ARTE, a Franco-German public television station, came under fire after it censored the screening of the film it commissioned about Anti-Semitism because it was deemed too ‘pro-Israel’.
ARTE faced growing accusations of journalistic antisemitism and censorship over their French bureau decision to spike the 90-minute documentary, titled ‘Chosen and Excluded – Jew Hatred in Europe.’
French head of the programing at Arte Alain Le Diberder previously rejected the film because it lacked “balance.”
Responding to Le Diberder, filmmaker Joachim Schroeder told our friend and journalist Benjamin Weinthal at The Jerusalem Post: “It is impossible to make a film [in Europe] today about antisemitism that shows a pro-Jewish perspective.”
French journalist Luc Rosenzweig believes that the German-French channel censored the documentary because “it highlights the anti-Jewish hatred that is advancing in the Arab-Muslim sphere and in a certain left obsessed with anti-Zionism”.
Actually, it is much worse.
If Arte eventually refused to show it, it is because the reportage describes the anti-Israel propaganda in the European media and among the elites, and it destroys the anti-Zionist lies by filming the reality on the ground, and it demonstrates that it is the Europeans who fuel and excite the anti-Semitism in the Palestinian society.
Arte, who ordered the documentary, is a big part of the media that spread this propaganda of hatred. Which is why they refused to air it.
But we found it. It is available for a few hours only. Here is the link to watch it: bild.de.
