Joe Scarborough, host of “Morning Joe” on MSNBC, unbelievably found a way to draw a link between President Donald Trump and the widely reported Republican congressional hopeful in Montana, Greg Gianforte, who went ballistic on a reporter and allegedly body-slammed him to the floor.
This is how the leftist media works: find whatever tiny “in,” no matter how small, to exploit and turn as a weapon against Trump.

If you’ve not heard the Gianforte story, it’s simply this: Gianforte, who’s running for the congressional seat vacated by Ryan Zinke, Trump’s Interior secretary, became irate when a reporter for the Guardian allegedly pressed him too aggressively on a question about Obamacare — and grabbed him about the neck and threw him to the floor, and commenced punching him. Gianforte’s version of events goes a bit differently — heavier on the reporter’s fault, lighter on his. Regardless, audio of the exchange revealed Gianforte’s screams and the reporter’s allegations of being body-slammed. And then there was this: a local sheriff cited Gianforte for misdemeanor assault.
That was Wednesday. Now fast-forward to Thursday’s “Morning Joe” broadcast.
And this, as noted by the Hill, is what Scarborough said:
“MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough on Thursday linked President Trump’s rhetoric to an incident Wednesday in which GOP House candidate Greg Gianforte allegedly slammed a reporter to the floor.
“‘Yesterday, we joked about being able to draw a straight line from Donald Trump to some of the things that he’s being investigated for,’ Scarborough said on “Morning Joe.”
“‘You can draw a straight line from Republican candidates thinking that sort of behavior’s OK when you have Donald Trump berating reporters throughout the entire campaign, saying– suggesting terrible things.’
“Scarborough pointed to various incidents of Trump blasting reporters and news organizations. He referenced Trump’s past comments when he tweeted that the ‘FAKE NEWS media’ was the ‘enemy of the American people.’
“‘This is not a big leap from what the head of the Republican Party is saying everyday and what happened last night in Montana,’ Scarborough said.”
The press will stop at nothing — nothing — to drag Trump into the gutter.

Lets see if I understand this. One moron reporter barges into a private meeting and assaults the candidate verbally and refuses to leave. The candidate reacts angrily and attempt to stop the ignorant reporter by forcing him away and maybe out of the room. Now the MSNBC scumbag says it is Trump’s fault? On which planet? I used to tune into Morning Joe occasionally for 10 minutes or so just to see what was going on but Scarborough has gone loony lefty all the way. He used to go back and forth but his Trump derangement syndrome and love life have warped him.
