelter to an invading Army?
All Islamic Army Troops in Italy need to be give 7 days notice to report to any port in Italy for repatriation otherwise they will be shot on sight by any Italian citizen owning a gun.
Italy’s leaders need to be tried for treason and executed.
This proves that the Italian people are both insane and stupid and why they lost both World Wars.
The USA may not rescue Italy this time or wait until all the Africans have killed all the Italians and then the USA will move in to exterminate all the remaining Africans in Italy. The USA and Russia have already hatched a deal to carve up Europe once the Islamic Army of Africans have taken over and killed all Europeans. Then the USA and Russia will exterminate all the Africans in Europe and redevelop Europe as a pure White, Russian – American State.

Why don’t you try to stick to the issue related in this article (Italy and invasion) rather than telling other people to “shut up.”
You are working for the Islamic Army of Invasion by stating that the Italian people can not shoot and kill an invading army either through the Italian military (torpedo the boats) or the Italian citizens in Italy (executeing the invading army in Italy by any means available)?

Interesting times ahead. Today Austria announced it’s sending troops to its border with Italy to stop “migrants” getting through. The ordinary European has had enough of economic parasites claiming to be “refugees”.
They are not needed. Not wanted. Not welcome. They are stacking up in Italy and Greece because strong, sensible countries like Macedonia and Hungary have sealed their borders. But the “migrants” will keep trying, hoping to get to countries like Britain or Sweden which have a generous welfare system and still cling to a politically correct fantasy of multiculturalism. Even there, attitudes have hardened, faced with the unsustainable numbers they are less willing or keen to accept them than in the past.
But the point the liberals, activists and general do-gooders refuse to accept is this: people have moved around the world for centuries, but there are proper procedures to follow for prospective immigrants – visa systems, work permits, skills checks, financial solvency checks. Every single one of those pitching up in Southern Europe is entering the country ILLEGALLY, so they are, in effect, criminals who should be deported immediately. The answer is to stop them landing, because once they do and trigger the asylum process (even when the vast majority have no claim whatsoever) they become a burden economically and socially, and it also gives them the opportunity to head West and smuggle themselves into countries like Britain, Sweden, and possibly Germany. KEEP THEM OUT.

That is interesting. Is not Austria in the european union? They should help. The Austrian left voted in Van Der Bellen, I hope I have that right. He wanted the women of that country to wear head coverings in solidarity with the economic migrants. So why the change? Your post is good. Someone suggested that Soros and his ilk have paid off the liberal politicians. If that is true it would be so unpatriotic, and unconscionable. It would be a sell out that would change history. Very sad. What is the problem with those billionaires? They must think they shall live forever. They have precipated very disastrous things.

I think some of the comments are being presented by trolls, instigators, baiters, or the other side. This situation is not a laughing matter. No country can manage a major influx of people within its borders. People who are likely illiterate in their own country, whose history concerning crime, ideology, health risks are unknown. What will they do? Do people not understand that there are NO JOBS IN ITALY? What happens when there are large groups of people and dwindling resources, few or no opportunities, no jobs? I would imagine there will be a great deal of dissension, strife, increase in crime, violence, drugs, and so forth. Immigration is a serious topic. People are complex and have many need. These issues should be thoroughly discussed and properly acted on, IF elected officials did their jobs.
