Mind you, he ordered the pizza with pepperoni, twice. And even if he didn’t, dhimmis (or sub-humans under Islam) cannot ever make a mistake in accordance with sharia (Islamic law).
The lawsuit is frivolous and totally without merit. But that doesn’t mean he won’t win in a left-wing courtroom.

Muslim man sues Little Caesars over pizza
Arkansas Online, May 26, 2017 (thanks to Robert N):
DEARBORN, Mich. — A Muslim man who says Little Caesars served him a pizza with pepperoni made with pork has filed a lawsuit seeking $100 million.
The Detroit Free Press reported that the lawsuit filed Thursday in Wayne County Circuit Court says the pizza sold in the Detroit suburb of Dearborn was labeled “halal,” meaning it shouldn’t contain pork and would be prepared in a way that follows Islamic law.
A Little Caesars statement said the chain “cherishes our customers from all religions and cultures” and believes the lawsuit is “without merit.”
The lawsuit seeks class-action status. It said Mohamad Bazzi twice ordered “halal” pizza containing pork.
His attorney, Majed Moughni, said the lawsuit aims to deter others from accidentally ordering food containing pork from the restaurant. Dearborn has a large Muslim population.

Righto! Many suits succeed because the defendant failed to comply with their own policy or representation.
Had they not pandered to Muslims in the first place this would not even be possible. If the CEOs of these companies had 1/2 a brain they would have said that they do not provide special meats to anyone for any reason. “We offer pork pepperoni and that is all. Take it or leave it.”

LCs in Dearbornistan is apparently appealing to the local market by offering halal foods. They allegedly put a halal sticker on the box, so they should be aware of what they’re doing. LCs walked into the lawsuit trap, probably through the carelessness of some high school kid behind the counter. The slime will get something in the lawsuit. Michigan is a pretty lawsuit friendly state. The $100 MM is outrageous, and won’t stand, but it will cost LCs big bucks anyway.

Its a sad but poetic justice that serves several purposes with these companies affecting us – by pandering as you say to the muslamists. They are being stung for their money grubbing decisions at the expense of those who resented halal being dished out. This also underwrites that businesses and their bottom lines will be burned and they will try to pass costs for settlements down to westerners. It brings up as well the issue that cultures and norms seldom will mix due primarily to the non-assimilation of muslamists who not only are opportunistic and hypocritically looking of easy money but also sadistic and morbid without thought of the effects that this has on economy. Businesses will move away from muslamist areas and westerners will follow. The no-go zones will turn into leftist muslamists government subsidized ghettos – just like in the EU and UK.

They’re in Dearbornistan. They apparently offer halal food to attract customers. It’s a largely moslem city. But if you’re going to deal with them in a significant way, you have to know what you are doing. They store probably got tripped up by the half with high school students places like that hire.

Any judge with a normal brain would admonish his attorney for a frivolous lawsuit because the plaintiff would’ve known that any meat (even if not pork ) was not Halal. Basically stop “LARDING UP” the Courts.

I think that the person bringing the suit is required to pay costs up front. But I suspect that in all these cases the initial payments are coming from CAIR or some other Islamist group that has a lot of money.

In Michigan right now on the Dearborn campus of the U of M the Regents have paid taxpayer money to install foot baths in the rest rooms for Muslims. Of course if they wanted to do so they could wipe their feet with moist wipes that they could bring with them. This whole thing was done as part of the greater agenda and to bamboozle White leftists.
Having been to 2 Islamic countries, Turkey and Iran, I NEVER saw foot baths in restrooms. In fact, in Iran I never saw separate male and female rest rooms. It was one room used by men and women but thank God there were no urinals. All of them had separated stalls but I still felt very uncomfortable going in. I held it a lot.

They probably have them in the mosques, there. The foot washing is prior to prayer. In Dearbornistan U, they probably installed them in the latrine because the plumbing is easier. Otherwise, the moslems wash their feet in the sink, making a nasty mess in the process.
When I was travelling in Belgium, hardly a Turd World country, the latrine block in our campground had the urinals on the outside of the building. I think the crapper was unisex, but it had stalls.

Yes in my travels to Islamic countries I only saw foot baths in front of mosques – never in rest rooms. Interestingly however most of the Muslims did not even use the foot baths before entering the mosques. Many of them appeared quite dry.

These companies with their PC finding it is backfiring need to quit rolling over playing dead and go on the attack. They might be pleasantly surprised to find their bottom lines increased. All the Muslim had to do to avoid violating his religious prohibitions was to not order a pizza containing pork products. This smells like Muslim grift to me. That’s exactly what he should be awarded in his lawsuit, and not a cent more. I know many will say he should get nothing, but I believe awarding someone the price of a pizza after they go through all the trouble of mounting a $100 million lawsuit would be so humiliating that justice would be served, and so hilarious that it would make him a laughingstock.

I would first ask for a recording of this phone call (proving that halal toppings were requested and not given, or the store said that their toppings weren’t halal). If the recording cannot be produced, then I would say that any basis for the lawsuit is gone. Even without the recording, the ingredient list and other nutritional information are available on request (because people need to know about allergies) and that could have been requested…which would be another reason to dismiss. If he wanted halal, he should have checked the ingredient list first.
